My wife and I went into this store twice. There is a tall man standing by the front door who works there, possibly LP or Security. He was walking around us in particular when the store was crowded. Needless to say made us very uncomfortable and we couldnt find some Jordans in my size because they werent stocked in the right place. The nearest store that would have them is 2 hours away. And That was also disappointing. We did not enjoy our trips there and Wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Not to mention the overpriced shoes that they have. To be comfortable in a store, security should not be follwing people and making their visit unpleasant.

One stop shoe shop for the whole family! Friendly staff and clean facility will keep us coming back. That and their great prices.

I ordered online. Upon arrival I told employee I was there to pick up online order and I was told to get in the line. I notified the store sales manager but no response.

I like this particular store, they always have more inventory and it’s more organized than other locations in the AV, I would to recognize Jocelyn for her excellent service provided to me. She was very professional during the interaction and even helped me with my WSS app when I had an issue.

Went to a RAFFLE and I did not even have a chance to get a wristband. They didnt even come out to tell us that there wasnt anymore pairs available. Only took like 9 people. They can do better.

Liz at the Ave K store in Lancaster, CA was so help full and polite. When I asked her for help finding my Pops some shoes she didnt hesitate. Then asked if she spoke spanish she said yes. Showed us where the extra wide mens shoes where. After he found a pair he liked she also rang up his shoes. When we come back I am going to look for her. Thanks Liz.

Boots are available as well but NO Cowboy Boots.Any Socks it show cleaner worth buying are to expensive. T-shirts, light jackets, sweatpants, and other clothing of the type are available at normal to high price ranges.Sales are available monthly or so. Sign up for their membership and I believe every $250 spent will get you $10 off your next purchase.

Only reason it has a star is because that she only way I could put a review or else I wouldnt have put anything. Poor customer service. My grandson fell over something left out on the floor and had a huge bump on his forehead, the girl at the counter didnt offer any help. Prices much too high. Especially because this is Lancaster not Beverly Hills . People that have a lot of children cannot afford this place go to Dds go to Ross go to Burlington much better prices, & affordable .

Good prices, not very much selection of different brands of shoes, they mostly sell a brand called Eurostar, but good for work boots at reasonable prices. I recommend.

They have the coolest Vans at this location, always. I took Audrina (grand daughter). Anyhow, this is the second time i have brought Audrina to a WSS Store to get the Vans she wanted when School starts back up, since Covid 19 hitting us. Instead she bought her self a pair of black converse. They were really nice, pricey! But really nice shoes...lolWell yesterday, i took Audrina back to WSS to get her a pair of black and white classic Vans. She tried them on and fell in love with her vans. This place is a Joke Esperanza Estrada the manager has no people skills. When asked to backup the front line she frowned at the associate but assisted. I was surprised to read on her badge that she was the manager. She was not polite at all, didn’t smile once, Didn’t thank me,no have a nice day nothing! I’m writing this review while standing here watching her frown. So Unprofessional!

I just came from that shoe place I buy my son some Nikes and I always get a good deal when I go I love it there

This wss is very clean! I gave it a 3 star because some of the workers are not very helpful they rush I was in the middle of asking a question and he was rushing so much he walked away before I could even finish the question. But you also have some workers that are very nice and helpful I had two that went all out to help. A little high in price.

The place had what I needed but truth be told the young employees are useless tgey were more interested on ganging up on one customer and kicking him out for no apparent reason and they offered service to no one in the store. Thats what you get when you hire teens.
