The flavors of the food and specialty drinks are amazing; providing gluten-free items as well. The atmosphere & service are bright & cheery; the facility is clean. We will return to this place upon our visits to this area.

Sorry about the messy photos, but youll notice I already destroyed half of the best toasted sandwich Ive ever had in my life. I got the coffeeco chicken salad sandwich and it was amazing. The fully dressed up red cappuccino was also incredible. Im not from the area, but Ill make it a point to visit next time Im around.

We had breakfast here. The food was just the right amount. My husband said the pancakes are buttermilk, delicious and not gritty like cornmeal can be. They have specialty drinks. Delicious!

The coffee is absolutely great and there special Maple nut was amazing. However did not really enjoy breakfast. Food lacked flavor. Sandwiches definitely are a better option.

We were looking for a good coffee place besides Starbucks to get some coffee while we were in the area. This place exceeded expectations. The coffee was really good. They had all the various options you would find at Starbucks (and a few unique drinks too). The food was spot on! I wish this place was back where we live. It would put up a grand fight vs all the other coffee places and probably win too.

Grandson chose this place for his birthday breakfast. He has been here before and said they do good breakfasts. He was right. Not long waiting for our food and service was quick and pleasant. Nothing rushed. Will return.

Delightful place for lunch or breakfast. Service was a little slow, but food was great. The create your own sandwich is a great way to stick to your favorite, where the Rachel was a taste adventure off an old favorite.Suggest updates on menu as we werent allowed to order half salad and half sandwich as menu stated, otherwise an overall good experience.

We got there when it was full, so we waited 20min for a table, that is fine, as expected, but once we placed our order and got our food, after additional 20min, our waiter forgot to enter the order of one of us, not only did we were left waiting other 10min, but when she came back to ask if we needed something else, I asked for the food that was still missing, her answer: ‘oh, do you still want it?’… what did she expect?! We finally got the last plate, once the rest of us had finished. Incredibly frustrating experience, the food isn’t event great. Small plates, slow service, go somewhere else. There are plenty of great choices in Lancaster.

So disappointed. I have been to both locations in New Holland, Pa and was very excited to bring my mother to a nice lunch. The place was FILTHY! I was sitting on crumbs, my feet we’re surrounded by two plastic cups and straws on the floor. The service was mediocre at best, server was speaking extremely fast just wanting to get us out of there from the minute we sat down. I did want to leave at first but we were so hungry we were hoping that the food was consistent. The server got one of the orders wrong, we ordered one chicken salad, one tuna salad and both came out tuna. Our server did bring us another sandwich but tried to insist that original sandwich was chicken salad not tuna. She was wrong; chicken should not ever taste like tuna. Overall very dissatisfied would never return. Our family frequents the New Holland locations weekly; very surprised and dissatisfied with Lancaster’s location.

Great food and service. Had a group of 8 and after pushing some tables together outside, we had a lovely meal on the patio.

It was insanely busy but they got our takeout coffee quite quickly. Lots of yummy looking baked goods we didnt get to try. Had my unicorn, Cafe Ole on the menu but steamed the milk instead of scalding it. So sad. Others a great experience.

Gone here two times with my girlfriend and both times left us wondering why we even went there to begin with. Our food was messed up both times we went as well as our coffees. The smoothies are good though!

Food was good, coffee was good, but the customer service was horrible.I believe Michelle was our server and we barely saw her at all. We only saw her two times and that was when she took our order and then gave us the check (after I asked a different server for it).She was nice enough, but she was just non existent..

Really? How does this restaurant have good opinions? The service is so so bad that I can say it is one of the worst restaurant I have been!!!I saw in all the tables a frustrating mood…The food plaits aren’t big, so maybe you will need something additional…I will suggest to go another place where you can enjoy food, service and Lancaster experience!

Delicious breakfast! Very good coffee!Hotels these days are reduced to the grab and go breakfasts, so finding a good breakfast while traveling is a thing. SO happy I found Coffee Co. We had the breakfast burrito and the cream chipped beef. Both were made scratch and delicious.

I prefer to write positive reviews but just cant here. My friend and I stopped here for a cup of coffee before a show and had the worst experience. The girls were not very pleasant. We sat outside and our server was not very nice and seemed annoyed. I ordered a regular cup of decaf with cream and it was luke warm. My friend ordered a flavored iced coffee which was delivered to her in a plastic cup with the coffee running down the sides. No napkins or spoons were given to us and the people at the next table gave us napkins. I told our server my coffee wasnt hot and she brought me a 2nd cup forgetting that I had ordered decaf. Needless to say I felt my heart racing and asked her if it was decaf and she said no but never apologized. We will unfortunately not return. There are plenty of other places to get a cup of coffee in Lancaster.

Absolutely amazing food with wonderful amazing staff and coffee take out

This place is a 💎 diamond . This is the first time Ive been here. And I am impressed. The meal I had was beyond great. Two eggs that were like they just came from the farm, Soo fresh and flavor full. Hash browns that were so out of this world with flavor. French toast that is made with fresh sweet bread and sprinkled with just the right amount of cinnamon to make it perfect. The staff is professional and friendly.I would recommend this place to everyone.

Decent iced coffee, nothing outstanding, just a good coffee. The roast beef with provolone, fried onions, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, and horseradish on a pretzel roll was an excellent choice. The roll was one of the best pretzel rolls I’ve had in a while and the roast beef was really tender and juicy. My only gripe is that it was entirely too runny, probably from the roast beef. But still 5 stars, and I definitely plan to come back as the prices and service were also excellent.

Went here when my wife and I went on our weekend trip to Lancaster. The breakfast and coffee is top notch!! We had ordered the spinach tomato and egg on a croissant and a latte for my wife and a red eye for myself. Everything was great including the service. Looking forward to the next trip in just so we can go there again!!

The food was really good. The coffee was mediocre at best. Couldnt taste the flavors of the espresso in the Americano I got. When I asked about the drip coffee they had brewed they were only able to tell me they had a dark roast and the house blend. I asked what the house blend was and instead of giving a description of the coffee the staff member simply said, Thats the blend they send us.

This the first time there. The food was excellent. My wife had an egg sandwich and I had scrambled eggs with golden pancakes and fruit. I must comment on our waitress for future customer; you should “always “ ask if “you have been there”. This will enable a better customer-waitress communication. I felt I was to know certain things about the menu, which I could not since it was my first visit there. This would be my only comment and the main reason not to review as five(5) stars.

It was my first time there. Im not a coffee drinker, but the sandwiches and soup were excellent.

Good food, better service. The establishment was clean. Our order was taken and delivered within a timely manner. However it is the service that is exceptional. Ruby was our waitress. She was nice and professional. The manager on hand was courteous and polite even as the shop was closing. I would return.

I have previously visited this location and had a good experience, but on the weekend of 8/29/20 I was very disappointed. We walked in to place a to go order for an espresso drink and a chai. There were several people ahead of us waiting for drinks who were not wearing masks. While i understand the difficulty in enforcing mask rules, I think it would be simple enough to ask patrons to step outside to wait for their drinks if they arent going to wear a mask (it was a beautiful day). In addition, we watched as drink after drink was made and delivered to tables. After 20 minutes of this, my friend went to the counter to say we wanted out money back because we couldnt wait any longer. Our drinks were then hastily put together, and we left. We also saw several instances of baristas going to tables to deliver drinks and retrieve plates, but not washing hands before making more drinks. It seems like more organization and an extra barista would go a long way to make things more sanitary and run more smoothly. I wont be returning any time soon.

My favorite coffee shop so far. I live 45min away from this spot, still wont miss a chance to visit. Their chai tea latte and french toast are my favorites.

Great food and service

We come here pretty often for breakfast on the weekends. Today was a totally different experience. Only about half the staff is wearing their mask correctly. I’m currently looking into the kitchen and do not see a single kitchen staff member wearing a mask at all. I’m grossed out and will not be coming back.

It was okay for the price and tips. The food was fresh, excellent quality but with bland test. And it didnt help that the servers forgot to add salt and pepper to the take out. But the shop was clean and servers were otherwise nice.

For a place called Coffee Co. The coffee wasnt anything to write home about. Got an iced caramel latte and I think they thought you hold the caramel and latte. Tasted like a dry coffee bean. However the inside was fresh and the ambiance was pleasant.

I must say, I was alittle nervous about this choice in the beginning. But I was surprised at the quality of there food and coffee. The customer service was excellent. No only will I be coming back when I come to visit, but I will be telling my family about the wonderful experience I had there.
