Would give them a -1 if I could. Dropped off my daughters first deer to be mounted on Nov. 19th to get it processed and mounted. Picked up processed meat on December 1st. Had to put down a cash deposit ($95). Was told it would be done mid-June. Left several messages from June 18th thru the 23rd to have them call me. Just tried their number and the voicemail is full. Also, tried a cell phone on the receipt and no one picked it up... So... sounds like they dont know how to keep the customer informed but like to tkae their $$$ as well. I will stop by and see what the hells going on. I also have the name/number of the owner of the property so shell be getting a call as well as the BBB. Think a web site might also be in their future!!!
