No stars. My mother who is retired is trying to get a Percocet prescription filled for my uncle who is also retired and had surgery on a broken knee replacement that it also infected. She has a legitimate prescription from a doctor where he had the surgery in a different city of LA county. No pharmacy will fill it for her. This is ridiculous. She had a hard time filling pain prescription for my grandmother after her hip surgery. Let’s not let anybody get pain prescriptions for real things. This is stupid.

Seriously cant get intouch with any pharmacist or pharmacy tech, or any riteaid associate for that matter. On hold for an hour.It rings and rings and without asking to please hold, Im immediately placed on hold.Its extremely frustrating and disappointing for the lack of decent customer service.

Not very friendly for the deaf and veterans! They need to get suspended by the state until full training is completed!

The phone rings unstop every single time we call this pharmacy in the mornings. Its terrible. When we do finally talk to a person at one point she acts as if everything is right where it should be. We are suppose to go round and around the aoutomated system for 15 mintues. Please respect other peoples times so they can respect you. P.S. and learn how to talk on the phone or get another job.

I go to this Rite Aid store because its close to my home. You can usually find good deals on seasonal items. I know most of the people that work there and they are all very pleasant and helpful if you are looking for something special.The pharmacy staff are very knowledgeable about the drugs and insurance questions, also very helpful and pleasant.

This is a nightmare of a location. If you need your medication quickly (like within the week - certainly dont anticipate it happening that day) or would like helpful customer service then dont go here. I dont think Ive ever written a review and am typically a fairly patient person but this is insane.

Just had thee greatest experience EVER!!! I went to the pharmacy drive thru, and was helped by Blanca.. And I mean she actually helped!!Thank you Blanca!! For actually going the extra mile to ensure I was able to be covered for my medicine. And even double included the instructions, hand written! In the 10 years + Ive gone here, this has been thethee absolute best experience! I had to give a review.

Shopped here a couple days ago and saw a employee working with her mask not properly on and even customers with out masks on !!! I can’t even shop comfortable at my local store DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE !!!

I went to Rite Aid to add money to my Paypal account and I had never done that before I didnt even know it was possible the woman at the register had done it before. I was relieved that she knew what it was that I was talking about, but when I said I wanted to put $100 in she told me she could only do $95 because of the fee of $3.95 & so I assumed that you werent able to do a full $100 or the PayPal limit of a full $500. She scan the barcode for me & put the $95 in & gave me my change a $1.05 but even though the morning went through in the 15 minutes that PayPal said it would I had to do it again. II cashier let me put in the full amount and the C was added to it and it was her first time doing it so she needed assistance and the manager was incredibly nice and patient when we had a little bit of difficulty she took the time to let me attempt it more than once and I appreciate her doing so. The customer service that I got from the manager makes me give this store five stars.

I have had consistent issues with this pharmacy... lack of customer service skills and they would rather turn someone away than go the extra mile... they must be forgetting that medicine is healing and helping and not everyone is a druggie

Horrible place .cust cust safety is not an issue .I went to get my dad a commode and found a large puddle of water .I asked an employee sticking shelves and he just told me to tell the guy up front .I let the cashier know and he did not do anything eaither .This was from a gallon jug not a little spill.

Trying to check out is the worst never have enough people to work register but on the pharmacy side they are amazing

Horrible customer service; This stupid thug wanted me to get back into line even though I was there before everybody. Everyone formed another line around me and he tried to school me on how many lines there should be! Uneducated mofo, I was here and the manager saw I was there too so she made him take me and I said Thats right, take me and my coupons, lol! He got pissed off and asked me what I said, i repeated myself without stuttering, he was wrong, I was right. These people have no manners, the Manager Rose, made up for it, but still how can they hire such ghetto people in the store.

This place is terrible they never have my pain medication.

Terrible service. Had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for some hood rat who thought he was a gangster to allow me to inconvenience him for a single scoop of ice cream. Pharmacy waiting room had disgusting furniture and a small flat screen that looked like it was covered in some white, organic secretion (trying to figure out how to post the pic i took). it looked like every person with an illness came through that place and blew their nose all over it...or worse.

Hours on website says 7am and it does not open till 8am pharmacist didnt want to help me 5 minutes earlier then what time they open told me to wait.... Unprofessional
