Absolutely terrible. More like an inconvenience store. 2 clerks and one manager on duty, the one clerk is looking at pictures on her phone with another customer the other clerk is making grunting noises, burping, and loudly chewing on something, the manager is having a casual conversation on his phone. When Im finally waited on by chewy, he cant figure out how to ring up a gift card and has to ask the manager for help. The manager looks at ME as if I interrupted his daughters wedding, looks at the card, then me and says, yea, these dont work. Another customer who is waiting on the other clerk to get off her phone, looks at the manager and makes a gesture at the clerk HEs waiting on and if to say, excuse me, can I get a little help? The manager snaps at him and sternly says Sir, you need to calm down, then walks away to resume his own phone conversation apologizing only to the person hes on the phone with saying, sorry babe, what were you saying?If I didnt know any better, I would have thought I was on an episode of Candid Camera.

Your employees may be closing the store early! Something to look into.Im a healthcare worker I get off work at 1130. This Turkey Hill is my go to place after work for my convience needs. I pulled in at 1135. As soon as I pulled up to the store the lights were quickly turned off. I saw your store was open until 12 so I am making this review because it kinda stinks if they shut the doors on us right as we arrived.Ill be taking my future business to Sheets :/

Cant get a gift card its been 5 months

I used a debit card which the gas thing said to go see a cashier about because apparently there werent accepting it, when I went in the guy charged me again, said it didnt go through, charged me again, and then told me that the first two had charged but he wasnt clear that it was the first two he wasnt sure if it was just one or two.overall it was terrible and very confusing not to mention the gas prices are high here and I would only recommend using this gas station if you absolutely have to. In the end I did get $20 back but Im still left wondering if I got charged twice or three times.

Rude rude rude worker!!

Extremely rude cashier. Asked a question about my points on my card. She instantly got indignant for asking a question. I did not respond to her attitude. When I walked out of the store she shouted, Jesus! Never had such terrible customer service experience in my life for asking a question.

Typical Turkey Hill, however this one does not have gas or a MTO deli. Great place just to stop and grab a snack or drink.

RUDE AND POOR SERVICEBAD MANAGEMENTRELUCTANT WORKERSEBT SYSTEM DEFRAUD AND ABUSEAKA CRIMINALErica, who is a supposed manager of sorts, can not or will not assist you in righting an error that either she or one of her employees made. Charging EBT card, claiming it didnt charge. Shown on EBT application that the charge went through, the cashier still refused me my purchased items. After hours on the phone, and nearly a week of bother, Erica said that I am rude, and hung up on me. Ive never had a worse experience with any Turkey Hill in my life. Ill be going in often starting now. I say: dont bother to boycott, rather just be a bother. No time to be nice? No time to be fair? Erica and her employees have all the time in the world. They will need it because I am just so darn clumsy.
