They came out to template one of my kitchen jobs today and were completely rude and frankly very unprofessional. This is the second job where a customer has chosen to use them and the first job was also filled with mistakes. I would advise you to look elsewhere if you want a quality job with people that are going to treat you like the customer!

This was my 2nd time doing business with the Lancaster location. The first was for a piece of Quartz for our island, and the second was for Granite in a large built in dining room wet bar area. We dealt with Luciano for both projects. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very fair. With the second project, Nicole was also a HUGE help!!! Nicole expedited the installation...as we needed this almost asap. Luciano and Nicole went above and beyond to make everything happen. They really are the best around. I cant say enough good things about the excellent customer service at keystone. Most importantly the quartz and granite look gorgeous! Installers were very professional, worked quickly and delivered a beautiful finished product. Keystone is the BEST.

On one slab they increased the overhang in the design to where it interfered w the faucet knobs lever now cannot go all the way to cold. They offered 77, the cost of a new faucet as compensation. They did not silicon between granite and wall automatically, I had to ask them. They left shims visible under slabs instead of covering them w silicon. They reluctantly took responsibility for a SF calculation error and for giving more granite than needed, (by increasing the overhang in front of cabinets by an inch). Once installed this extra overhang is not rectifiable.

Everyone worked extra hard to give us what we wanted. Very please with knowledgeable people, the prices and clean installation. Highly recommend

We had an awesome experience with Keystone. The showroom was awesome. It was nice to walk through and see the entire slab, viruses a small square. The experience from the time I walked into the door, until the granite was installed was top notch. Very responsive to emails. I am thrilled with our Viscon White Granite.

Unfortunately, when I put in my new kitchen I went with Keystone just for the granite, itself, plus a faucet. They did not actually put in the rest of my kitchen.But I chose them for the granite because I could save about $1,000 on the same granite as at other local granite companies. The lesson I learned is that you get what you pay for. My advice is: be willing to pay more for the same granite but get it at another local company which offers better customer service and skill levels.First of all my counter was off by a quarter of an inch on the one end. That doesnt sound like much, but when its resting flush with the cabinet below, it makes a huge difference. So whoever cut my granite slabs did not have precise cutting skills.Secondly, my faucet was an expensive, high-end model, and from the day it was installed it leaked around the base. When I called Keystone, instead of offering to fix or replace it, they claimed I had to actually call the company which manufactures it, which I did. The manufacturer claimed that Keystone was the responsible party since they carried and installed it. After multiple phone calls back and forth between the two, no one would take responsibility for it and I am left with a leaky faucet which also started coming apart. Im about ready to replace it.Bye bye Keystone. Never again. Frugality on my part does not always mean I come out on top.

Jeff and Heather were very helpful And friendly in the store and measuring. The installers came early and did a wonderful job installing and cleaning up. I will use them again.

So happy with my granite counter tops! For weeks I ran around looking at different granites and getting pricing. Keystone was the only wine that had the design I was looking for and it was also the best price! They were friendly and accommodating to last minute changes and the granite install was super quick. Most places say it takes 2-3 weeks, Keystone was 1 week. They were supposed to arrive between 12-4, which everyone knows those time slots are annoying to make sure someone is home. But Keystone got there right before 12 and had the granite installed in under 2 hours. Super happy!

We are so pleased with the lovely granite we recently had installed. We truly appreciate the quick turnaround time since another order (from a different company) fell through and Keystone was able to jump in and save the day! We were able to come in, talk about our layout, choose a piece, get home measurements and have the pieces installed all within a week and a half! As a contractor, it is lovely to have a reliable source for a great selection of granite at reasonable prices. At my business, we have many clients who found just the right piece to complete their space at Keystone Granite and Tile. Additionally, when I went to purchase a piece of granite for my own home I went to Keystone. I had a top fabricated which was delivered and installed quickly. The end result was exactly what I was hoping for and is a beautiful addition to the room. The integrity of the team there has made working with them a pleasure. After reading some of the mixed reviews I was hesitant to use Keystone, but decided to go with them anyways. “You can’t please everyone.” Was my thought. My experience with them was nothing but positive, from sales to install and later service. After the countertop was installed which happened in literally only 3 days (template done on Monday, installed on Thursday) we noticed a spot in the stone we were not happy with. According to the contract you can only hold a minimal amount until issues are dealt with. This wasn’t really enough to hold them accountable. Regardless, they made sure to get the service scheduled and came out to address it and repair the spot immediately! Couldn’t be happier with the people in the office, the installers and the post install service. In my experience they stand by and take pride in everything they do start to finish!

Working with Keystone Granite takes the renovation work headache away. They have quality granite, tile and workmanship. They are reliable, neat and can do the job in less time than any other contractor.I highly recommend them.

We used Keystone Granite for our island and counter tops, when we remodeled our kitchen last month. They took great care to accommodate us and make sure we were happy every step of the way. They did a GREAT job!! I love my granite! It is a focal point in the kitchen.Two things: First, I had chipped my granite around my sink (in my previous kitchen). Keystone was able to use a more rounded edge inside the sink so it is more stable and less likely to ever chip. Second, I found a surface crack in the granite after it was installed. My friend told me that it is only a natural fissure in the stone. I spoke to Belianna, in the Keystone office, and she immediately scheduled a tech to come assess it and repair it! BEWARE! This company will try and rip you off. Worst customer experience filled with nothing but lies. The woman working in the show room was horrible to deal with - she comes across nice until you sign a contract and then things go downhill fast. The manager never tries to fix issues, and lies and says he cant come to the phone. Horrible - save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Not the friendliest of staff. They didnt provide enough expertise through the entire process. However, the installation and the final product was great and the pricing was good.

Keystone was so awesome! They have AMAZING choices in granite that you can view in the show room. They templated and installed within 3 days. The guys were careful, respectful, neat and clean. There is one seam at the sink and they did such a good job you can barely notice it. I visiting 7 different granite installers (Home Depot, Natural Stoneworks, Franks, Flemings, Lowes, Asco, and Stone Masters ) nobody beat the price and the Level of granite from Keystone. I wouldnt go anywhere else, thats my advice!

It all started:1. I returned home from work and the two installers were already in my house installing the countertop ~ no one was inside my house at the time;2. The installers removed a section of my wall to install the countertop prior to me getting there~ no call to ask, just did it.3. A week after installation, spots appears on granite. The rationale granite is different so we never really know how it will react. How about sealing it correctly the first time.4. Keystone has come back three times to fix with no resolution. In fact, the area that was heated now has a burnt mark.5. It is nearly 5 months after installation and we live with three patches on our countertop covered in plastic bags and blue painters tapes to seal the chemical that is attempting to remove the stain~ thats attractive and probably not healthy to cook on.....Time to take to court and get my money back to a poor product as well as poor customer service....

Would never do business with again. after four trips from the tile installer and about two months later it is finally finished but not what I had wanted

Terrible service. They scheduled a person to come out and give me a free estimate and never showed. Dont bother. Ill hire someone who wants my business.

Poor service it took them two months to bring me my kitchen and when they finally came the installation was unsatisfying they had to come back to redo the seem that was 1 year ago I still regret doing work with Keystone granite

We are so happy with our new quartz counters. The are a beautiful addition to our remodeled kitchen! The entire process went smoothly, Ken and his team were extremely professional and patient with our questions and requests. We shopped around and found Keystone to be the best as far as price and selection. Our friends had told us of them when they had their quartz counters placed, and they were thrilled with the results as well. Would HIGHLY recommend Keystone!
