Natural Stoneworks exceeded our expectations in replacing our laminate countertop with Blue Dunes granite and completing the transformation by installing the backsplash using Dash Beige Gobi ceramic tile with Avalanche grout.

Everyone at Natural Stoneworks was great to work with, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results! We had a unique vision for our house, and they helped locate a specific type of stone, they were patient with us as we weighed our options, and they communicated well regarding the process, the schedule, costs, etc. The template and install was done on schedule, and the installers were very professional and careful. Awesome experience with Natural Stoneworks from start to finish. Didn’t have the easiest project to do but was finished to perfection. Juan did the template the week before install, then came back in a week with Matt to do the install. Having the same person do template and install is a great business decision in my eyes. Both Juan and Matt were professional and polite. Will recommend to anyone I know getting any stonework done for sure. I am not adding photos right now because the kitchen is not finished yet. I will edit after the kitchen is finished.

Make sure you know whether you are buying the WHOLE slab of granite or BY THE SQ. FT. They do not tell you that upfront. If you buy the slab, and there is left over granite and you do not know, as in our case we were planning a new cabinet unit as well as updating our bathroom vanity top, they will sell the left over pieces to someone else after you have already paid for it. Also, if you get the 25 yr. Sealer they need to know when you order everything you plan to do even if not right away or otherwise you will pay again for the sealer. While they made things right for us and did not charge just a heads up. We did our kitchen and bath in stages.Would highly recommend!! Nice Company to deal with. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We were very pleased with their work. Large selection of granite. We liked the way they pieced at the sink you can barely see the seam. The wait time after ordering was within a month for install. Check them out!!

FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL & BEAUTIFUL WORK: We used Natural Stoneworks for our kitchen counter and I was so glad to work with them. From start to finish, it was a great experience. The showroom staff are very friendly and helpful, and they let me take my (long) time selecting my quartz countertop. When it came to the template and installation, we were once again impressed by the professionalism, experience and friendliness of the staff who came into our home. With the pandemic, many contractors need to be asked to wear a mask... not Natural Stoneworks, they arrived with them on and worked with them on. Our corner cabinet was not quite level, and I panicked thinking it would delay the countertop (and a sink with running water), but our installer simply said, “I’m here, I’ll take care of it.” He did. They came highly recommended to us, and will definitely use them again.

Natural Stoneworks did a fantastic job on my recent serving nook installation. They had originally installed the granite in my kitchen in 2018. In 2021, we added this new area near the kitchen space. Shantel was great to work with and made sure I was happy with the granite slab so that it would best match my existing granite. Juan templated and installed my granite. He arrived on time and was courteous and took extra care to install around my new appliance and the fresh painted walls. Did an excellent job! The majority of our experience with Natural Stoneworks was great up until install. Heather was super helpful in answering all of our questions about different granite and all of our options for our kitchen countertops and bathroom vanity. We changed our minds a few times and she was very patient and responsive in getting back to us. Matt went above and beyond with the layouts giving us different options and taking the time to make sure we understood exactly where each piece of granite would be and how it would look in our kitchen and bathroom. We had some issues upon install. Our house was left a mess (mainly due to a corner of the stone not being polished and the installer polishing it in the kitchen which did not look as nice as the rest of the stone), the granite was left cloudy and streaky, a few differences with template we wish we would have been made more aware of as it compared to our old countertops, and afterwards we found some spots that were not caulked completely. After sending photos to Don, the installer was back the next day to fix it. He was very unprofessional and had an attitude about having to come back out to fix caulk. We spent a lot of money on our new countertops and expected the job to be done correctly. I understand mistakes happen but I did not expect to be treated the way I was. He was very short and quick to run a bead of caulk and unfortunately we found more spots after he left that were not completely caulked. We had planned to use Natural Stoneworks for our backsplash but after the install we will be looking elsewhere. After speaking to Don about it I was told the shop manager would be out to take a look Monday between 2-3 and he never showed up or responded to our phone call and voicemail. In the end it came down to attention to detail and customer service which were just not there. We chose Natural Stoneworks based on the good reviews we read but unfortunately our experience was not what we would have expected.

We chose Natural Stoneworks because we fell in love with a marble slab at a competitors business but we had been warned against using that particular business, so we called a few other places to see if they could source the same slab and to get a quote. Natural Stoneworks came back with a very reasonable quote and I was impressed with my initial communication with them so we went ahead with the project. We were delighted every step of the way with their professionalism and attention to detail. Our marble was installed today and its perfect. Thank you so much for everything! We never felt like we were being pushed to make a decision .The initial install was scheduled for April but with the Covid 19 crisis it had to be rescheduled for May. Found Natural Stoneworks by chance and we were not disappointed. All of the personnel in the shop made choosing our slab easy and painless. Tim put in our countertop and he was very meticulous with all aspects from tear out to install. Katlyn helped make our choice of backsplash simple with her assistance and expertise. Rick installed the backsplash and we cannot say enough good about the final product. Extremely pleased with the entire experience and final product. We will definitely recommend to all of our friends.

The product was good. Fabrication was good. I wasnt happy with the installer. He was more interested in helping himself than helping me the customer. Also, he quickly moved the dishwasher which caused it to leak. That was probably to be expected. Good thing the plumber was here this morning to connect the sink. He was able to fix it. Im not sure that I would use Natural Stoneworks in the future and I will probably have another project in several years.Update - they were suppose to use 1 x 2 pine board raise the countertop to 36 for slide in range. The installer did as he pleased and it higher. I was having someone make molding to cover the pine board which he also stained to match existing cabinets. Since the installer didnt follow what was agreed on the molding was too small to cover the board. I will not use Natural stoneworks and nor will I recommend them to friends.
