My goodness. They keep claiming theyre renovating, but theres just no excuse for filthy floors and merchandise scattered all over. They couldnt find they face masks for sale..

Although Target has most of the things I am looking to purchase, the check out is slow and cumbersome. They need to add more self check outs, just moving them around does not make the process any easier or faster.

They have a great selection of Halloween stuff this year. Great store better then other targets i have been in. There is always employees to ask for help when needed.

Curbside pick-up is awesome! The app was easy to order from. They had what I wanted in stock. I used the app to indicate I was on my way and it was waiting for me when I got there. SO EASY AND FAST!!

Stopped by to pick up a few things I needed for my home. I found everything I wanted and when I asked for help finding something, the staff was very helpful and friendly to me.

This Target location is not like the Target in New York City. They seem to have a larger selection of produce to choose from. The staff are very friendly and helpful when called on for assistance. There price check scanner are mostly all in working order. Unlike in New York City, most of the scanners are not functioning. They have a Starbucks and a small food court to sit and eat at.

This is a great branch of Target which include CVS and Starbucks, can you imagine how all these goodies are packed together... Ive visited with my parents, mom and dad but my sister wasnt with us, for part of the time she was with us on a video call

Target is my go-to for quality. Target itself is always a plus and the employees at both of the locations near me are super. Its the pharmacist at the Covered Bridge, Lancaster, PA location for CVS that is the problem. I was originally there to pick up my script from the in-house CVS. There was no line and I was clearly the only person standing at the counter waiting to be acknowledged. There was only the pharmacist behind the counter who saw me standing there for nearly 5 minutes before she came from the back to the front counter and said can I help you. She didnt say hello, she didnt have a smile on her face. She never acknowledged my paying customer presence. Even when I kindly asked her to repeat herself when she did hand me my script and she said something that I didnt understand, she said it with a dull and unhappy tone. I dont know if this should be feedback for CVS but she never gave me a receipt for CVS b/c my insurance actually paid for my script and there was no charge for me. She lacked professionalism and could really learn from The Target employees. I ended up purchasing some random thing just so I could have a positive interaction with a Target employee instead of leaving with a negative experience from her.

Was a good place to go shopping, can be a little pricey but is worth it in some ways. Plus there are some other stores in the area so its a good area to get multiple shopping task done!

The Lincoln Highway Target has really declined. Shelves are empty; limited clothing sizes; higher prices; a real decline in customer service / management.

This location is not enforcing the mask mandate. As someone with family that are immunocompromised, this is very concerning. All Targets should be following the rules, correct? With all the signs stores have that say, and that its mandatory to wear a mask but yet its not being enforced. Truly disappointed in this company.

Havent gone to this target in quite sometime but placed an order for “drive up” since they had a book I wanted. When I got home, opened my bags and they’d given me fresh spinach and green beans that are clearly no good. The banana I’d gotten is also bruised and needs eaten today or it won’t last. Never have these problems when I order produce at Lancaster Central. Now the only option is to go back to the store and return the items; an inconvenience and waste of time.

Purchased an order to be picked up in store. The order was a toddler foldout sofa (Elsa) l picked it up and the girl literally just handed me the chair. No bag, nothing. I asked what happened to the big red Christmas bags that Target is well known for? Im in Maryland and whenever l Purchase from my Target they hide Christmas gifts in the big read bag.She said they dont carry big bags anymore. Needless to say, my daughters gift couldnt be hidden from her when I put it in the van.

Target was always my go-to store! Tonight was my last time there. Unfortunately one of the items I was looking for I was unable to obtain it was a Chick-fil-A gift card which they apparently no longer carry. Since Chick-fil-A is definitely a company that coincides with my families Christian beliefs, I feel that Target no longer wants my business either.

Store does not enforce State Mandate of mask wearing in the store. entire family of 5 - mother and 4 children over the age of 7 all non compliant with mask wearing and shopping. Other retailers are enforcing mask wearing and this particular target did not. Thumbs down on keeping shoppers safe and healthy.

Target always has exactly what I am looking for. I have never left Target disappointed.I went last week looking for Baby Shower gifts. I ended up finding what I went for, and even found a few things that I wasnt looking for.In my opinion, Target has the best Baby Department of any other stores in my area.

I do not have a problem with the Target I visited, but I do have a problem with how the checkout associate treated me. I am currently undergoing treatment for cancer and have lost my hair. Yesterday, I was wearing a knit cap to cover my head. When I checked out, the associate asked me if it was getting cold outside. I replied that it was about 85 degrees outside. She replied I guess I said the wrong thing. She was located in a lane that she could easily see that it was bright and sunny outside. It wasnt until I was in my car that I realized that she was referring to my head covering. I spoke with the store manager (Paul) the next day and asked if Target employees receive sensitivity training and was told that all employees received that training upon hire. Paul apologized and promised to have a conversation with the employee. Cant we all treat people with dignity and respect? Its better to say nothing at all than to insult someone who is obviously going through something. Target, you can do better!

Target Drive Up service is incredibly fast. I placed the order just hours earlier and was able to get all my items almost immediately upon arriving in the parking space. I will use this service again!

I want to recognize a nice young lady that helped me today 6/30, her name is Lily and was working at customer service. I accidentally got charged twice for an item. She very quickly and efficiently made sure I got refunded. She was so friendly and kind and I wanted to recognize her because it’s people like her that are the reason I shop at Target.

Great location, very helpful staff. I went to the Walmart down the street prior to visiting this target. Difference in customer service was night and day.

I didnt know that we were able to do groceries there until I just went and strolled the store. Which became very convenient for my family. Its more organized, easy to find what we are looking for. Always has the prices visible.

Just got out of there and was very dissapointed. Called from the fruitville pike location confirming availability of an item. They said they had 2 in stock. I was unable to have them hold it / pay over the phone/ pay online . Once I drove all the way over there the guy proceeds to tell me that WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH HIM the units were being sold. Wasted my time and gas. Bad way to conduct business if you ask me .

Great help from people working at store. Always ready to help you find something, which makes your store easy to use. The only thing missing is, the popcorn pizza pretzel area seems to be always closed. Or is it open at any time? I enjoy shopping there.

On vacation, we stopped in for a few things in this Target in Lancaster PA. Its a Target, what more to say? Well, its uniquely placed. Really... Right in the same parking area, there is an Amish Farm, barn etc. Its open to the public (for a fee). Amazing contrast in this unique area.

Just like any other Target: ok prices on semi-decent quality merchandise. The store is a tad messy, although Ive seen worse.

This Target is not following state-mandated mask guidelines. I saw multiple groups of shoppers not wearing a mask at all, as well as several employees with it pulled below their nose

Normally I enjoy going to target but I feel their registry process should be a little easier. We went in a few days ago to create a registry and the iPad in the registry section froze numerous times, and no one explained to us how the scanner worked and during the middle of out scanning the scanner exited the registry screen. By time we were done scanning items and finally got the scanner to work properly I was over it and didnt even want to finish my registry.

I really like this store! I wish it wasnt so far away from me. The customer service desk representatives are always extremely helpful, friendly, & go out of their way for you! Same with the cashiers & employees on the floor! The entire store, dressing rooms & bathrooms are immaculate! The dollar area is one department I can not stay away from! They always have an item You need or just gotta have! I think they have alot of interesting & unique items that are of good quality, not like most $1 or $2 items @ other $dollar stores!(U know WHO U ARE!!) I would give Target 5 Stars, if it wasnt so far from Me!! :)

The best team at the photo department at this Target on Lincoln Highway, Melissa, Laura and Bill were fantastic!!! I had so much trouble (its a long story) but they were very helpful, especially Melissa!!! Great customer service!!!

Target almost always has advertised sale items available, unlike other stores that are sold out within the 1st day of a sale. Their customer service is excellent! Theres usually an associate on the floor to help find items & answer questions. The store, dressing rooms, & restrooms are very clean. Checking out is a breeze, with little or no wait!!

Love the dollar spot and all the good deals. Go here over the Walmart a few miles away!!!! The staff is way friendlier and the shoppers are more polite. This is my go to place for any everyday things I need.

Self-checkouts are convenient for quick shopping and employees are helpful. The bathrooms seem to always be dirty and understocked though. Also, the make-up aisles are often sparse.

Great alternative to walmart. It may not have everything but its clean, lines are quick, and prices are good. However some sale items priced may not be accurate as target prices fluctuate a lot due to constant sale changes. This target is great though. Ive ordered stuff online too and picked up at target. Staff are plenty and know where things are!

Store is decent. Employees park in closest spaces which makes this store a walk to get into if you have small children or mild disabilities that dont require handicap spaces. Employees should be parked on side our away from customer areas especially since its holiday shopping season.

The store appears to be the epitome of what a target should be. Clean, will maintained, and well stocked. Employees are a pleasure to work with. Target brand items are surely up to par with national brands.

A great Target if nothing else than to watch the processions of Amish running in and out of here and shopping. I like the Target for that alone. Im not from this specific area but great to shop here to get a feel for the community. The Target itself provides the essentials at average prices with an above average shopping experience. This Target does not disappoint and is a good Target. Just dont expect great prices.

Very clean store, helpful workers and speedy lines. They have a nice grocery side now thats always stocked up and fresh. Theres a Starbucks and a which Pizza Hut inside.

Good location. Fairly easy to get in and out of. The shopping carts in the front of the store get unwieldy. The store is kept clean and well stocked. I preferred Target over Walmart as their products seem to last longer. Also, there is a Starbucks inside!

A nice selection of crock pots in this door. Got a nice 2 quart for about $12. Target always has decent products at reasonable prices.

I observed the multiple requests for assistance at the registers via the pleas from the walkie talkies, during my target shopping trip.... when I was ready to check out there were only 2 registers open both with 4 or 5 people in line. Staff were eager to take their breaks, however, didnt seem to have a system in place so that all breaks werent taken at the same time. I heard the complaint of not having a break a few times by staff and by what seemed to be a manager. I also noticed many staff restocking shelves who didnt seem phased by the pleas for help at the front of the store...

Date & Time: 4/4 between 3pm & 4:30pm. I had a very pleasant time at target until checkout. When I scanned an item it rang up $10 more than what the tag where I found it indicated it would cost. The associate on duty at the self-check out did not verify or ask anyone to verify the price of the item. She asked me if there was another one like it where I found it. I responded no. The associate responded that is was obviously misplaced & the true price was the more expensive price and walked away. Very, very poor customer service.

I like Target in general. This location is easy to get to. I dont normally hit large crowds here. But with less people there are less check out lanes open.
