Avoid at all costs, missed commitment date, I should have ran the other way as soon as sales person said they dont have a 10x glass. Too many headaches with this place, messed up a custom order.

I received an email for some other customer in another state. I called about this error, and the lady was very rude. I was rude in return. I asked how they got my information because this was not my account. I was told there were hundreds of people with my name so they must have picked the wrong one. ( this shows they are incapable of keeping your information secure and private) I asked if I should report fraud, since they obviously had my email and phone number, too, and I had never done business with them. They said no, and they removed my information from the system. Then, I received another email ( if my info was removed like they said. I wouldnt have gotten another email from them, so that was a lie) wanting a review, so here I am. I DO NOT recommend this business at all. They are liars, and they do not keep your information secure.

They do not service watch band from Bulova. Used to replace and tried to sell a package for crystal watch cover, but now I was told they do not replace them anymore.

Great service and wonderful people to deal with. Prices are comparable to similar stores but they have an amazing selection and warranty for life.

I had purchased a very pretty wedding set. Not too big but just the style I wanted. After about 10 months while out to dinner I noticed one of the accent diamonds was missing. So sad. Mind you, I never wore this ring everyday. I had my warranty so I took it to the store and was told my warranty was not good because I didnt bring the ring in for the 6 month inspection. I didnt know I had to do this so I had to purchase an extended warranty for $165.00 to cover the repair.The salesperson at Jared was very helpful and courteous. The repair was done timely and perfect.

My wife and I went in to Jared to get some pricing on a 25 year anniversary band. We were not really looking to buy. We were greeted by very friendly staff that patiently worked with us till we were able to make a decision. The work on the ring, to put her existing diamond in a new mount, was all done in house and was done in about 5 hours. We were very pleased with our experience there and would recommend it to those looking to find something nice.

Beautiful selection staff is wonderful especially the young lady that sold me my earrings yesterday absolutely wonderful, I was there for the first time a few weeks ago I bought a gold necklace and I will definitely be coming back again thank you very much for your services thank you for keeping it professional.

Mr. Fox took care of me and did a fabulous job. He was so helpful, kind and really helped me obtain what I wanted and guided me through the process. Mr. Fox went above and beyond to show me all I needed to see and he was invaluable in showing me the best deals for my thrifty budget. Ive been working with Debbie at this store since June of this year to find my dream ring set after a sizing mishap with a different ring. She and the other staff have been nothing but accomodating. My tiny fingers mean special orders and 2 out of 3 were there in under a month. The staff was in contact with shipping updates on the longer order. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that my rings were ones that I will be thrilled to show off for the rest of my life. Thank you all!

Wonderful staff and service! I had brought my ring in, due to a loss of a diamond. I was so upset. They were amazing by comforting me and took care of everything! I had my ring back a week later and it looked amazing! All I can say is thank you!

Excellent service, lovely store. Went in to purchase two Pandora charms after visiting the Pandora store in Park City Mall. The mall store did not have the charms I wanted (even though they were in the current Pandora catalog) and they were understaffed with a long wait. Drove over to Jared and they had the charms I wanted and had plenty of friendly staff. I will not go anywhere else for Pandora or for any other jewelry purchases.

Staff and Service were amazing. Working in the sales industry that says a lot. I will be going back in the future.

I bought my fiancé a necklace from here last Christmas that she lost at work. I decided to get her another one since it held a lot of sentimental value to her. The store didn’t have it anymore so they had to have it shipped from another store that does, and they told me that it would be in later in the week. No big deal, but Jared is having a 10% off sale that ends the day of this review. The representative I talked to over the phone laughs, then proceeds to scoff and tell me she “isn’t sure” the manager will honor the sale when I go to pick it up. I talk to another rep, and he says the manager would only honor it if I came in to buy something comparable in price to do an exchange later. The only problem with that is it is a good hour drive for me (at least), despite it being the nearest Jared store to me. The rep said that his manager would not allow me to do an online order instead to get the deal.I call the Towson, MD store, and within less than three minutes I am off the phone with them a happy customer. They still have to order it, but they will also rain check the 10% off sale for me without the extra strings attached of buying something else and doing an exchange.The manager of the Lancaster store is filled with vile greed. I have reported them to the BBB, and I will never be shopping at this Jared again!

Shopped a Levian gala event and everyone was nice. Amber was very pleasant and helpful for over the 2 hours we were there. The checkout process always seems a bit labored even as a card holder.

This is not your typical jewelry store. You will find the most knowledgable, professional, diamondost.

We dealt with amber at the Lancaster pa store and she was amazing got us leasing explained everything great for us to understand and didnt try to sell us the most expensive ring in the store we got an amazing deal and would recommend it to anyone and will definitely go back again and again will not go anywhere else thank you

The only reason they are even getting 2 stars is because they have a nice selection. The service sucks, they do not know what they are talking about, only care to help you if you are making a purchase and do not keep correct records. We used Jared in NJ and it was great all around, once coming out here and this is the only one to deal with it was awful. Reps dont fully understand their own promotions and the records for inspections are not kept correctly. Had a very big issue with them and asked for DM info, left messages and they were never returned. Definitely wouldnt deal with this particular store if I didnt have to. Love Jared, despise this store.

My fiancé bought my engagement ring here the 2 ladies who helped him we were very nice. However when my fiancé proposed my setting had scratches all through it so we took it in to be fixed the gentleman was extremely rude about it. I also asked to see my diamond under a microscope and he signed and said hold on its covered in lotion and stuff. His over all attitude was just a turn off. When I went back to pick up my right he was sitting behind the counter on his phone, looked up at me said nothing and went back to his phone, someone else helped me. I am getting my wedding band custom made and I def wont be going here. Beside the initial experience the rest was extremely upsetting.

They really took the time to help me custom design my engagement ring - extremely helpful and friendly.

Service sucked. i set up an automatic withdraw and every two months id get a random $200 in late fees saying we didnt pay 2 months ago. we set up the automatic withdraw multiple times with customer service and it kept happening. After 8 months of this we returned the ring. Then 3 months later we got another $500 bill from them saying we havent been paying our bill. would not go here
