My family has been shopping at Reams for years. I took my grandmother’s engagement ring to get resized. I cannot be any happier with the ring and to have a little piece of her with me. The jeweler and his assistant provided excellent customer service during our visit. My girlfriends and I were on a girls trip and stumbled across Ream Jewelers and decided to stop by. I just wanted to share my experience at Ream Jewelers. My wife and I had off together and visited Lancaster city randomly for the day. We ran across Ream Jewelers by accident. First thing I noticed is the quality and selection in the store, not like the stores at the mall or around them. Kristin was very nice and helpful, my wife had her wedding band cleaned without us buying anything at the store yet. My wife found a neckless that she liked, but she didnt want to spend the money on it, like most people I said we be back later in the day. After about a 1.5hr walk around the neighborhood we went back and I bought the neckless.Kristin and everyone in the store were very nice to us, no high pressure sales. Very good experience and my wife loves her new neckless.

I inherited a vintage Gucci watch on the condition that I got the battery replaced. I came in and was immediately greeted by an incredibly friendly staff. They told me they are doing a new promotion where their watch repairs are $20, or if you spend $25, they will give you a $25 gift card for a later use. I did the $25, of course, who doesn’t love a great deal? The inside is lovely and the AC is blasting to a comfortable temperature. They have a pretty extensive selection of jewelry in excellent condition. I never visited until today, but I will be back! Shop local :)

My engagement Ring was 35 years old. Prongs were missing and the ring was worn very thin. In other words the ring was shot. The one good thing it had though was the diamond. After hearing good things from my daughter and son in law about Ream Jewelers, I decided to go in and see what they could do. I was looking to do something a little different.The diamond is pear shaped. After a consultation I decided to get a halo around the diamond, do a white gold where the diamond sets to make the diamond look more white, and keep the rest of the ring yellow gold since that’s what my wedding ring is. The ring is absolutely beautiful! I’m so happy I choose Ream Jewelers. They were so helpful and the price was great! I love my ring!

Herringbone necklace repair***. My herringbone necklace was completely broke in the middle of the chain. Took it to ream jewelers to be repaired. I was nervous about the repair because from researching online it showed other repairs that were very noticeable. After about a week, I went to pick up the necklace and the repair was seamless. You cannot notice where it was repaired at; The necklace looked new. This isn’t just a place that provides fine jewelry, but they also provide great service for repairs.

My wedding band and diamond had become a bit snug after 46 years. I took the rings to Ream Jeweler to be resized and was very pleased with their professionalism. The setting was redone so is now secure and both rings look beautiful and brand new. Very pleased!

One option the bead shop was not handled to proceed. The suggestion to try their next door neighbor Ream Jewelers. Frequently the bead shop refers customers to Reams when they cant resolve an issue. The jeweler placed a diamond on either side of the emerald in a gold setting that evokes an art deco motif. I am very pleased with its timeless appeal! As a Lancaster City resident, Central Market and Aura espresso room frequenter :-), I have passed this Jeweler and popped in on occasion for two years before actually using their services. A year ago my wedding band broke as well as one of my anniversary bands and my grandmothers opal ring which I inherited. I was holding on to them for a while but eventually decided I needed to have them repaired. I knew I wanted to take them to reims because of the positive experiences I had while window shopping. I got reasonable quotes for the work and have been paying them off slowly as I could afford it. I am really thankful for their professionalism and the jewelry is absolutely Exquisite. The repairs done to my rings are outstanding. Just like new. The other thing that is practical and above and beyond is the fact that they reimburse you for parking in both the Prince Street and Hagar parking lots which are the open air ones right next to Central Market.Updating this review to say that I now have all three of my rings in my possession. They were so patient and gracious as I slowly paid down the balance on my ring repairs. I was very excited to pay them off with my tax refund this year! Next up watch repairs...

Ordered a custom engagement ring. The design team did a fabulous job on designing it through CAD and then following through to the finished product. Very friendly service that does not push sales tactics and ideas down your throat. Did I get the best value for my money? Possibly yes or possibly not. What matters is the perceived value and I believe I was treated well and am very satisfied with the final product. Excellent customer service and product. Custom ring was described to the employees and the CAD drawings finished a little over a week later. After ordering the custom ring, it was ready for pick up just one week after the order date. I requested quotes from other jewelers who took 2-3 weeks just to create a CAD drawing that was lackluster in comparison to Ream Jewelers. The attention to detail and quality is insurmountable. Highly recommended.
