Super dissatisfied with this store location. We initially bought my engagement ring from here with no problem. But for some reason when I stopped in several of times to get a ring guard and go shop for bands it is attitude central in there. I was told zales doesn’t offer the life time warranty for as long as Kay jewelers does. I was told they only offer it for 3-5 years which is why the coverage is cheaper then kays which was a bold face lie. I walked over to zales and asked them and they handed me this brochure that said otherwise. They cover up too 100 years except for if it’s lost or stolen. They only had 1 ring option to show me compared to zales. Which is just wrong. Zales took their time, showed me plenty more options and they sold me on my wedding band too. Now I’m strongly considering buying my wedding necklace too from them too. Kay jewelers sales associates are not inviting or welcoming in this store location. They didn’t even have any promotions going on. Zales had a 25% sale. And Kay’s didn’t offer much to me this time. The Kay vibes was just off. The sales team at Kay is awful, and I didn’t appreciate being lied too by any associate which is why I went with zales. Where I had a much better experience and way more options. So glad I did my homework on both places and ended up choosing zales for his band and mine. Plus I was approved for financing options which was fantastic. To me Customer service is EVERYTHING. If you can’t even greet me I don’t want your sale. Plus I got a way better deal.If you can’t sale right please don’t work here . We need more exciting staff at this location instead of who’s there now. Can’t wait for our bands to come into the Zales location

I wasnt sure what I was looking for. I just knew I wanted some nice jewelry for some gifts. I was greeted immediately, and the lovely young lady that helped me was able to steer me in the right direction. Very pleasant experience overall. Thank you very much.

We were just at the park city Kays. My husband has purchased several diamond pieces for me from this store and lastly, a Bulova watch for me. We just went in to have a battery put in Customers in the store purchasing) We were told that due to covid they do not replace batteries. They would have to send the watch out and it would take 4 weeks. I understand COVID I get it. Followed all the rules but really.... a battery??? We had to go downstairs for an $8 battery which cost $16.99. The price was not the issue. If we would have wanted to purchase something im sure they would have been up in our face. I was so upset. Just could not believe that from Kays. Also, they dont do jewelry cleanings as promised just in case you need one.

Married less than three years and my ring has been on my finger about the same amount of time that its been in repair. On my second set of defective wedding and engagement rings. Diamonds fall out, prongs bend like cheap jewelry. Thank God my husband bought warranty. I was told I am too hard on the jewelry. Here is a photo of my natural nails. No chips or nicks, but he blamed me over faulty product. Update. They replaced the ring that continually has problems with another that continually has problems. Ugh

I have to say Im very disappointed Im Kay. My ring has lost its stone twice now. When I made my initial appointment to get it fixed they couldnt help me because they would have to come to my car and we couldnt go in the store. Today I had some extra time on my hands. There were no customers at all in the store and they made me make an appointment. They had nothing until the end of September. So its fine if you want to buy something today, but you treat your returning customers like that? I hope they can come up with something better in the future.

I found the ring at kays that I dreamed of. Since then its been a mistake going to kays. We (my fiance and i) got approved for a credit line. When we went to purchase the ring. Our account got blocked not once but 3 times. Then we ordered a whole new ring because my ring finger is a super small size. Well that was August 1st. Its now December 8th. No ring. It was suppose to take 80 days for my ring. They lost my ring, never answer the phone, rude customer service, always have an excuse and attitude. They lie about if the ring is purchased or not. My ring is always delayed or they dont know where its at in the process. Once I get my ring I have to send it in right away to get downsized to a quarter smaller. I bet ill never see my ring again. The higher ups never know where my ring is. The store itself never knows where my ring is or why its not at the store. They say they will call you back with an update or when the ring is at the store and they never do. You have to get ahold of them or call the higher ups to get ahold of the store. This is a disaster. If I could go back I would of purchased my ring somewhere else. Please go somewhere else if you want better customer service.

Kays has always been great. We bought our wedding bands there and when mine separated (silver band came off the tungsten carbide), they replaced it quickly and for no charge. We also have there extended warranty for my wifes ring and it has been smooth anytime she has had an issue. The staff is friendly and service is usually pretty fast.

I stopped in to look at wedding bands and Stefany was very friendly and helpful. She showed me many bands without putting any pressure on me to purchase one on the spot. They have beautiful jewelry and are running a good discount right now.

This store has such an amazing, helpful, considerate, and kind staff. Our experience was nothing shy of perfect. As customers we were respected, heard, and well taken care of!! My engagement ring has had 6 loose stones (or stones that have actually fallen out) in less than a year. Fortunately we have it insured so it is fixed each time. When I told the employee last time that we wouldn’t be buying our bands there because of this, she said “I understand.” Glad she understands but doesn’t really help my situation... Also, on another occasion I was there the employee referred to her co worker as “the chubby one” which made me uncomfortable.On the positive side, they have always returned my ring to me before the promise date.Definitely won’t be buying any more jewelry at Kay’s.

While I was there I saw a necklace online and was trying to order it through the store. They put my card through twice because there system was saying that it was not going through. Pulled up online banking and it showed that it took the money out both times. Turns out that the necklace was out of stock. I called customer service to see what they can do because it messed up my budget for Christmas shopping because it took out twice the amount i wanted to spend on that Christmas gift. They pretty didnt do anything and now Im stuck without over $900 for the next couple of days (or week) because of the mistake that they did. I will be putting in a report to the better business bureau. Moral to the story is to dont do orders through their store unless you are certain that they are in stock.

Extremely disappointed in this store. Not only did we almost not get our wedding bands the day before our wedding because they didnt process the payment correctly, I lost a stone in my ring after not even having it a week. They were able to order a new ring and after waiting 2 months for it to come in, I go to pick it up and its not even sized as I was told it would be. Will never do business with Kay jewelers again!

Have had nothing but issues with this place. My engagement ring was sent out to be sized and came back with a big chunk of my dimond missing. Than they proceed to try and say that that was how it was when they sent it to be sized! UMMM NO!!! After fighting with them they finally were going to replace it. Its going to take 4-8 weeks until I get my ring back. Like what the heck!!! Do not go here or any Kays for that matter dont waste your time on crappy jewelry. Go spend your money at a better jewljew store. So wish my ring was from somewhere else. Unfortunately you live and learn. Will never buy anything from them again.

Called to ask a few questions the woman who answered the phone was rude and short about the answers. I would seriously consider before dealing with these people, since you are making high end purchases one would expect a better level of customer service.

If I could give this no stars I would. Stood around for half an hour while the sales people if you can call them that helped every other customer, many of those that had just walked in the store. A sales lady had a conversation with us about her customer not being there but walked away to help another customer that had just walked in. They are rude and could care less about their younger customers. I then complained to the manager and he ignored what I was saying and was a complete asshat about the whole situation. Needless to say, they will not be getting my service ever again!!!
