I was not happy with my experience at the Park City diner. I ordered the fried fish fillets. (See photo.) The skin was quite soggy. It wasnt crispy and it didnt taste fresh. It seems like maybe it had already been cooked and then just reheated.I did alert the server and she was kind enough to offer me another choice. Which I accepted. However I was not very pleased with that meal either. I see a lot of good reviews. And I am not demeaning anybodys opinion. Its just that my experience was not good and I probably will not be returning.
My family and I LOVE Park City Diner! We are always greeted by a friendly face and have the best servers! They are fun, entertaining, prompt, and always interact with our kids.The food is great and the portion size is very generous. Its one of our favorite places to eat.
PERFECT.... Thats how Im describing my experience. Been here many times before and its always great but finally decided I should give them a shout-out. Came in at 3:30am. Aside from a few loud drunks, who thankfully left shortly after I arrived, it was just perfect. Very friendly staff, all of this food for $9.99, food came out as ordered, hot, INCREDIBLY FAST and absolutely delicious. Prices have been going through the roof at every other restaurant for awhile now and theirs hasnt changed but I was told they are going up soon. Cant blame them, theyve had the same prices for years and portions are enormous. Highly recommend for early morning breakfast or any meal anytime.

The food is always great and the service is always nice. There’s a reason this place has been around for such a long time! If you like ham loaf, there’s is a must try.
The food was really good. I ordered the catfish and eggs. The portions are plentiful. The catfish was fried to perfection and crispy. The batter used didnt have any flavor.
Im usually a big fan of this place but this meal was way below standard. For a lot of different reasons. Including the gravy was as thick as jello. And the Italian vegetables were almost Raw. Im positive the meatloaf slab was frozen, then microwaved and grilled. It was not fresh. I noticed others who were not finishing their meals also! Ill go back for another try but Ill be paying attention. My friends ham loaf dinner was the very same way.
First time at this restaurant. Good and service were both good. Great menu selection and daily specials. Prices moderate. Only drawback was no bread served with meals (or even crackers with salad). Perhaps this is simply a regional custom?
We came in with a group of 13 at 2 in the morning and they were already super busy. They got us seated fast and had all of our orders out perfect in 20 minutes. Awesome job!
Its a great restaurant, me and my wife loves the food,We go there all the time firm customer, this morning I went to eat breakfast, and the waitress that was attending my table never asked is I needed water,Looked at my table twice and turned her head the other way, Im a co- owner of a Spanish restaurant,I have 10 waitress, I hired them for the purposeTo try their very best to have the customers 100 percent satisfaction. Delicious food. Large menu....if you cant find something you like on this menu, then youre not hungry. Lol. Huge selection. Very good prices...we had full meals, appetizers and a dessert and didnt spend even $50! Its a diner, but not a greasy spoon type. Everything seems from scratch basically. Large portions. Definitely enough to take some home. I like the high sided booths...makes it kind of like private dining. Fast service. They have a senior citizen as well as a kids menu. Weve eaten here before and definitely will go back again.
As a Diner, the food is really good. I ate a medium-rare Reuben burger with homemade fries. My partner thought his chicken-fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy was the best he’s had in many years. His senior dinner came with stuffed green pepper soup—too salty, but tasty. The rice pudding was somewhat tasty, but too little rice and too much “pud” i.e. bland cream. We thought the heavy and out-of-character custom-made draperies darkened the atmosphere needlessly. You can save 3% by paying with cash. I wish restaurants wouldn’t do that. Nowadays, I carry little cash. Finally, I complimented one of the hosts on their stylish and unique look after paying for the meal. She unexpectedly responded coldly. Interesting. We left, feeling a bit soured.

Food here is pretty good. However the 3 % charge if you pay with a credit card is bogus. Especially not seeing the small sign on the cash register as you enter. I really hope that 3% goes for the servers and not in the owners pocket.
Wait time was minimal and the restaurant was packed. Got in in under 10 minutes. Food was great and a great selection for the menu. Would definitely come back again if I was in town.
Service was great even though they were very busy, big menu, the kids wanted pancakes/waffles, I had stir fry shrimp and my husband had a Reuben melt and French onion soup. Portions were very large, food was very good.
Very popular place. Lots of different food options, breakfast is available all day. Waiter was very polite, helpful and attentive. Only off putting thing was the owners/managers came off as a bit rude which I simply attribute to them being stressed with the overflow of people wanting tables. Wait was 15 minutes, but we only had to wait 5-10 minutes before we got in. Decent prices for very generous amounts of food.
Great diner, they have a large selection and the food is delicious with big portions and reasonable prices. The staff are friendly & polite. We arrived at 11:20 on a Saturday morning and even though they were very busy we waited less than 10 minutes for a table. I would highly recommend!
3 out of 4 of our meals were wrong, my was replaced and was still wrong. I ended up just not eating. The waitress was nice, and apologized. Just stink because I was hungry, but it just turned my stomach.
If you want to eat . Make tummy and pocket feel good this is the place to go. There food are also very delicious and scrumptious.

Park City was amazing! There was a large variety of food, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and our waitress was very nice. I had the Caribbean BBQ Chicken Melt with French Tomato soup and I must say, it was delicious. I would highly recommend Park City to anyone who wants a great sit-down meal at a reasonable price.
We were in town for a basketball tournament and stopped here before we left to go home. It was late, like 10:30pm or so. Im so glad we chose to go here. It was absolutely delicious! I had the French toast which was really good. My one son had the crispy chicken sandwich and my husband and other son had country fried steak. Everyone ate so much! Portions were large. Even their fries were really really good. So many other plates that went by looked great as well. Service was friendly and very fast. We will definitely come back when back in the area!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming when we stopped there on vacation from Texas. We are used to down home hospitality and we sure got it here. Food was amazing and portion size great. Would have loved to try some other things but we were so full. Desserts looked like heaven. HATS OFF FROM TEXAS!!!!!!
A local favorite. I skipped the line waiting for a table as there was a seat available at the counter. Unbelievably large menu. Good food at reasonable prices. Had a dinner sized Caesar salad topped with a crab cake. The crab cake was about 4 in across and an inch thick or more. I couldnt eat it all. It came with a cup of soup for $13.99. Now, youre not going to get jumbo lump crab meat in a cake that large for $13.99, but it was good

Been going to this diner for years. They never disappoint. The quality of the food it good and the staff are pleasant. The homemade ranch dressing for the house salad is to die for.Plus the location is great, especially if you are shopping at the Park City Mall.
Our wait staff Richard was great and the food was delicious. I had the blush pasta with chicken and 🥦. It was tasty and I had enough for two lunches.

Great place, a few of the servers are questionable they come off slightly rude but others are truly amazing and make up for the few .The food has never disappointed me and the crab cakes are always cooked to perfection and I am use to eating Maryland crab cakes in Maryland so I would like to think I have a good knowledge on how crab cakes should look & taste. Park City Diner crab cakes are truly amazing.
I was here for the 1st time with my daughter, Sam a couple of weeks ago and my Roast Beef w/ Gravy over Stuffing was sooo good. The amount was way too much for me at one sitting so I took half of it home. My hubby, Chris and I were there yesterday and this time I had my favorite,, Cream Dried Beef over Homefries with Toast and Coffee. OMG again yummy and I took half of it home. I will be back!

Ive gone here a few times recently and this rating is based off of the combination of these past few visits.1. Unfriendly staff, always. No one smiles, no one looks happy to be here, they discuss employee relations at the front counter where people go to get sat. You can just see the stress on everyones face and it makes for an unpleasant experience. Now today my server Olivia was friendly and supportive of the fact I didnt like how my food came out. Unfortunately the server who served it to me was, what I felt, annoyed that I wanted to send it back.2. In checkout a huge crowd of medical staff got in line front of me when I was waiting first. I waited patiently for my turn, but when I got up there the gentleman slid my card, handed me the receipt and said NEXT. mind you I havent even gotten to write my tip amount or add the total or even sign my name. Like what the heck? You didnt do that to any of the other people in line, how rude.3. In regards to the food, it is usually always right, great temperature and tastes fabulous. This is why I continue to come back, but pretty soon the staff will make it so I dont return. Please dont end up pushing your customers away. Get friendlier, get happier, smile more and be courteous to EVERYONE not just who want to be courteous too. Thank you.

Usually, our experience and quality of food are five stars, but tonight our waitress Deanhead was so flighty that I dont think she knew what was going on. Our meals came to the table one plate at a time. Ten minutes apart. My salad was dessert. Food was great, as usual, but Deanhead left much to be desired.

The food is always great everyone my family visits this dinner! It hasnt disappointed yet! I love the breakfast selection and the fact that it is available all day long (who doesnt like breakfast for dinner?). They really take care to offer fresh food items that are made on-site and not frozen or out of a can. I definitely recommend this diner!
First time at Park City Diner. I was pleased with the food and the service. I had heard the patrons can be rowdy after partying all night, but it was nice and quiet.
STAY AWAY! Staff were not wearing masks and rude. Ordered fried chicken and looked like 3 day old, shriveled up DRY chicken. They cover all their food in “gravy” I suspect to cover up how bad the food is. The tables were gross and generally not clean, basically a germ factory . I’ll never eat there again!
Broad food choices from Americana to Italian to Greek. Wonderful staff! The quality of ingredients used in their food preparation is stellar! This restaurant is sure to please even the most discerning palate!

Ok. Breakfast potatoes under and over cooked at the same time. Eggs over easy were over cooked. Hash was good. Good service. Reasonable cost, breakfast for two was a little under $20. May give it a second chance.
Taking into account of COVID-19 situation and restaurants being short staffed I hate to leave a bad review but our waitress was some where else. Not very attentive, to busy being on phone. Super long wait to give, get order. Even took a long time to get drinks and it was from some random guy. Food was good but refill on drinks and napkins were non existent. Had to flag down random person to get bill and took forever to get boxes and bags to go. Honestly probably will never go back.
The food is good, but the prices went up $4 or more. This place stays busy and is in a perfect place, right across the street from the Park City Mall.
My family and I have been attending Park City Diner since they have opened up. Literally have never had a bad meal. Service is hit or miss but most of the time great. Only reason it is a miss is when they are packed which is expected. Food is served quickly, great prices, and large portions. Only diner we enjoy in Lancaster.

I don’t know how this place is on a regular day but if your vacationing for a holiday weekend, avoid this place at all cost. They can’t handle when it’s busy. Almost all our orders were messed up. One in particular, we ordered an omelette with cheese and spinach with bacon on side. The guy repeated it back to us and confirmed it twice. We picked it up and went back to the resort to eat and it turned out to be an omelette with red beans all over it and no bacon. The omelette was soaked in red bean sauce, it was disgusting! we called back and they said the manager would call us but never did. We called back later in afternoon, and they said manager is off on Mondays and they can’t do anything for us. We had to throw away the omelette and go purchase somewhere else. And we never received the refund! Please do yourselves a favor and don’t go here. I’m all about supporting local business but when local business doesn’t care to satisfy their customers then I don’t care to give them business.

Good diner food. We stopped here on mothers day for an late lunch. It was busy but we got sitted within 10 minutes. Portions were nice size and decent priced. We will eat here again.
Table offered was dirty with something that got all over my attire. Offered nothing but a towel. Did not really care. Food was so-so. Stay away from their over priced steak. Mash potatoes is made from a box of flakes. So gross.Clam strips is nothing more then a surf clam they chopped into pieces.Will not go back again.
Our experience at the diner was awesome our waiter who was the young man from Egypt was outstanding and very accommodating. So food was out of this world and the portions are unusually large. We traveled two hours away for vacation in Lancaster but we always stop at the diner because it is a highlight of our vacation.

Lets say you are touring Lancaster and the surrounding area and youre a late-nighter and its way after midnight and you just want to have a place to sit down have a nice meal to eat in a nice place this is it. The wait staff are so attentive and they know that menu without even looking at it almost as if they know exactly what you need before you even open your mouth to say it. The internal temperature of the restaurant is very comfortable not hot not cold just right. Big bench seats comfortable big white tables everything is extremely clean smells nice in there and the decor is timeless and classical well lit with great music playing. And you get exactly what you ordered and more the food comes to you promptly correct and hot and just right in time. There is a sense of urgency when they take you order and they get right on it for you I recommend this place to everyone.

This place has become a regular for my family. It has everything you expect from a diner: 24 hours service, freshly brewed coffee, a vast menu with all the classics plus more, friendly and fast service, and a clean and comfortable environment. I have seen the owner almost every time I go there, no matter the time. That man clearly cares about his business, and it shows. Definitely would recommend

Beware of the lobster newberg! It made me sick and the manager would not do anything when I called to report it! I had nothing else to eat besides their lobster newberg so I know that was what caused me to be sick. My family and I have been going there for several years but we wont ever be going back there after I was treated like that.
Everything we got was great. The broiled crabcake sandwich, grilled cheese, onion rings, corn nuggets, turkey club, fries, broiled flounder... everything, was delicious, and this was after it was carefully packaged to go. 15-20 minutes later we unpacked and chowed down. This will be a monthly affair moving forward.Regarding masks, I was disappointed to see a not significant amount of employees either not wearing a mask or wearing one incorrectly. This is a busy place without social distancing guidelines being observed.
An enormous menu and solid value for good diner food open 24 hours. Service is fast and friendly. Will eat here again.
Awesome late night dinner. They are open 24 hours(even during pandemic) good covid precautions. I got country fried steak special 11oz steak, 3 eggs, toast, tater tots or home fries for $11.99. Very tasty and quite the belly buster, Wife got hot roast beef sandwich came with 2 sides and that too was good. Homemade red potato mashed, and soup. Lobster bisque was typical cream soup base creation, but given that, it was not too bad. Will definitely go again.

I usually have a great experience here, so today’s was very disappointing. I ordered the crepes -spinach, egg and feta with added bacon - topped with Hollandaise sauce. What came out were pancakes folded around the filling, like a small, thick wrap. These were not delicate, thin crapes, made from crêpe batter, these were pancakes. Sadly, on top of not being actual crêpes, they were dark & well-done on the outside and under-done on the inside. The hollandaise sauce on top tasted chalky as though it was a mix that was not well blended. The bacon that I asked to add to my filling was obviously bacon bits just tossed onto the finished egg before it was wrapped. They were not integrated at all into the mixture. Overall a very disappointing food experience. The service was great, and the people were pleasant as usual! When I expressed my dissatisfaction to my waitress, she gave me a half-price discount on my meal, and the young lady at the checkout also apologized for the disappointing experience. I hope that my comments will be taken as constructive evaluation and that improvements will be considered. I will definitely come back again, but I will likely never order the crepes!

The fries were amazing, but the meat for the gyro seemed like it had been cooked for awhile and they still served it. It was tough to chew compared to how it should be. The service was good though.

Was just there last night and had THE BEST Fettuccini Alfredo with shrimp & scallops Ive ever had!!! Theres so much seafood you may need more fettuccini. The portion was so big I had to take ½ of it home. It also came with dinner rolls, soup or salad (I chose the crab bisque - delicious) & garlic toast. Their food has always been great; I encourage you to check it out!
