Great place to shop only for bargain things.

The one manager I spoke with regarding a product availability was rude. Acted like I was a bother. So far only 2 employees are helpful and kind. I wish I had their names. Was looking for furniture on 2 other occations. If you are elderly alone female, dont expect help. They act like you dont have money. Guess what, I spent my $2000.00 elsewhere.

Large store with lots of rugs and cool stuff.

I bought 2 sets of chairs which are wonderful for my kitchen. I wud have been nice if theyd informed me prior to purchase, Id have to assemble them. Which was not too hard to do.

Big lots have tons of cheap items and coupons that you can use to make your expensive items way cheaper. If you ever need something then this is the place. They have a wide selection of candies and sweets so if you have. Asweet tooth like me then this is a good place to stop by and come

Halloween supplies on sale here! Great prices so I loaded up, just in time for Halloween. Grab a few other items on sale as well. Overall the store had alot of, what I was looking for. By the way, anyone interested in Christmas stuff? They already have it here lol! I guess this year their bypassing Thanksgiving...lol!

Bad customer service was in line for almost five minutes while the employees were talking among each other.

What in device of product advertised on the ad they dont have the product in stock because it wasnt delivered or theyre lying take your pick

I was at the big lots in lancaster ca and The manager linda is the rudest worker i ever met i went in their with 7 minutes before closing time to grab some thing very quickly wouldnt even take more then 5 minutes she informed that they were closing soon with a really snobby attitude all most if she did not want me to enter the store i said ok i will be quick and she said seriously she kept staring at me with a irritated look on her face as i walked into the store if the store is still open i have every right to enter the store i am a paying customer in all honesty this lady linda should not be manager and deserves to be fired i was out before the store even closed i hope corporate does something about this this was my first time shopping at big lots and will he my last if this is the way the store treats their customers they should be a shamed at promoting a manager that is so rude

The staff are very rude dont waste your time to shop there. I had questions about a mattress and I got the rudest reply you could ever get. Its like you should be grateful theyre helping you rather than offering cordial customer service. I will be forwarding this to their corporate office it really disappoints me to see this.

I have always been a fan of lots. Small Lots, Fat lots, striped lots, green lots So when I learned there was a store that has big lots well then color me excited. Everyday I was going in and buying some lots. People were concerned I was going too much for lots they wanted me to stop but I think Id become addicted to lots. I found myself under a bridge selling myself just for a little lot. They tried to make me go to lot rehab but I said no no no. I was too Into lots, so much I was in knots. Lots and lots and lots and lots.

This review is for the patio / outdoor furniture I purchased today, along with a friend. I sauntered into the store today with my friend to look at some patio furniture. After selecting a nice set, we went out to the cashier to checkout. The girl who rung us in. her name was Bianca. She was the best! Very very kind friendly and compassionate girl, she gave us a huge discount! I had a most amazing customer service experience! It is said by management gurus that if you want your business to be successful, dont just make your customers happy...DELIGHT THEM! thats precisely what Bianca did. Delighted us with her customer service! I recommend this big lots store and Bianca to every one! Two thumbs way up for her n biglots!

The store is like going to a regular store. It suppost to sell thing a little bit less expensive but is just regular prices. Most of the time they dont have what I amnlooking for..

8.50 Coat hangers is a big lot of money. No tanks. Customer service Mgr was suffering effects of too much Starbucks.

They didnt have what I needed.... an android phone charger. Why?

They just have a lot of çool stuff that you normally wont find in stores.

To be honest Big Lots is never my first choice for purchases,of any type! Mainly because of the lack rotation of products, that they allow to remain on their shelves.Then there is the cleanliness of the store, which was completely unacceptable . My advice to the company that owes thus store : clear the place out and start over with a deep cleaning . Then train your employees the inner workings of a mop and broom! Then the big one the reason for rotating products on your shelves!

Havent been there in a long time was impressed with variety of products and prices I did like shopping, but store was a mess and ditrty.

Came to trade the couch purchased because it was to big. Was told we werent able to return them because they didnt have the one I wanted in stock. I rented a Uhaul truck just to bring them now theyre telling me I HAVE to take them back that I CANT leave them. Worst customer experience Ive received.How do they expect me to not leave a couch that doesnt even fit in my house? Theyre not very good at customer service.

A great place to pick up a few cheap items that you want to try especially their face wipes which work very well and cost a dollar for 30. They have decent prices on some home decorations however I would recommend Family Dollar for a lot of them first serious the cashiers and most of the employees at this location are female, the managers are rude, and they will close early if they can. But I keep going back so cant be all bad :-)

Well stocked, use to love this place because there prices were so reasonable. But now it seems like they feel there a high end store.. If youre going to pay high end prices you might as well go to a store that has high end quality, Right?

This place is almost like Michaels and dollar store like items, with furniture and some hygiene, grocery items. Inexpensive. I got mostly craft items and wrapping paper this time around. Prices seem reasonable as well. Ive not gotten any food items with the exception of the occasional candy, gum type stuff.

Went to Big lots to get a coffee maker and I found it twenty bucks love it

Basically a grocery store that also happen to sell furniture and household items. Some shelves were scarce of items, and others can be jam packed.

Easy 2 shop, workers always pleasant, one of my favorite stores :)

Had to change my 5 star to a 1 star due to staff reaction for the of changing policy on allowing dogs in the store. Staff instead of politely saying the policy has changed we cant allow dogs, please come back later with out your dog, decided to have a freak out and rudely say to leave and make a scene. Very unprofessional. I hope the manager will read this and educate staff on proper communication skills. Thank you

This is my favorite store to pick up my cleaning products and office supplies. I always find something on sale or clearance. The people there are always friendly and helpful.

It leaves a lot to be desired

Items are always available. Plenty of parking available. Not alot employees, but the ones that are there are always working hard. Cell phone reception inside store not great, but thats not big lots fault. Yes, its an older store but it has the items I need. Came in for paper rolls, snacks and cleaning products. And a very nice staff.

The place was pretty picked over and they dont have very good products at this time.

Big Lots is great this ones extra nice they sell furniture pillows bedding food all the stuff for your patio for summertime for barbecuing they have pet supplies and the list goes on!! They sell watches, they have Electronics, phone covers, headphones, earbuds Etc!! Great prices and its a great store!!! Oh and lets not forget toys for the kids!!

It just ok

The customer service was rude and unprofessional. I went to buy contact paper and it was a clearance price on the item. When it was rung up at the register it came up a different price. When i told the cashier that the price was different. She asked a co-worker too check the price. Two of the co-worker hesitated to go in the back to check it. They wanted me to go by what was rung up. When i refuse the staff got agitated and finally went to the back. And saw that i was right. Because it was a whole shelf at that price. I felt real disrespected, they treated me as if i was in BIG LOT changing price. If they take their time and do their job right And place the right price on these items, then they wont have these incidents.

Good except for the amount of people working check out. Two people is NOT enough for a location like this, considering the size and product line up. This isnt a small retail store.

Naught a umbrella to put out on the front patio. Service was ok quality seems ok.
