Saturday June 1, 2019~ YAY + NO RAIN lol.~ wed like to thank 2 knowledgeable, very friendly gentlemen (Kevin & Mark, the perfectionist team ) for installing our sliding garage screen door today, they work together very well . We liked watching there work, we had some questions and with no hesitation they were answered ~ Call Kelly or Karen at the store, they are 2 great ladies as well as (family) thanks again gentlemen ;) We will definitely tell others about Moderncraft.

Amazing customer service!!! The sliding screen door is high quality and super user friendly. Kevin and Kevin installed quickly and efficiently and were very friendly. Karen explained every detail prior to purchase. We are SO happy and would highly recommend!

I ordered garage screens from Moderncraft. They are beautiful and high quality and I was mostly impressed at how professional and nice this company is. Right from the first day when I called with questions until the date of installation, the process couldn’t go smoother. This was in the middle of a pandemic and they informed me they were a little behind, but it wasn’t much of a delay at all. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.Jan Silverman

I just visited these guys for the 1st time when a window broke in my trailer...it was a very odd size but they had the glass...

Our side door awning had separated from the house & they were able 2 reattach it in about 2 hrs. Bring on a windstorm! Its not going anywhere! They are very efficient & very reliable. I will definitely recommend them 2 others. Very reasonably priced.

I got 15 new windows from this amazing family owned establishment. I have to say, the guys that were in my house were great. They were mindful of my cats during install and the clean up was fantastic. I would recommend this company for sure if your looking for quality work.

The one good thing I can say about Moderncraft windows is that in 2008, Kevin did an excellent installation job of windows at my parents home in western NY. The 1 star rating is from the total lack of customer service Ive received from Kevin since May 2019 for replacement windows at my parents house. I had to call and leave multiple messages to even get Kevin to call me back to just come and do an estimate for these replacement windows. After he finally came to do the estimate, he said he would come in June to replace these windows. Its now July 19 and Kevin hasnt shown up yet or even made any attempt to call and tell us what the deal is! I have left 3 messages inquiring when he will be available to come and he hasnt returned one of my phone calls. So if you like a contractor who has total lack of communication and responsibility, then Kevin is your man! I didnt even want to give this company a 1 star rating! Needless to say, we have already found another much more responsible less expensive company that we are very happy with to finish the job!
