We used this store about a year ago to get a great plan for two retired folks. Denny, the manager was helpful and explained all of the options. He also explained how to get new phones, when we were ready, but did not pressure us to buy then. So this week I went back and got a new phone. He gave us good advice which I verified through my own research. He didnt press us to buy more than we need for 2 1/2 times the price. Every time I get a new phone, it always takes a l o n g time. Always. I have dealt with several different vendors and carriers and it always takes a long time. But I felt Denny at this Sprint store was relatively fast.

Absolutely wonderful service here. We stopped in on our drive home from Lancaster just to kill some time and wound up changing over to sprint. The salesman was wonderful and very patient, he made sure all of our info from our old phones was passed to our new ones and made sure everything was working properly before we left.

This is the ONLY store I go to. We switched from Verizon two years ago and couldnt be happier. Todd is the most knowledgeable and helpful person we have ever worked with in our cell phone journey. We followed him to Centerville, after he left another store. There are several Sprint stores that are closer to our home, but the only one we go to is Centerville. Every time we have a problem, Todd takes care of it with kindness and thoroughness. He goes through all possible routes to get us the best fix for our situation. He has never turned us away with a good enough, fix. He always make sure that its the best fix he can provide, and that the phone is set up just in a way that is most user friendly for me. He doesnt just sell you a phone, he listens and makes sure that it is set up to be the most user friendly for his client. Go to this store, talk to Todd, you will walk away happy.

They went way above and beyond the Call of Duty. They helped me just the speakers I wanted by going out in the parking lot and doing a distance test to see how far away I could get while still hearing the speaker, Plus Nobody could get my data to transfer from my old phone to my new phone. The sales rep continued to work with it and found a way for me to not lose all my contact information. I will definitely come back to the store for more phones and the accessories

My daughter was home on Spring Break and having issues with her Iphone 7 we went into the Sprint store in Centerville and Alex and Chris took amazing care of us! We walked out of the store with a new phone and they bought back her old one. They also applied liquid glass to her phone which is an amazing product. Thank you Alex and Chris for everything! It was a pleasure!

Always great customer service when I walk in. Great store manager and knowledgeable staff. Love what sprint and this store have offered me sinve I started service. If you habe a question just call and make an appointment they will be ready for you!

I went in to switch my phones. I thought it was going to be easy to back up my old phone and switch but 3 1/2 hours later I was still there! Cailey is the associate that helped me the whole time. She was very nice and patient with the process since it was such an ordeal!

I went in when my horse stepped on my phone and the staff was so nice to be able to get me upgraded to a new device. This new phone runs faster than I can plow the fields. I would recommend this location to anyone that needs a phone.

Was told that if I pre ordered my phone I would get it half off my monthly lease payment which turned out to not be the case at all. After sitting in the store for over an hour I was told they would e mail me if they could figure it out and I havent heard a thing since. Bottom line is dont believe anything they say

I was really pleased with this store, the salesman was nice, and went out of his way to help us. On a Friday we showed up 5 min before closing(not knowing they closed then) to upgrade 3 phone. We were going to go back the next day, he said he would do it for us, it was like we showed up when the store first opened. He couldnt have been any nicer.

Really depends who is working when you go in. Alex saved me as a customer. Sprint has a tendency to pull a Comcast screw current customers on upgrades and service while offering new clients sweet deals. I happened to be having a issue with my Samsung 8 which was a month before end of lease. It was constantly roaming. He informed me I could get a new iPhone xs free or pay 150 for the 256 gig and keep the same plan I had which was better then all current ones. So I stayed with them thanks to him

Switched from Verizon and I love it. Customer service here is the BEST!!! The one next to Walmart aint bad either.

Every person knows what you need and whoever said it was dirty didnt go there. It was clean and bright and displays are tempting

I had an awful experience this week trying to upgrade a phone with this store. The store was small, poorly lit, dirty, and smelled like cigarettes. The lone employee was a grumpy and frazzled woman who had two customers in the store. She told me that it would probably be an hour until I could be helped and that I should leave. I dont think she liked me. Upon my return, she marked my phone as fraud in the system because I had to call my business for the account PIN, which then forced me to purchase a new phone from customer service and return the other phone. What a waste of my time. I will go out of my way avoid this store, and will suggest that my company switch to AT&T.

I did not have a good experience with them for the one month I had service! Not to mention they are now saying I have a 1200.00$ bill!!!!! I will be talking to corporate about all my issues.

There is no Sprint stores in etown anymore .besides Sprint sux

On of the best (service) stores around the local area, if not the best. Theyve always had my items in stock, as well as my replacement phone when needed!

Dont know whats the point of having a store, if they cant help you with fixing your phone.
