Troy was very nice and friendly. He had a large inventory. I would highly recommend this place to anybody.

Troy and family are so helpful and kind! The help you load your vehicle and give you tips to help run your business and find the best liquidation pallets. Every pallet isn’t always a grand slam, but that’s the industry and Pallet King is one of my favorite vendors to visit!

Friendly knowledgeable and easy access

I have gotten to know the owner of this wholesale liquidation store in Lancaster, Ohio, pretty well over the last few weeks. Troy truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to help them, giving them advice about how to sell the great pallets they buy from him, helping them pick the kinds of pallets they are looking for, and making sure they are loaded up safely when they leave. Some families have even pitched in together to buy a pallet for Christmas presents. The possibilities are endless. What about a business buying a pallet to donate to a local charity? Some of the reviews here do not reflect my experience with this business. I haven’t yet bought a pallet, but I’m going to keep stopping by to check out his new shipments. Do yourself a favor and stop by to investigate this local Fairfield county gem!

Great guy definitely takes care of his customers

The owners are AWESOME guys that love, respect and look out for their customers.

Drove 2 hours and paid $350 not including tax for boxes stuffed full of 1-3 broken items. The items appeared to be slashed with a box cutter and covered with plastic. In a few of the boxes their was nothing but plastic. I had thankfully not made it to far home, so I turned around and went back to speak with Troy. When I initially tried to show Troy the trash that was sold to me and speak with him about it, out of respect I didnt make a scene or become irate. He brushed us off and told us to call him later. After multiple attempts to contact him, we went to Facebook. He immediately removed me and my fiancé from his page and blocked us. A good business knows their will be bad days but doesnt try to cover it up, they should be trying to make it right. When we finally did speak to Troy Lee later it was almost as if we were speaking to a totally different person. When we explained the conditions of the items, he quickly blamed the distributers and said their was nothing he could do. He even ended the conversation and would not answer anymore calls. These people attempt to charm you until their are issues. They sell you an excuse that they dont know what items are coming when they in fact receive a manifest as any wholesaler will tell you comes with the verified order of the truck. These people are good scammers. The fact that someone else had a very similar experience should say a lot. Keep that in mind. Dont make the same mistake that we did.

If you got a good pallet im happy for you for me it didnt go so well i paid 315.00 for boxs stuffed full of plastic wrap and broken items i was heart broken when i got home and started un packing my pallet only to find 2 to 5 broken items in a box and the rest clear plastic wrap when we inquired about why we were sold so much trsh we were quickly thrown off his page so in my opinion he just wants your hard earned money and cares nothing about providing good sevice to his customers

Everything you buy will be broken junk.
