Best experience I have had with a game store. Just wish the would have games and requested items delivered faster.(Doordash or a person to ride and deliver them in 10 minutes). Other than that it was perfect.

This is a great place to buy new and used games. The staff is always friendly and helpful. If they dont have what you are looking for they will see if any of their other stores have it. Prices are very reasonable! They also give fair trade in value for used games

All of the just press play locations are amazing. They are always clean, well organized and well stocked and the prices are fair. They are the best game stores I have ever been to and I have been to a lot. We are collectors of games from older consoles and we have purchased a good chunk of them at just press play. We always find something on each visit and the staff are very knowledgeable. I always love looking at the museum of video game related collectibles on the shelf above everything that runs around the whole store.

Well, just press play is probably the only game store that still requires a mask. I walk in and pretty much chased after because I didn’t have a mask on. It’s still a choice and I’m making a choice not to wear a mask. Stop impending on my rights. So be sure that I will not EVER be shopping here for anything. Ridiculous!

I love how they have a wide selection of Blu Rays in addition to their game offerings. Incredibly helpful staff! We went in search of Wii games and accessories, and they helped ensure we had the correct things. When one store didnt stock the items we needed they made the calls and reservations necessary for us to pickup same day. Great experience overall!!

Our second visit of the day. After going to the Willow store we drove up to Centerville to check out this location. Youll want to look for the sign at this location because there are 2 big bushes blocking the actual store front so you cant see the window or the open sign as you walk up to the front door.Upon entering youll notice this is the smallest location of the three JPP stores. However its packed to the gills with content. The manager asked us what we were looking for and after telling him we wanted PSP games he directed us to a shelf. The selection was good, however was definitely less than the first store.This store was a little bit busier than the first location and the staff was hustling around. We actually spent the least amount of time at this location. My nephew did find 2 games and we took them to the counter. I looked at some old Intellivision stuff that was in the case which was pretty cool and then we paid and moved on to the next location.Just like the Willow location. I found the staff super friendly and professional.

I wouldn’t even give this experience any stars! I went there and they would not let us in because we couldn’t wear a mask for medical reasons and they proceeded to give us attitude and make snide comments about us and frankly I only bought something there because that was the last place I could find it. Very unprofessional and very discriminatory. We had to stand out in the rain in order to buy what we wanted.

Really awesome place just to look around in. Due to the pandemic, they are a little low on some stock due to people just wanting to stay home and play some games. That it totally to be expected though. Great atmosphere, great trade in value, great selection, and most of all, the best customer service.

I like the one in willow street. This one, not so much. I called because I was told this location was the only one that replaces gameboy cartridge batteries. I came the same day I called and was told I couldn’t get it done because so and so (I forget dudes name) is the only one who can do it. He was there but didn’t have time I guess? I had the option to leave the game there and come back two days later because he only does them after hours?? I’ve gotten it done before on a different game at DK oldies and it literally took 5 minutes!! If this was the case from the start someone should have stated on the phone that only certain people do them certain times and there would be a wait. I drove 45 minutes for nothing.

Came from out of state and my son forgot to grab his 360 power supply. This Just Press Play was the only store near Harrisburg, PA to have the power supply instock. Dude I spoke to put it on hold for me without me even asking. Highly recommended because of the excellent staff and selection.

My husband and son love video games. I dont know much and the staff here was amazing helping me pick out games and accessories for them. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Explained in detail and even showed me different options. They were very honest and upfront!

Great experience overall. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the various video game systems; from Atari to the latest consoles. Better trade-in value or buy back value than the high end video game stores, and the prices are a lot cheaper than other video game stores.

Best video game store. Period. All locations are great. The staff is amazing. Unlike GameStop/EB Games, they actually hire people who are passionate about games and movies. Even if I went in not sure of exactly what game I was looking for, the staff talked to me and figured out what Id like, and I left the store happy with my new game.Also, their selection of new, pre-owned, and vintage games/consoles is unbeatable.Lastly, theyll always give you fair trade-in value for used equipment, games, & DVDs (again, unlike the big chain stores).

Love going into there the staff is nice and they will help you find things at other stores if they dont have it.

Great people who really know what theyre talking about and genuinely want to help. The only problem is you dont know what they have but thats part of the experience. You can find $45 movies for $10 and you can almost always find a rare game.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would this place has truly ridiculous customer service when you asked to speak to a higher up they refuse when you asked to speak to the owner they refuse to give you the phone number or an email address truly ridiculous I will never shop at this hell hole again

Just Press Play is the best place for anything video game/media related. I went in with my playstation that was stuck in a safe mode loop, making it pretty much useless, and the FANTASTIC staff was able to fix it within 25 minutes. Great service along with great prices and products available are among the millions of reasons that anybody would choose JPP as their SOLE video game spot. 10/10 experience and if I could rate it as 400000 stars, I absolutely would.

Yes they have a great selection of games, but the customers service has become deplorable. No one would help us, its been going downhill for a while. Its unfortunate that a good store hires people who lack knowledge and dont care enough to help customers. Its gonna be a while before I return.

I used to enjoy going to this location. While the selection is still great, but the staff has become less friendly as of late. One employee, who I have dealt with twice, is rather condescending and was pushy. When I asked about PS4 fighting games, he recommended games that werent even in the genre and when I clarified what I was looking for, he was dismissive. I dont know if he treats everyone like that or if its because Im female, but it wasnt a good experience. The staff at the South York and Litiz Pike locations are much more friendly and dont judge your game choices or act condescending. I will be taking my business there from now on.
