Rolos Glass installed a shower glass enclosure in our Master Bath remodel in November 2020. I waited to provide review to see if any material or workmanship issues arose. Absolutely none. Rolando did a great job. During the in person estimate he recommended certain install techniques and material that best fit the job. And explained why. Installation occurred within the lead time provided with estimate. Pricing was competitive. Value provided for price was above. Would recommend. Will use again for any other related work.

I cant say enough good things about Rolando. If you dont want to read on, I would absolutely 100% hire him again and recommend him to all my friends and family.Now the details. From the very beginning he was prompt and courteous. He set a quote appointment quickly, took detailed measurements to create the perfect custom piece. His quote was extremely competitive and we hired him. Right before the shower door was to be installed, we discovered an issue with our shower where it had to be completely torn out and redone - thus delaying Rolando. He was extremely patient with us while we sorted through our problems, and kept in contact. He did not rush us or pressure us in any way. Once the shower was put back together he came out and took additional measurements to make sure everything fit. Unfortunately our contractors didnt get everything put back together to the exact spec - glass cannot be reformed and has a very tight tolerance. Rolando was able to salvage the door, and reorder minimal parts. Once he came to install, his attention to detail was second to none. The shower enclosure he installed is absolutely stunning, and brings a new level of elegance to our bathroom. You will not regret hiring Rolos Glass!!

Overall, it was a great experience with this company!! The installers were respectful and helpful! I asked them to keep the doors closed so my dog wouldn’t get out, and the whole 6 hours they were there installing my shower they had the door closed, and also protected my floors!! I would recomend anytime!! Actually I already did to my neighbor!!I usually don’t give up five stars because five stars is for perfection !! and nothing is ever perfect!!! But this company deserves it!!!!
