We come here as our regular grocery store due to proximity to our home. For the most part it is clean and well kept environment. They have a nice selection of groceries for just about anything that you would need for your home. The prices are what you would expect to pay at a store like this. Overall no huge complaints. They have a nice selection of alcohol and wines as well.

Average grocery market. The prices were reasonable, but higher than other grocery stores. The place was clean and well stocked. I enjoyed using the scan and shop option that they had.

Extremely underrated sushi! If you’re into that sort of thing, the sushi here rivals anything in town. Delicious and the price and convenience can’t be beat.

Went there to get a money order and pick up some groceries for my apartment. Unfortunately I couldnt get the money order, since their customer service center closed at 8:30p & it was all most 11pm when I got there, so customer service was closed.

I have been shopping here consistently for a year now and have been running into more and more issues with the store lately. They have only a couple employees working the registers at a time and today I waited in line for atleast 15 mins, then of course you have to bag your own groceries but I had a cast on my hand so that was difficult and thats why I chose an actual register. I used to do the self-check out but apparently months ago they upped their security settings and that didnt work out because the scale was overly sensitive. Overall I am becoming very much less inclined to continue shopping at Giant.

This is your average Giant grocery store. Its large, pretty well stocked, and has a great selection. Its always busy here.

Often out of stock of various items at the end of the day. However, that is a better situation than the Lititz Giant where Ive found various out of date items.

This store is so gorgeous that I love it. Its very clean but not a variety of creamers for coffee. Its changed so much Its lovely.

We miss the Giant that was closer to us in the city but definitely enjoy shopping at this Giant.

Love Wegmans, but Giant wins on lower prices, being able to scan & bag as you shop (for super fast checkout, and variety of items.

Good enough if you are in a pinch but with Whole Foods and Wegmans so close, why waste your time? It is usually below my standards for clean, the produce is subpar, the prepared food has still been frozen in the hot food section on multiple occasions, the people are unpleasant, the sales hardly ever ring up correctly, and the specialty goods are lacking.

Shelves are very low on stock. Freezers are devoid of stock. But it is monday.

An exciting shopping experience. Neatly shelved cold or room temperature beer wine in cases individual or six packs. Prices varied. Helpful gentleman who knew his stock and pointed me to the right wine. The store then opened up to a massivevariety of fresh vegetables. Cheeses was the next selection. Too many to choose. But I did have to buy one. Variety of baked breads of unique ingredients. Either cheese and or cranberry, nuts, seeds. My eyes could not take in all that there was and that was the first aisle. There was a make your own frothy or iced coffee or fruit frap. It wasnt an amazing experience to watch my drink process. It was delicious, ice cold and the machine even washed itself. I passed by the meats, dairy of all kinds. I look forward to my next visit. Lyzzy

Good variety of items including organic products. Easy to navigate. Good breadth of junky popular food and healthy upmarket stuff. Everyone seemed to be wearing a mask properly when I was there and didn’t feel crowded.

Literally a 1 stop grocery store. Just grabbed fresh donuts and coffee from Starbucks also lottery tickets. I know giant will have lots of competition in the area with whole foods and wegmans but Ill stay loyal. 🙌🙌

Great ambiance, competitive prices and helpful staff. I recently moved to Lancaster from NJ, and this store reminds me of my favourite grocery store, shoprite. I highly recommend their Chinese food section, and the wine and beers selection. Their muffins are delicious! You wont be disappointed here

This Giant is really going downhill. I bought one and a half pounds of the uncooked shrimp in the seafood department and a half pound of it was ice. The recipe that I’m using for dinner calls for 1 1/4 pounds. I think one a third of what you’re buying is ice then it should be not only deeply discounted, but let the shoppers know that they have to buy 2 pounds of shrimp to get 1 1/4 pounds.

As Giants go this one is fairly new. Good sized produce section. A very large organic section. They have pickup options. Theres a cafe. Theres even that creepy robot. In all honesty its a clean well maintained location with a lot of plusses.

Between here & KG Stauffers, I am in grocery heaven! Prices are kinda high, but the place is clean, well organized, friendly as can be, and a pharmacy right where Im shopping works great. Even if I stop in to pick up a prescription I am ALWAYS, without exception, in and out. Pharmacists that Ive dealt with are great. The assistants are so friendly. Its a very good store!

Best grocery store in Lancaster. There are fancier ones like Whole Foods and Wegmans, but Giant is the best combination of cost and quality.

Great location. Large free parking lot with handicap parking and access to public restrooms with handicap bathroom and stalls. Wheelchair accessible. Can be seen easily from roadway. Great bakery, love the donuts. Good selection of pies, breads, and cakes. Cakes can be ordered for all occasions. Dairy well stocked with milk, juice products and eggs and more. Nice deli with all your favorite meats and fresh rotisserie chicken. Large selection of fruits and vegitables. Good deli area. Friendly staff. I like this store......Fresh flowers available.

Love the store, but the Deli wait time is so long all the time. Today I had to ask the kid to go get help for the 5-6 customers waiting. There was another girl working but on kiosk, she did not leave this post to help the one guy working the entire counter. This happens over and over and giant deli counter. Process change may be needed. The young guy at counter was very pleasant.

Im not a big fan of supermarkets in general, because I love farmers markets way better, but this Giant is pretty okay. They have a lot of newer items and the store is clean. The workers are friendly and helpful, which is a plus. I love their organic section, please check it out. Some of the items are expensive, which can be expected at a grocery store. I truly encourage people to support their local farmers for fresh meats, fruits, and veggies before they become extinct. You can find way better quality food there that isnt packaged, but fresh and for affordable prices. Farmers work very hard, while these big corporations put all kind of GMOs in our food. It may be a new way of life for some to incorporate fresh fruits and veggies in their diet, but it will be well worth it. Lower food bills, greater sense of community and support, and feeling healthier.

Giant has become my go-to place for all my supermarket needs. I just have to say right now that their donuts are the best out of any supermarket Ive ever tasted. They are a Pennsylvania company and they seem to have our area locked down good as far as what we desire to have in our supermarkets when we shop. The produce is always fresh and it is easy to find Giants all over the place. The parking is also free in this particular location is very easy to see from the street.
