Bigger store. Nice selections. Friendly staff! From what I saw the store was fairly clean.

This particular Weis Market store is closest to me but shopping here has become a nightmare. I can understand the shortages right now but its getting to a critical level. So many staple items were missing or nearly gone. And prices are rising! But the worst part of the experience is that even with a long line at the ONE open regular cashier line, they refuse to open a second regular checkout. They keep insisting that we use self checkout. Well no thanks! If you can, skip this store and try the one in Willow Street instead.

This is your average Weis store. Produce section is small. But store is well stocked. Its never crowded here which is nice. Never had any issues here.

My favorite grocery store. The cashiers are always pleasant. Most of the time they have what I want except for the Poly O mozzarella and cheddar string cheese. They are always out of it.

I am able to go in get what I need and self check out with no issues. They opened up two more self check out registers.

Had an exceptional customer service experience here with a deli/seafood rep., Joyce. She was patient and went above and beyond in helping me with review of nutrition information. Joyce’s pleasant, friendly demeanor will be the reason this Weis sees repeat business from me.

Such a Weis decision... The chicken was so tender and juicy and the Sweet Honey Mustard Sauce complimented the chicken... Better Than KFC I said... Loved it...

All in all I really like Weis. This particular one is fairly big. Its a pretty clean store. They have some decent sales sometimes. They have a beer cafe with a pretty good variety of beer and an ok selection of wine. The downside is its hard to find stuff in this store. Also the employees are miserable. The cashier I had was just chucking my stuff. She threw my milk so hard I thought it was going to break. We were her last customers because she was going on her break. So if you dont mind rude employees, this isnt the first one I have encountered here then this place is for you.

Always on time with refill reminders refills are filled with in a timely manner and I am alerted of them being ready to be picked up

My first time in this huge Weis. Their down fall is many employees did not know where products were located. Flowers were wilted both inside n outside. Fresh flowers looked very unhappy. No reduced prices on any flowers

Thank you Weis markets! I asked the bakery department if they could make a cup-cake for my daughters 13th birthday. They went above and beyond my EXPECTATIONS. The details of both, the flowers and green leaves, were amazing!

My go-to grocery store. Not so hugely overwhelming as some others. Always fresh produce. Helpful deli staff and usually decent cashiers. Often disappointed with the help available at the seafood counter though. Feels like an afterthought.

Your average grocery store, large selection of food and nice people, but i prefer Giant and Aldi to Weis.

Actually really impressed with this store lately. Didn’t go for a while as I do most of my shopping at Wegmans now., but this store must’ve upgraded their lighting or something. Seems brighter and cleaner than ever! Used to feel dim and gloomy. Definitely seems really well kept now, too. Will definitely be stopping here in the near future.

Busy and the Deli workers were very rude.

It seems like Weis Markets is changing and not for the best. The bakery dept didnt have much regarding brownies, non-frozen cakes etc. The sales are still plentiful; however, its now buy 3 at the sale price and anything less then 3 is regular price. This isnt fair to those of us who dont need 3. The only real positive thing is there are plenty of cashiers and self-serve checkouts.

The store itself is a decent store. In an area overcome with competition, decent isnt enough. The service is not always good and the LEAST the could do to stay current is have sushi Wednesday or some day. If you have the section why make it more uninviting.

Needs more help in meat dept.

The Weis in Ephrata is well maintained, clean and well stocked. Although, like any store, items can be moved to different locations. Most of the regular items, like cereal and coffee, remain at one location. They even have a specific spot for seasonal items.Also, the employees are very helpful and will assist you with anything you need. The cashiers are trained well and know how to pack a grocery bag.As I stated above, this store is a great store to shop.

Really nice store. Clean, well lit and the aisles are comfortably wide. Checkout service is good. Self checkout is great. There is always someone to help if you have a question about the self checkout process.

My grocery store of choice. I live closer to Giant, but chose to deal with the new Belmont traffic to go to this store. The staff understands customer service. The selection always seems to be good. If I had one complaint it would be that the seafood counter doesn’t always seem to be staffed.

Great selection but only one cashier was on duty and the self-checkouts kept on malfunctioning, exponentially extending my intended visit.The cashier got me taken care of eventually but the machine rang PLEASE WAIT FOR ASSISTANCE obnoxiously for 5 minutes while I waited like an idiot for an employee to materialize out of the ether.Not going back anytime soon.

Usually very good but had fly in the donut case then when going to checkout 1 register open at 9am and line of people. When cashier asked supervisor (I guess) to send help via another cashier the supervisor ignored her. I placed my stuff down and left the store. Won’t go back!

Very clean and well stocked, hot bar usually has good cooked food. Cashiers are friendly for the most part, my only complaint is that some of the cashiers often sit around and talk up at the service area in front of the registers and dont come to help you right away. Other than that its a great grocery store.

Even if they dont carry all the Spanish food I use, its a clean place and their employees are very helpful!

Weis label breakfast blend coffee was good. Next time maybe the Colombian. The staff were pretty friendly with several good mornings. Only issue: the self check out lanes weren’t in service.

Go food shopping and handle your postal needs all at one time in this particular store.

Limited selection. Not enough checkout lanes. Self checkout is slow and inefficient. Never works right. I end up standing around waiting for a cashier to fix it. Plus side is they make pizza to order which usually isnt bad. But last time I ordered there were new people who didnt know how to make pizza. It was not good. Probably wont order again.

Their produce is great

The stores are usually very clean and well maintained. Weekly sale prices are usually good (Non-sale items have a higher prices here than at other stores.) Some (but not all of the) Weis stores have a wonderful floral department.

No cashiers, took forever to check out with 2 items. Never has the things I want so I always have to buy whatever weird store brand they have. I avoid going there when I can but sometimes i dont have time to go to a different shopping center (or money to go to whole foods, when it opens). Wish theyd just close it and put a decent grocery in its place.

I usually go to the store on Lincoln Highway, because its close to home. Im going to start going to the Lititz Pike store. The selection is better and the produce is fresher.

I had applied to work here part time, interviewed, got the job, went to a scheduled first orientation, only to be told the person who was supposed to be conducting that orientation with me wasnt even there! No one had the decency or respect to call me and let me know this fact, so like a dummy, I got up early to get there on time (drove an hour one-way just to get there), just to realize it was nothing more than a waste of my time and energy. Had to drive another hour just to get back home.

A more simplified shopping experience. Has everything need but not everything youd want. Never as busy as the larger stores i.e. GIANT, Wegmans

Horrible service from the lady who works behind the beer counter. She berated another worker right in front of me and made me wait an extra 5 minutes while she shouted out her Petty grievances. I didnt say anything to her but when I got home I called the store and ask to speak to the manager. I ended up playing call back because the girls that work on the desk and out answering the phones were so unprofessional and rude that I couldnt get through to a manager. I just wanted to know the girls name is because I was sick and tired of being hung up on when they transferred me so I asked them for their names and they didnt like me knowing their names obviously. Pretty sad but finally I did get through to a junior manager and his name was Del. He was very rude and condescending to me and told me that he was 66 years old. I do not know why he told me that because I was not berating him or yelling. Couldnt believe people at a store would act like that and I almost called corporate about it but I just thought never going to go back to the store. If you want to go shopping here thats on you but people that work there are obviously not very professional or concerned about their jobs so they will get none of them more of my business I will not set foot on that property again. This is the one in Red Rose Commons and it is the worst!

There always seems to be a decently long wait for the USPS service. But, I am happy that they do provide the extended hours.

Poor excuse of a grocery market doesnt even carried skinless chicken thighs nor Good spinach. I asked a Worker there if they had bean sprouts and they just said what and then walked away.

Not a bad market but I try to avoid buying meat here. The skinless chicken is always poorly trimmed.

This is a weird store. It is beautiful inside, yet they do not stock a lot because it doesnt generate a lot of traffic. I think they probably sell more beer than food. Weis in general is becoming more disappointing because they have recently stopped carrying items I usually buy. I dont like grocery shopping, so naturally I am going to head for a place where I know I am going to get everything I need in 1 stop.

I stopped here to use the post office services that are offered. They were supposed to be open until 6pm but the associate that was at the front desk Didnt know how to run the postal area. I then asked to purchase a money order, ok fine. I needed two but after the 1st printed, the money order machine was empty! The associate also didnt know how to fix the issue and had to call someone on their cell phone. The woman on the phone had just left the store and I was told it would be a few minutes because she was turning around to come back. I was in a rush and did not have time for this nonsense! Needless to say I will never go back here!
