The thing I love about this store is its all $1.00. They now have plenty of help, So the lines move faster now. I got all my birthday items for $1... Much cheaper than The other stores and theyre really nice.

I found the best things inside The Dollar Tree only my second time going will be a returning customer. Theyve the best name brand treasurers you can find, you just have to look so take a good a hour or or 2 two. I found so many it was great you just have to take your time and look. Dont take your children. Oh my goodness my nephew went with me, he was going crazy throwing everything in my cart hes only 3 but going on 10 it was fun times.

The lady working was extremely rude, she yelled at other people in front of us because they didnt want a specific balloon she said they should buy, she was very confrontational when my 9 year old and I approached the balloon wall to look to see if they had a get well balloon. When we got in line she was going to tie my balloon around the handle of the throw away bag and I said I would prefer just to hold it instead of it being tied to the bag, she proceeded to throw the balloon at me hitting me in the face with it. Then I asked her not to throw things at me and told her there was no reason to be so rude. She yelled at me that I should get a job (which I do have a job) if I think I could do better. I can promise i can do better. I do much better than that daily. For no reason at all she kept saying we are very busy (3 people in line) and that they were doing their best. My son just kept saying geesh mom what is her problem. She should not be in customer service. She shouldnt even work at a morgue.

Most items are a good deal. However, I do recommend ALWAYS checking out your local grocery stores as well to make sure you are getting the BEST deals around.

I went to the dollar tree today to look for different items, the store was dirty and the shelves were a disaster! Go to check out no talks to you they yell across to the other women working in the store . I ask the cashier if she could double bag my items because she stuffed so much in the bag, food and cleaning items, she looked at me very annoyed and hesitated so I said never mind I’ll take it the way it was ! Why is it a big deal to go to the dollar tree? I think I will have to shop some where they appreciate my business ! By the way they are using used bags she pulled out a bag of recycled bags ! And they have the regular ones that say 5 and below

The manager that has Grey hair at this time is a terrible older lady with no Cust-Service what so ever. I asked her for a bathroom key and she said I dont have it, then I asked her if she can get a manager for me to possibly get me one so I can use the bathroom, she said I am the manager and I dont know where it is. I said ok is there someone else I can ask she replied no its just us 2 here and shes busy. I said ok ty, and then she mumbled something else I just left. Having people like that tears down a company quickly.

Huge store with so many options! One of the best stores I go too! It seems they may be short staffed at the moment. Just be patient and kind to others.

Good selection of items but boxes everywhere hard to get around.

Good store cheap car supplies pet supplies and odds and ends for everything and cheap, cant beat the dollar. I go in here and browse while wife goes to target. I can get 20 items and still pay less than one item she gets .nice little strip mall all together kids go to pet store and then we all walk down and get bite to eat at subway. but looking bad outside! Seems like target down to party city looks real good but from your store down its everythings dying....sadly i guess you get what you pay for at least thats the message i get looking at the plants around?

This store is amazing they have the GREATEST staff, the best inventory they always have costumers, and everything in the store is only a $1.00 or less. I shop there every month for all my cleaning supplies. The only downfall is they dont always have the aisles clear, from stocking .maby have a night crue to come in do stocking and cleaning, disinfecting for the virus. But all in all its my go to place.and i am always telling people to go there.thanks DollarTree for being there for the community.

Not very cleanly at all. Floor is always filthy, staff is always rude, store isnt organized, and they like to bag your food items with cleaning products. Staff always on there phones. When I went in today, I bought a broom and had it in my hand to scan, so I didnt take up the whole belt for one item, the person scanning it grabbed it and the handle hit me in the head, no acknowledgment or apology issued. Never returning.

The ladies that work here are so rude and miserable. The lines are long and the store is unorganized and dirty.They need a new GM or something...this place is a joke

Very cluttered and hard to get around.

The staff was great. Unfortunately they did not have half of the items I needed. Also the current mandatory mask requirement for our area is not being enforced here. The isles are to small with to many customers to have people with no mask or those who wear it barely covering part of their mouth. Others should not have the right to take away my choice to be protected! Companies should enforce or not allow entrance like it is ordered.

My last experience here was not too good but nobody is perfect. We all do the best we can especially during hard times. I did however find hidden gems. That is the bright side they are all $1 PLUS TAX!

I dont give a negative review lightly, but after consistently poor service and the state of the store, its warranted. The place is an absolute mess. Do they ever bother to tidy the shelves or actually clean? I certainly dont believe sanitizing is taking place.The cashiers are rude. There are no excuses to be made because its always this way.I have to wonder how the store manager keeps their position.

Although there were a lot of great selections, there was only one cashier and at least eight people in line...this is unfortunately common at this Dollar Tree location.

As always,price is great. You can find good guys here if you find your brands. So I go for the savings. However,our local one has really gone down hill when it comes to cleanliness, keeping aisles clear and shelves in good shape. Its usually an obstacle course. 3stars because of the good price.

Didnt think that was right and she was really mad because she had to come check me out..I heard her swear as she was coming to the register. Love this place. I get a lot for a dollar. I buy the pizza and cookie sheets for a dollar. They last a year or two and at the same price as disposable tins. They have a variety of items and I cant leave without a bag full of good deals. Everything from shampoo to cleaning supplies. Its just fun to go treasure hunting in there.

I wish this was not the only Dollar Tree in Lancaster because this store is always disorganized and not clean. The floors are always dirty. The staff needs some customer service training. They act like they are doing you a favor by checking you out. The only reason I gave a 2 was because of course everything is a $1.

Good store with some great deals, particularly the housewares section.The customer service could use some work though. I certainly dont expect people to be enthusiastic while working at a dollar store, but basic human decency isnt asking too much. I just watched an older woman greet and make pleasant small talk with everyone in front of me, but then when it was my turn, she just stared and said nothing when I asked her how she was doing.Yeah, I get it - yall dont take kindly to Yankees like me here in the deep South...of Ohio. Do yourself a favor and Google the Mason-Dixon line while youre lighting up a Maverick 100 on your next break.

This is the dirtiest, worst customer service dollar tree in ohio...we travel alot in ohio and visit several dollar tree stores .. this one in lancaster ohio is the worst one around unfriendly workers that dont like there jobs..There are people that visits these stores that have sicknesses like me diabetes is horrible and you do have to use the restrooms while out circleville and this location the restrooms are closed...

Shop here all the time. Just watch the size ( like in ounces or feet) as alot of items are smaller than what you might see at other stores. I do wish the store was bigger but I guess that would mean higher expenses and thus higher prices. The employees are all overworked thats obvious, still they do the best with what theyve got, ive been in a few long lines but it always seems like a reasonable amount of wait time. If your in a big hurry and their busy go back later.

I can usually find good deals here, although I can sometimes find a better price elsewhere on some things. The aisles are a little cramped, especially if its busy, but overall its a decent store. The staff members are helpful and friendly if you need help finding something.

Its a dollar store... Its as nice and crowded as they get, but never any really good products.They do have a refrigerator section of cold and frozen food.This is a smaller store, that doesnt carry items the larger ones do.

This is one of my favorite places to shop😊 EVERYTHING is only $1. I am able to shop here for a great deal of products that are alot more expensive in other stores. I am also a member of their club and love the emails they send with different ideas on how to use their products!

Had everything that I wanted & SO MUCH MORE !! My boyfriend had to practically drag me out of the store !! Have So many nieces and nephews to buy for this the ONLY place to shop without breaking the bank. HAPPY EASTER 😄

Much nicer store since theyve moved to the Target Shopping Center. Wide variety of items great for party supplies and other items. They now offer frozen foods along with a great variety of pantry items and everything is always a dollar. No more schlepping you purchases thru the ghost mall to a far off parking spot.

Well organized and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful, and keep lines moving.

I hate dollar tree! no offense to you all but i stepped on a dirty tooth pick that was on the floor of dollar tree surronded by glass bits. i was wearing flip flops so it went through the side of my foot but still! this may have been a month ago but i am so disturbed by the scar it left on my foot. i should not have to look down and watch wear im stepping because people dont clean there carpet?! the toothpick went so far into my foot we had to call 911 and as my mother is trying to pull this toothpick out while waiting on 911 employess asked my mother to move so they could put a product away! i had to get multiple tetanus shots that month to. the paramedics got the tooth pick out and left it on the floor assuming they would clean their floors, but no, 2 days later it was still there

I love the store. They have great stuff for a dollar. They have a few employees with really bad attitudes to be working with the public.

Dollar Tree has a significant number of items that Ive used for years and for which, had been paying more. Its always worth a stop to stock up, and see what else I might like.

I found them and was really excited when I told her she wasnt excited with me but was upset that I found them. What the heck?

The isles are always crowded. Today there was a line of at least 12 people and ine register opened. They were opening a second one as we put are cart away and left without buying our stuff. There were 3 or 4 more getting in line by this time. They had at least 2 more registers that couldve been opened.

The store is always dirty and cluttered, do they not have a vaccum? theyre unfriendly and have hardly any shopping carts and when asked where are the carts they say.... everyone has stolen them.. in a very unfriendly tone.
