Great service! Im happy to have a michoacana nearby. Friendly staff they make you feel like family. Everything is clean and well organized. A lot of popsicle flavors to choose from. The churros are delicious!!! Elotes are so good!!!

The strawberry and horchata agua fresca was watered down too much. It tasted like flavored water. NO SUGAR

They need better customer service...

Today around 6:40 PM I went i went with my son. It took soo long first of all. And then when it was time to pay, my $20 was snatched out of my hand and my change was thrown at me so n the counter. The lady walked away b fire I can even grab my change. I’m m soo mad, I’ve never felt so offended in public like this. That employee doesn’t need to be treating people like first if she is not happy with her job.

Ice cream is good, but customer service is terrible.

I usually go to the Palmdale Blvd location, this was my first time at this particular one and I walked out without buying anything because they were overpriced!! They’re advertising “Today’s Special” Aguas Frescas $8.50 for a Large. I just couldn’t believe how overpriced they were, I do not support businesses that price gauge.
