Well the Gravely 60 inch 260 zero turn Ive had for 21 years finally needed replaced, I went into Specialty on Memorial dr in Lancaster told Bob the salesman I wanted a new 60 inch and he fixed me up with a new Gravely 60 inch. Bob was very polite and very easy to work with. Total time was in and out in about 40 minutes. And yes I come from a family of Gravely owners.

Customer service is terrible. Nov. 2020 took my tractor in for repairs. I demanded it back In April or May. Tractor was partially repaired the idea was to take it back in when the rest of the parts (stickers and seat parts). Came in. Here it is the end of October 2021 almost a year after and I not been contacted. So I call and the girl I spoke with was new and had to look up the details. She called me back and said the had all the parts except the seat parts. REALLY!!!

Tried to work with service department for 4 months to get gravely mower fixed. Service manager promised me it would be fixed under warranty. Service manager leaves, several attempts to contact them without response. Call and ask to speak with owner, owner apologize for confusion and said we’ll keep the promise and get it fixed. Two more weeks pass no update. I call again, I’m told they are going to work on it “today”. I call back a week later to get update and speak with owner. He said he’ll call me back with an update. Doesn’t call, so I stop in. My mower is in the exact place I left it in Dec. it’s April now. Sat out in the weather the entire time, never repaired.I also bought a brand new 38 horsepower tractor (20k) from them in Feb 2020 so thought I would see some customer loyalty. Unfortunately, not the case. Very frustrated and unsatisfied previous customer. Never going back or recommending

5 weeks and never touch my tractor I dropped off for repair . Told me 3 to 4 weeks and would be fixed . I had to drive there an hour and half to find out anything . Customer service not at all at this place

These clowns tried to charge us 2k to replace an axel. Its essentially four bolts and a $200 part. Lol. You have been warned.

Absolutely terrible service!! Never go there!! I wish I could give zero or negative stars! 90% of the staff are rude & unhelpful. We took our Mahindra tractor there for repair as they are the only place within 50 miles of us that services that brand. They told us it would be done in 2 weeks. It was there over 9 weeks! They never communicated what was going on. We had to TRY to get a hold of them every couple of weeks for an update. They wouldn’t return phone calls. Then they charged us over $600 to fix a tractor that’s under warranty & took over 4 times as long to repair as they had quoted us! Bob, the manager, was incredibly unapologetic and couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction. From now on we’ll make the longer drive to a different dealership.

If you’re looking to get a fair price on a mower I wouldn’t recommend here. They won’t work with you on the price at all. Bought a nice Bobcat Zero turn from Foltz Ag & Mowers on east Main Street & happy with the price😁

The service of this dealership is awful! I have purchased over $20,000 worth of equipment from them. My side by side has been in their shop for over 9 weeks. They will not even return my phone calls.

Purchased a mahindra tractor there and i am happy with everything I would recommend to anyone they are approximately 3 hoours away from me i would go there again

Leak in steering valve. 250 hrs. Not covered by warranty. 1100 dollar replacement. Not happy. Dont buy Mahindra.

Took my mower there because they are suppose to be an eXmark service center. They charged me $234.85 to do absolutely nothing. They have yet to return my mower to me. I do not recomend this place.

They ordered same part I found on internet but tractor is almost 35 years old so not so many parts floating around anymore
