I was looking for a car to pay cash for and that was in good shape (even if it needed a few tweaks, I was good as long as I could pay cash and it wasn’t outrageously priced). And that’s exactly what I got. These guys were so kind and made the whole process so simple. Especially during this time of Covid. Thank you so much! I appreciate your business :)
We always have a awesome experience shopping with this car dealership. Would recommend it to my friends!
Excellent dealership. Very good value for their price. I bought a 2012 Challenger from them and it was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Altogether a very pleasant experience.
I bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze from them a few months ago. Good guys who helped me find a car that I actually liked. There was one small leak when I test drove it. and they fixed it immediately and havent had any problems. Anytime I had a question or concern they answered it for me and got me right. I drove away in my new car happy. I recently needed my brakes done and ii dont have alot of free time workin 2 jobs and they worked me in and had me out in time for me to make it to work. Also being a woman trying to find a car by yourself it can be hard guys try to push u around n force cars on u lol not here. They were patient and professional and it was so appreciated. They definitely look out for you.
DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM HERE. Their not honest people and just trying to make quick money. I told them I had a baby and want to make sure this is a nice safe car that will last me and they told me nothing was wrong with it. I bought it for 4600 and now there’s 2 grand worth of fixing that has to be done to this car. Save you’re money and don’t bother with them.
Do not buy from them. I bought a Kia Rio from them a couple weeks ago and they said nothing was wrong with it. They cleared the engine lights which popped up a couple days after I bought it. I took it to Kia and they said the catalytic converter needs to be replaced and that it’s an up to $1,000 repair. Along with that, the tires on the front are completely BALD. The guy at Kia said they sold me an ILLEGAL vehicle and that any reputable place would never sell a car with absolutely no tread on it. Especially being in Michigan, that is extremely unsafe. I called AP Auto to see if they could replace the tires for me or at least help me pay for replacing them, explaining that they sold me a vehicle knowing there was no tread on the tires and their response was the cars they sell are basically fixer-uppers and that if I want anything done to them then I need to buy it myself, which is not at all what they said when trying to sell me the car. They offered no help or showed concern that they sold a very dangerous vehicle to someone right before winter. Extremely disappointed because they seemed nice and helpful from the beginning. Will NEVER refer them or go back to them. Like other reviews said, they only want to make quick money. DO YOUR RESEARCH before buying from them. They will lie to sell to you.On top of that, when I came back to give them the check and pick up the Rio, they “forgot” to give me my deposit back!! I did forget because I was in a rush to work but any honest dealership would not simply forget to return an $80 deposit. Seriously horrible place
Honest good people
Overall satisfied ! Great price on a used vehicle after weeks of looking, felt comfortable, satisfied. Will be back .
Overall satisfied
Worst experience of my life. I paid $5,300 for a 2008 Town and Country van and they told me everything was fine. I got it home and it wouldn’t start, it needed a new tie rod, the battery was fried, I had to get new tires they were warped. It was in an accident and they rigged the bumper to stay on by wood screws. There is a knock in the engine. They knew it was all the money I had and now I’m left without a vehicle because this one is junk! DO NOT GO TO THEM! They are scammers.
