This is the place to go if you want through professionalism delivered by kind, caring souls. Dr. Jones is phenomenal. All of the receptionists have gone above and beyond. I would give Jones vision a 10 star rating if possible. (I have been with Jones Vision for 8 years and they have maintained the above consistency EVERY single phone call and/or in person interaction.) Thank you. I really appreciate all of the staffing.

It was my first time going here. Everyone I came into contact with was so helpful and friendly. The doctor was very thorough and very caring when it came to problems I was having. I will forever recommend Jones Vision to everyone because my experience was so pleasant.Id like to add because this is also something that was very important to me. They follow all protocols for COVID and in my mind went above and beyond to ensure their customers safety. Thank you, Jones Vision Center!

I cant express enough the professionalism Tyler and the Jones Vision Center staff has shown me. Theyre always kind and understanding and though it was tough submitting to the fact that I actually needed glasses, they helped me through it. lol.I cant thank them enough, except to share my experience with others.

They helped me get through my insurance kinks and gave me 2 pair of 30 day contacts to wait for my glasses because i was moving and was needing them to be shipped. GREAT Recommendation from me.

This is a great place that is in high demand but still manages to schedule within a few days. They work with most insurances and offer reasonable pricing otherwise (which is rare in this area). The staff are proficient and friendly. The whole experience went smoothly with no wait time. But while they are impressively efficient, they still take their time to focus on you as an individual; and they are patient with their patients!

I love Dr Ramona. Shes honest and very thorough. She has always made me feel comfortable. I have gone to the Jones familys eye Drs all my life.

I emailed Jones Vision to see if they could take two old pairs of glasses to make one good pair, and Ramona responded quickly that I could bring them in, and they would see... I stopped in today, and they had a nice pair of glasses ready for me in about 15 minutes. When I asked the gentleman how much I owed them, he replied, No charge.When I need new glasses, guess where Im going....Much thanks and kudos to Jones Vision!Glen

I have been getting my annual eye exam here for about 5 years. I have mostly had Dr. Ramona Jones, and have nothing but great things to say about her - shes always pleasant, very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The office staff is also friendly and helpful, and they have a decent selection of glasses.

Just went for my first time and all the staff and doctors were excellent. Very nice, easy to talk to and didnt feel rushed! I highly recommend this place

I had several problems with my insurance company and other optometrists. We came into this place and they got everything figured out quickly and they were extremely professional. The staff treats you like a friend and we LOVE Dr. P!! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back next year.Update 9/13/17 Weve have 4 appointments in this office now and they remain to be amazing! Dr. P is so friendly and was making is laugh the whole time. He even gave my highschooler a little career advice which was outstanding! Love love love this place.

While Dr. Ramona Jones is a great optometrist, I had a pretty bad experience in their office today. I went in for an eye twitch and i hadnt went for a check up and new eye glasses in years so I thought I would do that as well. The gentleman checking me in looked and said my insurance wouldnt cover new hardware, just the exam. I told him it had been since high school since Ive ordered new glasses he started to get a little peeved with me. He told me I had just been in Jan 2015 and then pulled lenses out of my file and said I had never picked them up. It seemed totally in like me, but I resigned and said I would pay for them later.During the exam, Dr. Jones asked me about my kids, and I definitely do not have kids! She started to look into my file and found out that they had mixed my file with someone elses! Dr. Jones went to talk to her staff and the girl that handles billing came into my exam room to argue that the other Jessica had NEVER been in the office. She fought with the Dr. IN MY EXAM ROOM for a good few minutes before stomping off. It even turns out they billed MY insurance for this OTHER WOMANS GLASSES. I hadnt had new glasses in 5 years!! Dr. Was very nice and tried to smooth it over but all of her staff have me looks of annoyance and disgust like it was my fault for the rest of the time I was there. Dr. Jones apologized many times but none of her staff apologized for dropping the ball and charging my insurance for this other woman. I will probably be searching for a new optometrist that can handle more than one patient of the same name.

Jones vision center has been the best optomistrists office Ive been to. To have Dr. Jones give me a follow up call and leave me her cell phone number to make sure my medical problem with my eye is doing well, and I am comfortable.....thats top notch customer service.They have a friendly little dog who is super nice to everyone. The kids love him.The work with you inpayments when ordering glasses and what not.They have earned my business for years to come.

The service is wonderful! The staff is very welcoming along with the owner, Dr. Jones. I also LOVE their dog, Baozi, He is very cute! Whenever you need help with something or choosing glasses, they dont hesitate to come and help. This place is the best!
