Beware***Purchased these Guess sunglasses. Was never told the frames and lenses were not compatible. After they kept popping out I took them in for a repair. I was then told they should have never been made because the lenses and frames did not fit together. After fighting tooth and nail with corporate they agreed to fix them. This is the fixed pair. Corporate refused to repair them again, replace, or refund them.Their corporate customer service managers words, You picked these glasses (even though I was NEVER told there would be an issue with them working properly) so theres nothing we will do. Buy a new pair.Sounds a bit shady to me....Go literally anywhere else for your prescription glasses needs.

The ladies at the front desk are friendly and attentive, the Doctor was thorough and the opticians Mary & Faith were fantastic! Everyone at this location is super helpful, there are a plethora of frames to choose from and they really want to make sure that you are truly taken care of and satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend this location!The only hiccup that I encountered was when I went to pickup my second pair of glasses. With them being Nike frames they make theirs with straight arms instead of the traditional curved arm on the frames, SVS didnt have the proper Nike case that went with those glasses, so when they were presented to me in the Nike case that they had at the store, the glasses were in the case with the ear pieces sticking out of the case and the lid clamped down on them. I contacted the SVS Customer Care stating that with as much as those frames cost, they should provide a case that fits those glasses. They were able to get the correct case from Nike that properly fit my glasses sent to the SVS store. Again, they do their part to make sure you are taken care of and I greatly appreciate it! Thank you so much for the fantastic customer service!

Doctor was OK. Didnt much like answering personal medical questions to the receptionist, none of their business, it is supposed to be protected information under HIPPA laws. The person I dealt with was short and belittling. Was there quite a while, am diabetic with other issues, had to pee, they wouldnt let me use restroom. So I hobbled (no car) a mile away to the gas station before calling for my ride. Taking my script elsewhere.

I’ve been going to this place for 3 years already, and the most recent experience has been the worst. When I went in for my appt., they told me it had been cancelled due to some computer glitch, I still decided to order glasses & contacts anyways I was told they would be shipped to my house within 7-10 days, I made sure to confirm my address before I left as I had moved, a couple days later someone called me to confirm my address because they’re were having issues with it, it had not been updated correctly I received my contacts within in the time they told me, however it’s been over a month and I have yet to receive my glasses. I’ve called them a couple times since I was first there asking for an status on them, the first time they told me they were having issues again with the address, but that they had already been shipped, I called the following week and they told me that they had just been shipped that day. I requested a tracking number and they still haven’t been shipped, their customer service is horrible as they don’t bother to give you an update unless you go out of your way to call them. I will definitely not be going back here.

Great first time experience! The staff was pleasant and and the Doctor was fast. The selection of glasses was phenomenal all at reasonable prices. I will definitely be going back a will recommend friends and families as well.

I had a very good experience at this SVS office. Everyone was so nice. The Optometrist was the nicest I have ever had.

Everyone is super nice and professional here. In and out quickly and my ordered glasses took half the estimated time to arrive! They texted me as promised when they arrived and the automated system called me, as well.

This is the worst SVS location out of all of them. All of the other locations I have been to have been amazing. This location on the other hand has been nothing but a headache. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. They talk to you like they have never had a day of training in their life. They don’t call you back when they say they will. After numerous issues with them we decided to stop coming back to this location. Today we needed a copy of a prescription and the other locations were closed so we thought we’d give them one more chance, but we should have known not to try with them again. We called and asked them to fax a prescription and they said they would do it in a few minutes, well they never did it. Imagine that. Now they are closed too so we won’t be able to get the prescription from them. We should have known not to trust their word after all of the other issues we have had with them. We will never go back to this location. This location should be closed down.

I went Friday afternoon and the service was very efficient. I was able to try different pairs without feelong rushed. I also found a pair of glasses that I liked. The doctor and the other employees were friendly and professional. I even saw the patience they had with a young child. I was very impressed. I will be coming back.

I’ve been going to SVS Vision for years and I’ve never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly, the service is excellent and they have a great variety of glasses to choose from at reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

I had a great experience ordering my new glasses here. Mary was very knowledgeable in helping me to choose my new frames. She even was able to have my old frames sent to be made into the single vision I needed to be my new TV glasses. My new glasses cost a third of what I paid for my last pair. And they participate with my Blue Cross Blue Shield VSP vision plan. Very pleased customer!

So... the only reason this place gets three stars is because of the doctor. VERY nice and professional, quick and too the point. Best eye exam ever... Now.. out in the waiting room. You feel very rushed looking around, and it gets stressful trying to make a decision. Not a huge selection, and everything is WAY overpriced. SO EXPENSIVE!!! I couldnt believe of much more expensive they are than other stores. My insurance covered $200, and I still paid $179 for basic glasses. The frames are overpriced, and the lenses are too. They say they will give you 20% off to help cut costs, but even with the 20%... Save your money, go to Americas Best.

I have used this location for several years. I have ALWAYS had an absolutely AMAZING experience. The doctor and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and highly efficient. They all worked together to apply whatever discounts and free samples (including contacts, eyeglass care, designer case for non designer glasses, etc) Above and beyond each time. I will never go anywhere else.

The doctor at this location is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever seen. He went above and beyond my scheduled contact recheck and took the time to correct a prescription that was given to me incorrectly at another location - which included a full eye exam. Needless to say I have never been more satisfied with any svs location that I have ever attended.

Staff gave me all of my options, also watched staff work with other people and they told them all their options and prices to be able to make a good decision. No one makes you buy a pair of glasses. You can take your prescription anywhere and have some other company make the glasses.Great selection of frames and lens, I went to 3 other vision companies nearby and SVS was by far the best in choice and options. Staff explained everything to me before I made my purchase.

The doctor was super great! But I was rushed into a sale, not given my options, had to ask for warranty information and when I left, felt like I was just blown over with an expensive sale for a prescription for just reading glasses. Way too expensive even with my insurance company covering $200 of the bill. Will never buy glasses from here again but I would get my eye exam done because the doctor was Super!

I liked them it took about an hour an a half to get my daughters eyes an my eyes check. The lady that helped me with my glasses didnt push me to buy anything I didnt want and she didnt rush me to pick my frames. I liked them

Got my glasses from there, supposedly got the stuff for no scratches and before a year was up I have more scratches on my glasses than I have EVER had in my entire life and I am in my 50s and have worn them since I was in junior high. Stopped in with my receipt and asked if I got it on them and they said yes you did, so I took my glasses off and gave them to her and asked why then did they have so many scratches on them. She couldnt tell me why but since it was before a year and with their policy I could get a replacement for 170.00. My mouth hit the counter, 170.00?? my glasses came to 498.97 but they wanted 170.00 to replace them???? Well needless to say I just walked out and will never go back there. Ive had the stuff for scratches put on my lenses before and have never had any of them scratched up like this . I used a Groupon for these and got 200.00 off the total so maybe this is their way of recouping the money, I dont know but Im done with them period!! Also, the only thing Ive used to clean them is the stuff you can buy from them!

Me the wife and kid went here and what a horrible experience! The doctor was alright, but the office staff were just horrible. They have no clue how to deal with a child. The customer service was the worst of any eye place i have been in my 40 years. And dirty. Nasty dirty walls and back room and counters and especially floors. The worst part was the prices. WAY to high! My contacts were $75 their and 22 to 24 elsewhere. And they would not give me a copy of my prescription. then they charged us $65 a piece for the exam when our insurance pays 100 percent of it. They had some lame excuse. And my kids glasses were going to be about $400 i walked out. The lady bobbie that works their is just plane RUDE!

Been there for the last 4 or 5 pairs of glasses, I was very pleased with the doctor and for the most part, the selection of frames. I never felt rushed into any purchases of eaither frames or extras.
