Another AT&T store messed up my bill and my account significantly, and the employee at this store in Laramie, Wyoming helped straighten things out with no fuss. Thank you so much, Josh.
Mason went above and beyond with his service — he explained everything in detail and was incredibly courteous the entire time and went out of his way to answer all the questions we had. He even stayed past closing to make sure our new iPhones were set up properly and was able to lower our monthly bill while adding services. The best part was not feeling sold to, he presented all our options and was never pushy. Best AT&T store experience Ive ever had.
Mason and Joshua are friendly and helpful! Customer service is great, very clean and nice At&t store. Don’t know why all these grumpy peeps are complaining about the wait time you should know when you go into a place like this you are going to wait or be here for a little bit, its your phone not a restaurant. You guys really need to have more than just one employee working at a time. I could drive to the Cheyenne or Ft. Collins store and still be done quicker than waiting at the Laramie store.

I had an issue porting a number over at another store and Joshua and the manager took care of helping meGet everything sorted out quick and easy!Also while we were in there my gf had an insurance phone that wasn’t allowing her to restore the new phone to iCloud And they helped us set up the phoneAnd get the restore done. super nice guys
The wait times are not good but the staff they have are awesome and they work their tales off. When I was there one of the guys was in on his day off helping out which shows dedication to customer service.... they need a couple more people in the store but overall it has been great working with this store!!!!!
The reviews about long wait times are absolutely correct, you can end up spending quite a bit of time here. Its not the employees fault and Im sure its some corporate thing to keep hours on the books low instead of hiring an extra person. But that being said the people who are on staff are super friend people whove done their best to take care of me when they can. AT&T itself can be kind of spotty in Wyoming and they really need better coverage, there just isnt anything this location can do about that sadly. Its still less madness inducing than trying to be a Verizon customer from my experience.

What a wonderful store with great people. All of telephone and television information was so new and intimidating to me. They took the time and effort to help me through the process of setting it up and learn it. There is no end to Masons patience, knowledge and willingness to help. Amazing service after the sale. I love the place!

Very dissatisfied on how our daughter was treated and lack of customer service. I understand when a new phone is bad that it is not AT&T fault but should have just sent phone back and ordered a new one. She was in the store for 3 hours and told she had to travel 2 hours to an Apple store. I was on the phone for 1 hour trying to straighten the problem out. Was lied to the they gave her the option of returning, which she says did not happen. Mailed phone back herself and returned accessories we had purchased for her and told we would get an email receipt. 2 days later still have not received any type of email that items returned and credit card has not shown any type of credit. Totally unsatisfactory for AT&T. This has us thinking of looking at other options, which I would not have done before.
Outstanding service
I had called and spoke with them multiple times, informing them I was driving over an hour, with no mention that they would be closing early. Supposably had a company wide shut down that no other stores have mentioned since. When I got there is was close to the time I was unaware of and was told I only had so many minutes left till this point and was constantly reminded as trying to work through the issue I was there for. The store then closed with no help or guidance to what I was trying to buy. The employee was rude and very impolite.
Great place if you enjoy waiting. Made special trip there only to find a sign on the door that read be right back . Came back later and it was open but only one person working. Wont be going back there.

We went in to have our numbers transferrrdd from union wireless, found out that at&t doesn’t have licensing in our area yet, but the two reps in the store were extremely helpful and had great ideas to help us move to new numbers. The move will save us over $100 a month and the customer care/service far out exceeds what we’ve been having with union.
The staff was friendly, informative, and easy to deal with. Great customer service as far as explaining my options with a cracked screen on my current Samsung S8+. I wish that I could have walked out with a new S8 Active like what was on display in the lobby. If they would have had an S9 Active I would have gone for that, but I dont think there is one yet, at least not to my knowledge, and not in their store. Instead I had to order the S8 Active and now wait for it to come in the mail.
The manager Randy was outstanding, and the service out hunting is light years better than Verizon, for half the price! 2 other customers in there spoke very highly of their service and staff while we were in there getting everything transferred. KUDOS!
Employee was extremely rude and unhelpful when we went in to ask questions about our absurd bills. The prices are insane ($545 for 2 lines) and fluctuate monthly. Our monthly bills have ranged anywhere from $150 to almost $600 and we couldn’t get a straight answer as to why that was. Can’t even switch carriers until the phones are paid off in another year and a half.
Mason is the most helpful employee I have ever had the pleasure to be served by. He is knowledgeable and patient and is amazing at multitasking when there are multiple customers in the store.

After 15 years and another hour on the phone of my parents trying to get off my sisters account(who lives 2 hours away) the idiot who was talking to my mother on the phone and couldnt answer a simple question or accomplish the simplest of tasks simply said he was offended and hung up. What a waste of time and space this store and its employees are. Good Luck Laramie, what a complete joke.

Awesome deals on cell and Directv bundle.Unlimited data is a great addition to watching tv and steaming.Local Laramie installers on Directv.I am able to go to the store and actually talk to a get educated team.

The manager is forever trying to upsell you, but the staff that work for him are by and large very helpful. It is too bad that AT&T do not offer UVerse in this geography, for if they did I would allow the manager to upsell me all day long.
While this small storefront may not have as many gadgets or stock as many varieties as a large store in a big city, they can accomplish anything you need done regarding your mobile account or phone.
