Went here a couple times after needing to flee from T-Mobile, and they treated my family and I wonderfully. Engaging to talk to, super helpful, and very responsive to all my questions. Probably the best experience Ive had in a phone companys customer service office so far. There was some trouble with porting my number, but this was T-Mos fault, and they worked hard to get it resolved. Also, they let my wife pick her own number when we found hers couldnt be ported and suggested we use Google Voice to keep her old number. Not only are they knowledgeable about their network, they take others into consideration to get you the best service possible.When I was in the store, I felt like I could really talk to these people rather than being sold to. There seems to be an emphasis on service rather than sales.This isnt much related to THIS office in particular, but I feel that my service through Union is much-improved since when I first arrived in Laramie as a freshman in college. And its getting much more competitive with other service providers. Im a happy to be a returning customer!

The staff here is really friendly and knowledgeable. They even let me borrow an active SIM card for a couple days to try out the service before I committed. They went Above and Beyond in serving me. if you are looking for a Wyoming focused cellular company please look no further.
