I wanted to send a floral arrangement to the memorial services for my daughter’s Mother-in-law. I ordered the flower arrangement in advance and asked that they be delivered the day before so that they would be there in advance of the services. Thy were not delivered until after service was over. Please do not use this florist because they. Do.Not.Deliver.On.Time.

*I only give bad reviews when it is truly deserved*1) I placed my order for the heart shaped flower arrangement online, but never received a confirmation.2) I called on Valentines day to ensure they received my order and was told they needed to look for it and would call me back. Never did.3) I later received a call from my wife thanking me for the flowers. She sent me a pic and it was a small bouquet of roses. Not what I ordered.4) I called Unique again and explained that the bouquet looked nothing like what I ordered. I texted them a screenshot of what I ordered and the pic of the ones my wife received. She told me she would make a new one and send it to her.5) Later my wife called saying they dropped off a new bouquet and took the other one back. She continued to tell me these roses were small and dry.6) I called again and the lady began telling me these were new and fresh roses and that is why they looked like that. I hung up on her in the middle of her bull$#!t explanation.7) My wife arrived at home with a bouquet she got from a student and it was nicer than the one I paid over $100 for!This was my first and last time dealing with this place and hope this helps other make a better choice.

I truly regret doing any kind of business with unique creations floral. I am deploying next month and wanted to gift my wife some very nice flowers for valentines day and have them delivered to her place of work. I went online (since I am out of the area for training) and paid for some PREMIUM tulips and flowers. They looked amazing online! Well.. Thats not what got delivered. What got delivered I couldve picked up at a local Walmart for about $20.... Also, they have no tracking system on their deliveries.

DO NOT, REPEAT DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE.. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU MORE THAN WHAT THE PRODUCT IS WORTH AND THEN PROVIDE YOUR LOVED ONE WITH A CHEAPER PRODUCT.. OWNER WILL THEN BLOCK YOUR NUMBER AND NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH A REFUND.... OWNERS ARE SCAMMERS...

Ive done business here various times and always been satisfied. Service was good, prices were average and delivery of goods was on time. I would continue to shop here in the future.

She did the flowers for church ceremony and bouquet. From the first visit I told her what I wanted and she showed me pictures of exactly what I had in mind. Very happy with service and will definitely be going back there again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! This business is a fraud selling over priced items and their products are not close to what is shown. So obviously they are profiting over scamming customers!!!!!

Do NOT spend your money at this flower shop! I ordered flowers to be sent to my mother for Mothers Day. They went totally undelivered. When I called to ask why, they had difficulty finding the order. When they finally got back to me hours later, they made excuses for why the mixed arrangement hadnt been delivered and stated they didnt have the items necessary to do the arrangement. They could send a measly 6 roses to my mother (mind you, literally JUST the roses, AND after Mothers Day) for a little over $50. NOT WORTH IT!!! I canceled my order with them and just went with another florist. I wish I had read the reviews sooner. This place doesnt deliver what they say they will and their customer service is absolutely horrendous!!!! Dont even bother with them, youll likely be disappointed.

I ordered an arrangement for my granddaughter whos in the hospital. Im so pleased and she was elated with the kitten arrangement will definitely be ordering from there again❤💕

I wouldve chosen no stars at all. These people are horrible. Dont expect any type of great customer service from this company. I ordered a perfect set of flowers, card and balloon on Valentines Day only to find out they did not process the order. My gf waited and waited thinking theyd arrive late but NO. This was the FIRST and LAST time Id do any type of business with Unique Creations. I just got off the phone with them after receiving an email saying thank you. I called them asking about this and the lady pretty much did not sympathize with me about the issue nor did she seem to care.

This place is terrible if there was something less than a one star that would be them. Didn’t get what I paid for. The arranmgent looked cheap paid extra for ballons and extra flowers didn’t get none of it, delivered after I left work. To top it all off they stil have the nerve to be rude when you call. Don’t recommend.

This past mothers day I booked an arrangement for my mother for mothers day with 1800Flowers (another service I will never use). As per an email from 1800flowers, the florist received my order at 10 AM May 10th (day of delivery). So I was confident that everything would go smooth. At around 3 PM, my dad calls me that she has not received it. I call 800floers and they say that the arangement is en route even though the website still had it as order in process. So I look through the services website and see that Unique Creations is their local florist. I call them directly and they tell me they have not received an order with that information. I first speak to an older lady who was completely clueless and passed the phone to someone who might know what is going on. I tell this other lady and she tells me, ok let me look into it and we will call you back. They hang up with me and I call back 800 flowers and this time they said that it is being processed and that it will get delivered before 8 PM. I said that was unacceptable and call Unique Creations again. They did not answer. I called them several times and they never answered. At around 5 I get an email from 800flowers saying that they attempted to deliver and there was nobody there which is a lie, they never left the house. Later I speak to a representative from 800flowers and he finally gets thru the florist and the florist tells him that they did not do the arrangement because they didnt have the right flowers for the arrangement I had picked. At no time did they attempt to call me and tell me, even though I CALLED THEM directly! I wouldve chosen something else, I just wanted my mother to get her flowers on her day! I couldnt cancel or modify anything that day. The next day 800flowers calls me to tell me that they will deliver that day. I told them to send them a message to deliver first thing since they missed their deadline. Well guess what? They delivered it around 6 PM. NO FKS GIVEN. I know I went through a national online service but they share most if not all of the blame on this. They couldve been proactive and told 800flowers to call me and give me that update. Terrible service and my poor mother didnt get her flowers until the next day. I will never use 1800Flowers and I will definitely never use Unique Creations. OH and btw, I asked for a cat arrangement and they decided to do a dog instead. SMH

Placed an order for Valentines and found out nothing was delivered. No attempt to contact me to notify me that they werent going to complete the order was made. I tried to call them but their phone was always busy. Will never do business with them again. To be honest they dont even deserve 1 star. Dont do business with them.

Do not spend your money here.. ordered my mom some flowers and she never recieved them... wish I couldve ordered them somewhere else..

I ordered flower arrangement through Teleflora and this floral shop made the arrangement and it was HORRIBLE AND PATHETIC. I paid extra to have more flowers in the arrangement and it was so small and half of the flowers were dying when it was delivered. I wish I can post a picture.

Doesnt even deserve a star, i ordered online for valentines day since the morning and i sent someone to pick up my order and resulted that no order was processed, they should at least call your customers and tell them that yall werent taking orders. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE LINE ALWAYS BUSY!!!!!

I shouldve read the ratings.My mothers flowers delivered at 1030 pm.I purchased the premium flowers but they look like the basic. I will post a picture, of what was advertised to what i received.Disappointed.
