Met with one of the owners who was very upfront regarding the status of the vehicle I was interested in buying. Was very descriptive of the work they had done on the vehicle and their concerns surrounding costs of future ownership. Most sincere and honest experience Ive ever had at a dealership. The only complaint I have is that they didnt have anything else I wanted to buy from them! Immediately set the bar high for the rest of my car shopping experience.

We used to really like this dealership and had previously purchased from them. We bought an older vehicle, a 2008 model, and was told that it had been serviced and was in great condition. Unfortunately it began having issues almost immediately. Mostly minor stuff like spark plugs, cooling system issues, alternator, etc (all within the first six months)... things that you’d kinda expect with an older vehicle. But the owners were really friendly and easy to work with, so that didn’t deter us from going there again. A little over a year later we saw a vehicle we really liked and were interested in buying. For the test drive, the son (who seems to do most of the showing of the vehicles) said we could test drive it without anyone going with us since they knew us. We turned on the vehicle and pulled out onto the highway. It was so smooth and we were sold and decided immediately that we were buying it. Unfortunately, what started as a perfect test drive ended on a far-from-perfect note. Probably 4-5 minutes into driving the vehicle starting losing power and wouldn’t accelerate when given gas, it would actually start shaking when the gas pedal was pushed. We had no choice but to pull off on the side of the road. We called the owner and told him what happened and he and his son said they’d come to get us. They did, and the owner drove us back to the dealership while his son stayed with the vehicle. That 5 minute ride back to the dealership With the owner, “Jerry”, was one of the most miserable experiences of my life. He downgraded and talked to us like we were the scum of the earth. He accused us of messing up his vehicle, that we overheated and ruined his vehicle, costing him money, etc... I was nearly in tears when we got back and couldn’t believe we were being treated like this over an issue with their vehicle. When we arrive back at the dealership, he gets out of the truck and storms off without another word to us. Not ever was there an apology for the inconvenience or his harsh words. We were honestly just dumb-founded and just got in our car and left. Needless to say, we will not ever be back there and am appalled that someone who treats customers in this manner can stay in business. I guess it hurts a little more and we took it personal because we had bought from him previously and was a return customer. Just be cautious, and whatever you do...never go on a test drive alone, even if the son gives you permission.

Friendly at first, then after a few minutes its about money and not cusromer service. Was told no one goes by kbb the car I was looking at had the rear airbag pillars hanging, needed rear tires and front struts at the very least, and they were asking top dollar even if offered cash. Then was told if you dont buy it someone else will because its tax season and I have no room for negotiating so I walked out. Dont reccomend this place.

What an amazing place. I am an active duty service member and came to Florida without a vehicle and it has been a struggle up until this point to find a reliable dealership. Everywhere I went the employees were awful or sketchy, trying to sell vehicles held together with duck tape... I feel confident enough to tell you hands down the people here will not screw you over or try to take advantage of you. They are very kind and have no hidden fews or dealer fees. Everything is transparent. 100% recommended and satisfied with my experience.

They are a family owned business and very friendly and honest. I said to my brother-in-law that I never thought I would see a honest car salesman but I finally met one at Carpros. PLEASE STAY AWAY OF THESE DEALER!!! I wanted to check on a 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 for sale and by the pictures of the truck and the review on the dealer I decided to drive like 20 miles to go check it out. When I got there the office looked like a old motel the guy which is the son of the owner came out to show me the truck in flip flops and socks. The truck was all dirty with dust and leaves all around and below the hood. I turned on the car and went to check the oil and it was all black and 5 seconds after that same black oil started to come out and cover the motor, radiator etc that I even had to step back. All the other cars were dirty as well so I would recommend to stay away. More like a dealer it looks like a junk place.

Car Pros is by far the best place to buy a quality, dependable used car. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They are fair, upfront and honest. I have purchased two vehicles from them and I will not buy a vehicle anywhere but here. I am grateful that we ran across Jerry, Dennis, and the rest. We loved the vehicle and still debating on purchase but because I do a lot of homework before purchasing, I have found the same vehicle at other dealers within 150 mile radius of me for about $1000 less. These folks were the nicest people I have ever dealt with for a car. Totally up front and honest. Love the mom and pop feel. I got a great deal and at a larger dealership I would have paid double. I was always hesitant at going to a small place but not anymore. Didnt have to worry about them selling me extra stuff that I didnt need and they showed me all of the work that was done to the car after they got it and before they sold it to me.

My First Buying experience, They are a family owned business that have a welcoming atmosphere. Before I test drove the vehicle the owner asked me while pointing at the sticker on the car are you ready to pay this, i know this is a good deal and my price is firm, I have shopped around for a month and knew it was a good deal as well. The Price you see is the price you pay excluding what the government tax and tag fees that you have to pay NO MATTER WHAT. Any one going to purchase a car should know this anyways. Will always recommend this dealer and when I go to look for my next car I will be contacting them first.
