Had an appointment today 12-5. Never showed or called.

On my travels from Canada to this great State of Florida I managed to get a stone chip in my windshield and called Tony at Skyway Auto Glass Mobile in Indian Rocks Beach. Tony is a super guy and gave me straight up advice to wait until I returned back to Canada to get if fixed. A repair he said would only be a temporary solution and assured me that there should be no safety issues with the Mopar windshield that I had in my vehicle. Thanks Tony!

Driver side glass was cut and installed. Although driven on a very limited basis, the glass cracked in 5 days. The glass got bound up between the frame and the felt/chrome surround and cracked. Badly.The tint had jagged cuts and was bubbling immediately.I had to call the owner repeatedly and text 3 times before they said they would fix it. Actually, I didnt get a call to fix it until I disputed the charge.Chris assured me they would fix it and were there quickly with the new glass.The installer removed the glass and commented that he saw where the felt/chrome had been glued before and glued it in the same place. The window was working perfectly and they told me to come in next week and they would redo the tint.Here is where they became totally unprofessional, belligerent and unhinged.They presented me with a bill, for almost exactly 1/2 of what I paid the first time. I refused to pay it. Chris immediately went off, screaming at me that he shouldnt pay and the parts were defective and the thing moves. I stated they never mentioned anything being defective the first time and its a power window, its supposed to move. He screamed at me till they left, about 20 minutes. Chris was so loud my friend could hear him from the balcony on my condo 100 feet away.The installer then said he is not going to stand there while his work is talked badly about.They burned rubber in their van as they left me.I released the dispute for the glass and install, but won my dispute on the tint as I was not going to subject myself to them again.This is one of the most incompetent and unprofessional company I have ever run into.I hope this will save people from the aggravation I went through.You can now make an informed decision on using these people

Well this used to be a 5 star review. Have been here several times. And this last time well be my final. My oil change was 42.75 and they charged my card 142.75I called 3 times and every time I get the same answer. Kimmi will call you back when she gets here That was 2 months ago. I finally opened a claim thru my bank and submitted proof of over charge. Its still pending. Come on guys just give me back my money and we can all go about our lives...

Worst company to deal with. They broke a part on my wife’s car after replacing the windshield.They said they will have to order a new part to fix it and should be here in a week. Well weeks after weeks we called them to follow up and they said they don’t have it and still waiting. They don’t act to be on top of this to resolve our issue. It’s been a month. They were suppose to come to by my house this morning and said we are the first stop. Well they never came so my wife called to follow up of why they didn’t follow up to let us know that they are either running late or don’t have the part. Turned out that the guy named andre or Andrea is at the dealership to get the part and will come by tomorrow. Why do we have to call the company multiple time to follow up for something they broke? They don’t seems to care about their customers to satisfy us as a customers. Month long of waiting. Time to step up to file complaint on better business bearu.Word of advise find somewhere else to do business with because this company do not care about you but the money.

Had this company install 2 windshields for my business. They claimed the insurance company would cover the costs.After job was done i get a bill for over 600 although most companys charge 280. After I paid the bill they still tried collecting from my insurance company. Then they duplicated the check and wrote 2 phony checks and cashed them. They robbed me for over 15,000 dollars. There friend that cashed the check was arrested. Stay away from this company at all costs. They are thieves and low lifes. They will do anything to steal your money. Calling them trash would truly be a compliment. We are still building a case with the help of the person that was arrested to put this trash behind bars. Shouldnt be long now.

I had a mixed experience dealing with Skyway Auto Glass. I went in for a promotion they have in which they offer to tint your windows for free if they replace your windshield through your insurance company.They replaced the windshield, and did a good job. It looks just like the original windshield, you wouldnt know by looking at it that it was replaced.As far as the free window tint, I got what I paid for. There were bubbles everywhere, uneven cuts, and scratches all over the inside of the tint film. There was also hair between the tint and the glass. I took the car back two times after the original visit to try to get them to fix it, with marginal improvements both times. For one window, the tint technician just re-wet the film over a day later and tried to spread the bubbles out, but he creased the tint in the process. The third time I took it back they not only denied that it was their fault, but even accused me of causing the damage and bubbles. I was very disappointed with the level of professionalism there. Now I have a car with terrible tint that I will have to pay someone else to remove, just to do the job right. I would have been much happier just getting the windshield repaired,the window tint was more hassle than it was worth.They do good windshield repair, but I would avoid them for window film.

My husband and I had a good experience with the guys from auto skyway auto glass today a plus😀 They called me around the time of their arrival. When they arrived the one guy explain the details to what they were getting ready to do to my window less then 30 min window was changed, I even got to hold and play with his two puppies. Thank you Skyway i will definitely recommend you to my friends and family👍👍🚘

Others may have had positive experiences, for me though I would suggest run away fast as you can.Dirty, disorganized, doesnt know his own products. Couldnt answer basic questions. Got my insurance card and was calling claims before I even authorized the free windshield.Chis, this is why be backs dont show.

Do not use this company. I got a quote over the phone to replace my rear window on my truck. They told me that their price would not be beat. I called several places and they were right by about $100. I called to set up an appointment and then the price went up $200 not sure if it was because of hurricane Irma or a classic case of bait and switch. very unhappy DO NOT USE SKYWAY AUTO GLASS

Only thing keeping me from 5 stars was that I arrived at 9:15am on a Monday for an appointment and the glass they had for my vehicle was used on a walk in the Saturday before.I had to wait about an extra 30-40 mins for them to go pickup the glass for my car which was inconvenient.Aside from that, the staff was courteous and when I told them I had a meeting at 11 I needed to get to, they made sure they wasted no time.

It was a complete nightmare. I was quoted a price of $85.00 to tint 4 windows in my van. The guy told me to show up the next day at 10.00 a.m. I showed up as instructed. They told me they didn’t know I had an appointment and that the tint guy wasn’t even there. So they told me to bring it in the next day which I did. I was originally told it would take about an hour. So after dropping it off I received a phone call telling me the price is now doubled because it was labor intensive. I told the guy no way stop what ever your doing. He said we all ready started on it. He said you can take it down to the south side and get it done but they will make it look (ratchet). My wife said they all ready have it just let them do it. So I reluctantly agreed. (5) hours later they called me and said I could pick it up in about 10 minutes. My wife showed up about 45 minutes later there and called me and said they still weren’t done with it. After another 30 minutes she called and said they were done. She said the guy told her not to roll the windows down for 3 days. Ok no problem. 3 days later I roll my windows down and there is a bout a half inch gap all the way around the windows that is raggedy and totally uneven. The windows were not even tinted all the way. So I immediately went back up there and spoke to the lady at the front desk. I advised her of the problem and asked her to come outside and take a look at it. She agreed that it was a terrible job and that she would let the owner know and he would be calling me right away. Of course no phone call. The lady was very nice about it and I really feel sorry for her that she has to work in such an embarrassing work environment. While I was there in the lobby there was another guy there that had some type of problem that she had to apologize about also. So I called up there again today and spoke with the same lady and advised her I never got any phone call from anyone. She said she would do her best to try to get someone to call me. Still no phone call. I advised her I really felt sorry for her that she had to put up with such incompetent workers. She did tell me that the owner said I must have rolled the windows down. Sorry but I don’t think so. Nothing against the lady there she’s just relaying the information. And to top it off I know these people. But I have never had any work done by them and never will again. All I can say is I am glad I paid with a credit card so I can have the charges for such sloppy incompetent work reversed. My apologies for going on and on about this but I want customers of this establishment to be aware of what they are getting into before agree to anything at skyway auto glass.

Very quickly installed professional grade tint at a very reasonable price.

Absolutely horrible( big understatement as well), sold me on a used piece of glass for my back window for $150.So i drop my truck off 0800 on 9/27/17 get called at 1400 asking if i was still dropping off my truck for the work, i proceeded to tell the lady my truck was on site and the keys were in there drop box, she didnt believe me till the 2nd time i told her it was there, 15 minutes later im caloed and told the window is NOT $150 but now doubled to $300 (never got an explanation why) i say yes i need it done regardless.So i pick it up and everything is fine till the first rain, needless to say it leaked really bad (like leaky faucet bad) i called the owner sonny to set up something to fix this issue. Go in to fix it following week, they tell me the seap on my back light was bad causing the leak. Okay, i dont believe that but okay. Needless to say it still leaked and had to make a 3rd trip in.3rd trip in the worker shows me a hole he thinks it is coming in through this hole in the light (yet he resealed the light last time i was in, so it shouldnt be coming in from there either way). So he caulks seals glues the window inside more, proceeds to finish up. Needless to say my headliner is black now from a grey from dirty fingers, i can see the black sealant on my brand new back window and tint, and saw water dripping out of it on my way home that day.Im at the point now were i say screw it and go toanother company to have the job finished else where, which is gonna cost me more $$$.Now, how to recoup some of the $$$ i had to spend to use a 2nd company to finish this job they started.I wish i could use negative stars on this place!!
