Sept. 2021 - Made an appointment on Monday for that Wednesday so they could get the tires I wanted. Came back Wednesday and less than 2 hours later 2 new tires and alignment done. Warren was great and kept me updated via phone. This is not the first time I have used this location and I have never had an issue.

I am so happy with the service I received about a month ago. I had 4 new Michelin tires put on my Ford Escape and it has made all the difference in the way my car rides and handles. The guy that helped me was very professional and knowledgeable. I’m very pleased with every aspect of this experience. Thank you Tire Kingdom.

Had a tire leaking air for about 3 weeks and was continuously putting air in it so I stopped by and they would not looked at it and told me that were booked through Thursday. I had the time today and really did not want to keep paying $2.00 for air so I stopped by. I went to Mavis tire and they helped me right off the bat. Bye Tire Kingdom, no more business from me.

I stopped there today with my truck. I had just put air in tires but sensor still said super low. They guys there, even though they were incredibly busy, stopped looked at the tires for nails, check my tire pressure, put air in all 4 tires and then checked the senor. Come to find out the air pump I used clearly wasnt working. Problem solved. I really appreciate their time and help. Very nice guys!!

Broke my tire pressure monitor.I own a 2019 Toyota Tacoma with 13000 miles on it that I bought brand new from the dealership. I got a nail in my tire and brought it in for a tire patch/plug for my scheduled appointment at 1:00. After 2 1/2 hours I got a phone call telling me my tire pressure monitor is broken. The store manager Jose kept blaming either me or Toyota for it being broken saying it is impossible for his mechanic to break that part. Even though my receipt shows they serviced it. (Not what I asked for) apparently they do this for all cars made after 2007. Worst most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Just to add to the problems they aren’t enforcing face masks for customers or staff. All in all my truck was there for a total of 3 1/2 hours for a tire plug and a now broken tire pressure monitor on my brand new truck. I will never be back or recommend anyone to this store again.

Bought 4 new tires from them last 2 months. Went today to have them check pressure, gauge says low. Waited over 5 minutes no one ever came out. Spoke to garage guys, they didnt acknowledge. Just ended up leaving. Ugghhh

They are the best, been coming here since I bought my place in 2018. Theyre understanding and I dont leave feeling screwed over.

Went in to get a tire patched then they seemed to think my rear brakes and rotors were going bad and my left rear shock. Funny thing is I recently had all new brakes, rotors, calipers, struts and shocks done just 6 months ago

Had an appointment for a rotation of tires I bought at THIS store. After waiting 15 minutes for an audience with a service writer, I was told they were VERY busy and (paraphrasing) my online appoint was of no consequence. That tells me either the appointment system is broken, or this location is broken. In either case, Ill look elsewhere the next time I buy tires.

Best service we ever had! Came 10 minutes before close and Brandon took great care of us and stayed 2 hours late just to fix my car. We will definitely be back for future maintenance etc on our car. :)

Went in to get an oil change. Took 2 hours to do and afterwards I have 3 new sensors on my dash lit up. I was told I need to take it to the dealership to have them reset it

Ok, I dont usually write bad reviews as I rarely seem to experience them. Had an 0800 oil change and tire rotation scheduled with the details of my 1 ton Chevy 6.6 diesel dually ironed out...so I thought. I arrived 15 minutes late due to heavy traffic which I take full responsibility for and expected a delay in service....but wow! 4 hours later I got out of there! They wanted to do it right and remove the tires from the wheels and do a proper rotation...an additional charge would be applied- would have been ok had they given me warning of cost and amount of time required-but none of that happened. I understand that shops can be under staffed due to covid but please explain this on the phone when making the appointment!! Had to ask twice then explain how I wanted the duelly valve stems to but up together for ease of maintenance...very frustrating! Also I did not mention it but was hoping they would top off my DEF for an additional charge but nothing done or mentioned. Not sure I will give them another chance...which is unfortunate as I like the chain companies.

Nate pinkston is a true gentleman and really worked with me to get the right tires for my truck. Was very upfront and honest about the services they offer would highly recommend going to see this guy if you need tires or any other service for your vehicle.

I take my work truck to installed to new tires at front they put it in the back and I tell them to alignment the car now it’s a lot wars than before and tell them to fix one nail in the other 2 tires they didn’t fix it

Unprofessional salesmen who decided greeted me by saying Oh, your mom was screaming at us on the phone the second I entered the store for an appointment to spend $500 on all new tires when in actuality the person on the phone was trying to upsell and confuse her with prices and numbers. Good thing tire places are a dime a dozen.

Will never be back and will never recommend this place to any of my friends. Sunday I ordered new tire, was promised it will be there Monday. I took off work and cake Monday and tire is not there and now I am being told you don’t carry such models. Highly inconvenient and unprofessional. Store manager could not solve the issue. I am gonna make sure I call the owner and have somebody responsible

Had all my tire needs and the staff was very helpful.

Brandon was nice and incredibly helpful. Went in for a set of tires initially, knowing already that something was wrong with my shocks and struts, he found the problem being that they had never been changed in the cars entire life. The shop currently had a special going on fortunately on shocks and struts. So saved me time and money going there.

Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Purposely called up there to ask how much and asked if tire rotation is included. Dropped off my truck... 3 HOURS later I get called that its done. Drove up there and was told the tires could be rotated because the front tires have low tread. As you see in the picture there is PLENTY of tread, the tech is just lazy and didnt want to do it. I still got charged FULL price though. This is the 3rd time we have gotten screwed by Tire Kingdom. We will never go back.

Came in for an oil change. They did a great job, a cosmetic piece broke during the change. They came forward and told me about it before I left and got it fixed really fast. Good morals, honest guys.

Came in and had my brakes and rotors done and they were very nice and did it within a timely manner even after another store gave them the wrong parts. I appreciate that they took their time and did the job correctly.

With what the issue was and I was out of there in no time! I will be returning here anytime I have a problem with my car. My warranty has them as an accepted service provider too!!

This tire kingdom is the best around. A guy named Brandon stayed late for me and helped out big time. He installed my low profile tires on within minutes. And made sure that he didnt scratch my powder coated rims. If your lookin for a straight to the point awesome guy ask for Brandon HE’S THE MAN 💪🏼

Bring my work truck only to change bed tires. I asked front desk man to install new tires in rear.Come back after two hours.The mechanics install one in front one in rear.Also they install aliment tools .When I ask change tire, manager Jose Burgos refused to do it until I will pay for aliment extra $50 .Also he attacks me verbally.So they gave me my truck with few parts an floor.Also brakes was blocked. JOSE make pictures of truck and record the video without my permission. Never will be back with BBB officer.

I went to a previous tire place that lied about what I needed, they told me about this and proved it. Walked out with a patch for $30. Best experience, thanks guys!*******Update 7/17/20I always come here to get my tires, theyre cheap but do take several hours even with an appointment. I never pay a tire disposal fee, as Im happy to dispose of the tire myself. Today Jose wanted to argue its against the law to not pay that fee and wanted to have a 15 minute argument about this. Personally, it doesnt matter to me. But I recommend getting people with customer service as well as experience. Dont think Ill return after dealing with his bad attitude today.

They did good. The manager was especially wonderful. You can tell they have a close knit team. They treated me respectfully as a single woman and answered all my questions and offered good suggestions without making me feel like I was being taken advantage of.

I came in to get two new rear tires and requested that one of them be saved for a spare that I wanted. When I opened my trunk the next morning there was no Tire in it and when I called up there both of them had been thrown out. They resolved this by offering me a free oil change and I was okay with that but my car takes synthetic and they gave me a synthetic blend after I explicitly said I want pure synthetic.

New to these folks. Had coupon for low priced oil change. Polite professional service. They seem to know their business well.I will go back there in the future. And I Do recommend them.I also learned that if you buy tires there they provide free spin balancing for the life of the tire.

Can’t say enough good things about these guys! Went in for an oil change, but their team found a potentially dangerous situation in my front end. This probably all related to a front end wreck some years back. Inadequate repair job by Ferman Ford. Nice body work, but what the hell under the body! TMI. Just saying, this place is so much more than a tire store. Highly recommend them. Fair pricing. Same day service. A ride home and back. Great guys!

I will not recommend Tire Kingdom. Every time I go there for tire service, the managers, Mr. Mike in this case, are trained to look for issues that the car doesnt have. so a wheel alignment can produce tie rod issue, break issue, anything, that your car doesnt need. BE VERY CAREFUL. Specially women. You ladies are like a blank check when you walk into their lobbies. After I paid for a wheel alignment, and went there twice because car still pulled to the right (brand new tires), Mr Mike came up that my center tie rod was worn out and driver wheel bearing needed change. I went to my trusted mechanic (Asia Auto in Largo, a true honest guy), and he showed me these 2 parts were fine, seriously. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with Tire Kingdom. If you go there I guarantee you that you will get ripped off.... this is not the 1st time this has happened to me. Just be careful with all of these chain tire places.

Extremely helpful and polite staff. Great prices, and take the time to explain and show you exactly whats wrong with your car. I had a lot of work that needed to be done on my car due to rust, and Mike worked with my budget to help prioritize what should be done first, and gave me really good prices compared to what another mechanic quoted for me.

A+ service. The manager was an absolute joy to work with. He is a very funny guy who got me discounts and saved me money every way he could. I highly recommend.

One of the worst experiences I have dealt with in ages.Had an alignment done to my car aprox 10 months ago and drove the car 3,764 miles (mind you it’s a ‘75 Cadillac) that I basically drive for fun. Well in those 3,764 miles since the alignment the insides of my tires have gone bald. Once I noticed I immediately contacted TireKingdom to have it checked out for a second time. Well this is where it gets bad. First I spent 45 minutes just sitting there w my car still in the parking lot as the mechanics and store manager were “shopping” in the MatCo truck... then I spent an additional 1hr 15min waiting as they checked my alignment to come back and say they couldn’t fix it and there was nothing they could do. So basically the miss alignment from the first time that ruined my tires was ignored and told that they “really don’t know what to do”....... left and I asked for a corporate number to escalate the issue. Just a fair warning that if you want something done right perhaps another company may be your best bet. One set of ruined tires and wasted 2 hours as they played in the Matco truck later just to be told oh well is indicative of a team that doesn’t care. GOODLUCK

My roommate brought his car here with a nail in rear tire. They called and said it could not be plugged. When we arrived I asked if they had taken the tire off to see if they could plug it and was told no that it was on the side...I know for a fact that it was not on the side and the nail wasnt very large. They tried to get him to buy a new tire when all he needed was patched...he is cutting up his tire kingdom card and never going back here again...scam artist!!!

They werent busy when I showed up. They told me I would have my 4 new tires and alignment finished in about 1 hour. 2.5hrs later, truck finally is ready the alignment is out of spec. No options for corrections. Cost 104.99. Charged for one time balance 39.96 and lifetime balance 32.00. Called when I read the bill... after I left. They told me i needed to come back. Already late for meetings because their 1 hour time frame took 2.5 hrs.

We have brought our 99 Mercedes ML430 to this Tire Kingdom for 3+ yrs now. Theyve done everything from Diagnostics, oil changes to new tires, TY-rod replacement, and now rac and pinion replacement. Being a single woman, I hesitate to trust folks trying to sell me tires. The folks at Tire Kingdom on Ulmerton in Largo couldnt have been more helpful. They honored my appointment time, promised 90 minutes to install the tires and balance the wheels. The job was done in 60 minutes. The shop is clean and Victor Smith, the store manager, had a wicked sense of humor and looks like he really enjoys his job. I had never heard of Sumitomo tires before, but after research and hearing that Victor was putting them on his car and his wife already had them on her car, I bought them. They seem to grip the road and offer a better ride on my Hyundai Sonata than the Goodyear I replaced.

I went in for tire replacement as I was leaving I have NO BRAKES pulling out of their lot. I call them and of course it’s nothing they did. They tell me my master cylinder is bad. I had brakes when I pulled in and then all of a sudden I don’t. So I guess it’s coincidence that they drive it to and from the bay no problems but I start it and pull out and all of a sudden it’s a problem. Two of their mechanics test drive it when I did a u turn to go back and said yes there are no brakes but again nothing they did. I don’t buy it. NEVER GO HERE.

Waiting for 15 min before they even talked to me. Guy went back in shop and ignored all customers in the lobby. Then told me i would have to leave the truck. 20 seconds of customer service is all I needed. Purchased the 4 tires with road hazard warranty and I will take it to a different tire kingdom to avoid this kind of poor customer service. I understand places are busy but my time is valuable too.

DO NOT take your car here!!! They charged my Warrenty company and didn’t fix any of the issues I had!!!!

Got a nice set of tires. Didnt take too long. Had quite a few choices.

They helped me in a pinch. But most of all, customer service was very good.

I highly recommend Mike. Hes an honest and hardworking mechanic. He was very patient and helpful, never pressured me into doing anything to my car that I didnt want to do, and even stayed late to finish my car in time for me.

Plan on dropping your car off for sure because otherwise your will kill huge amounts of time. Took 90 minutes from when the car went in until it was finished. 4 new tires, nothing else, 90 minutes.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I feel like 1 star is over rated for this place. They try to up-charge you and told me I needed 4 new tires on tires that I bought brand new from the dealership less than 2 years ago. Maybe 20k miles on them. Not to mention, I am pretty sure they never actually did the alignment they charged us for since the truck still shakes and they failed to provide a print out of the alignment number before and after. Dont take your vehicle there.

If you like your repair shops incompetent, lazy, and clueless, this is the place for you. Bonus points if your definition of appointment matches up with theirs: A random time pulled out of the air, at which point they will stare blankly at you, having had basically no idea you were coming, and when there may or may not be anyone available to service your car. After three trips trying to get them to correct an issue THEY caused during a part replacement, Im giving up and going somewhere else. Good luck, if you go.

Absolutely horrible service. I called ahead of time to make sure they could repair my tire which had a nail in it. They were 50 minutes from closing but said I could come in and they would get it done. They only had one mechanic working who was extremely lazy. He showed us the tire and said it was nonrepairable, it was clear he didnt want to do the work and possibly have to stay late. He made excuses and waisted our time. He put the tire back on and his ride pulled up just as he brought us our car back. Then he hopped into the car that pulled up for him and left the location 15 minutes before close! Clearly, Andy the mechanic had better things to do than to do his actual job!The next morning I took the car to tire choice across the street from tire kingdom and they patched the tire with no issues and got me in right away!Do not waist your time at tire kingdom!
