Despite living on a Promariner 4 bank charger 2 of my boats Interstate M Series Marine AGM batteries would not come up to full charge. Using a load meter I determined the batteries were weak and I called Cliff and uninstalled the batteries for testing. Sure enough he confirmed one was bad and the other on its way out.Cliff gladly offered me 2 brand new batteries since they were 20 months in to their 36 month free exchange warranty period.Other than having to remove and reinstall them on my boat the Team at Interstate Batteries once again were a pleasure to deal with making for a positive experience.I would highly recommend Interstate Batteries-they stand behind their products, Thanks!

Excellent customer service. Just so happened the one day I wake up late for work my batteries dead in my car. My husband jumps it and tells me to take it to an auto store but I happened to pass interstate batteries and figure I’d give them a try. I explained I was super late for work but I also knew it wasn’t there concern that I was late but they had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. They didnt have the battery I was looking for, but nobody else does either. Their wisdom talked me out of getting a similar battery which probably wouldve led to a bad day for me anyway and so for that I am greatful.

Good good place to buy batteries but you have to know what time it is they are cheap mechanics looking for a big off try to tell me I need an alternator when clearly I did not I pulled my car in the bay and told him disconnect that battery and my car continue to run why I try to get over just sell the flipping battery

I know this is long, and a lot of it is about a different company, but I promise it is all relevant. tl;dr, Interstate is amazing and truly made my day. I literally cried when I left, I was so happy and relieved.July 13, 2014, I purchased a 6 year Interstate Battery from Jiffy Lube.Today is Oct 19, 2016. For the past couple weeks, there has been some strange things going on with my car. Flickering lights, clock resets, automatic doors that stopped mid close/open, and not as quick to start. I got the battery tested at 3 different places and they all confirmed the battery was bad. Luckily, the 6 year performance guarantee should save me the expense. I was advised to go back where I purchased it.I returned to Jiffy Lube, and explained the situation. At first I was told that they didnt sell me the battery and Id need to show proof of purchase. I was surprised, as was the other gentleman in the waiting room with me. I insisted they look in the system again (which how they would have checked the first time, in the space of 2 minutes, I dont understand.) Once in front of me, they of course found it, and told me that I was outside of replacement warranty. I started to panic a bit asking why, it was a 6 year battery, only 27 months old. He said that at 24 months, it switches to prorate, and that the replacement would be $172, instead of full price which was $200. I was shocked and out of shock, I laughed. I said I could buy a brand new comparable battery for less than that, which the other gentleman in the waiting room agreed with me, despite the JL employee laughing and saying, A battery for that car (minivan)? No, this is the best (youll find). I said that no, I wouldnt be replacing the battery. The man helping me gave me a smug smile and said, Ok. And then ignored me for the rest of the time despite me standing there. I had to ask someone else about getting my car back.As he left to pull my car around, the other man in the waiting room asked me to confirm what he thought just happened. Which I did. A 27 month old battery was only replaceable to the tune of $172 despite being a 6 year guarantee.As I left, I decided to call Interstate Battery to ask what to do. They asked when I bought it, said, Well, that is well within free replacement. Who is refusing to do it? I told him and his response was, Oh, yeah, well that isnt surprising. Come on down, Ill get you taken care of.When I arrived, he was as good as his word. He looked at the battery and said, Yeah, this battery is a 30 month free replacement, and anything after that would be prorated up to 6 years from purchase. You were 1 month away, so just in time. He also said that he had no idea why Jiffy Lube wouldnt honor the Interstate warranty, but considering the company, Im not really that surprised.Which means that not only did Jiffy Lube not sell that battery until I insisted to actually see the computer screen as they looked up all my services, but they recorded selling that battery a full 2 months before I purchased it! I have owned it for 27 months and 6 days, yet it was recorded as only having a month left on a 30 month replacement.I have gone to Jiffy Lube for oil changes out of proximity convenience (and Groupon deals!), despite their hard sales tactics and high pricing on everything, but following this, I will never go back.So, this is both a complaint about Jiffy Lube, and a very grateful compliment to Interstate Battery. Thank you so very much, your service went a long way, and I will never forget it.
