Knowledgeable, Friendly Staff!

GREAT!!! Sooo happy I went there!!! Pam the sales lady was so nice!!! I had gone to Home Depot and gotten a bid BUT they would NOT move my furniture. I cant do that... She said they would (for a reasonable extra charge). She gave me samples to take home... Without even getting my name and told me to bring them back when I got a chance...WOW!!! I went back several times before I found the right color. She came to my house... NO CHARGE... To measure and give a quote. WITH the furniture being moved the quote came back $600 LESS than Home Depot. I purchased it and scheduled the install. TWICE I HAD to reschedule the install at the last minute and I called Pam. She was so nice and said just to call when I was ready. The installation went GREAT!! Tommy was the Lead installer and was super nice. There were a couple of issues but he had quick resolutions.Thanks SOOO much!!!

Pam gave the worst customer service. Had a very rude tone and seemed to not want to offer assistance. Horrible way to get new customers.

On Saturday they were closed and the phone number at the door did not give any response.
