I would have to say after having had Tim install vinyl flooring in my bedroom over terracotta tile after it was floated to smooth it out I would not have it done again. The terracotta tile pattern was 4 larger tiles and smaller one in the middle which was higher than the other 4 around it and the grout lines where very large and very deep. Mike came out and said that the flooring would go with the contour of the floor. When Tim got to the job he said what Mike had told him was totally different than what he expected and had to get much more materials. Tim did work hard and I thought it was going to look great after looking the job he had done going over the terracotta tile with some type of leveling product. After he did the installation I thought it looked good and told Tim that, but after shutting the lights off and looking at it, It has humps in the floor, period!!!. I know the floor is not level but you can have a surface that is not level without humps. Tim did install vinyl over terrazzo flooring in a large closet that came out great. They both did come out and look at it and said that was they way it gets installed, and wanted to know what they could do to make me happy, and if they should give me money back, I said just tell the next person who asks about having vinyl flooring installed over the same type of flooring, just tell them you don’t do it anymore. They said they could pull some up and try to make it a little nicer, but after looking at it closer it would opening a big can of worms. I guess a nice floor rug would help!Scott Lojewski

As a property manager, I have recommended Carpet Pros to several owners who were absolutely thrilled with the job that Mike and his people did putting down wood flooring in their places. Carpet Pros are diligent professionals who do a great job and stand by their work. As I type this, Ive just recommended them to another owner who wants wood flooring.

Id used Bobs Carpet Mart previously and was very disappointed - bad seams in flooring and poorly done white caulking around perimeter of room. I then called Carpet Pros and they have now installed first sheet vinyl flooring and corrected the other companies mistakes and did a perfect job; looked fantastic. I then had laminate flooring done in another house and another perfect job. Very reasonable prices, professional, courteous service and fantastic work. I will trust nobody else to do flooring now but Carpet Pros.

I had vinyl planking installed this week and it looks awesome, installers did an exceptional job. I would highly recommend Carpet Pros.

After the carpet was laid by this company, beer cans were found in the trash. Which would explain why it wasnt completed. Tacks were still not hammered into the floor which cause a bad hole in my daughters foot. After my daughters father reached out to the owner to express his concern, he refused to come out and fix the issues. He told him, just hammer them back in, just not too hard. Your workers did not complete the job and when they did it, they were drinking Keystone Light. Im sorry but I do not believe this is how you run a business.

I have to thank Mike for helping me out 3 days before Christmas I ordered carpet 5 days ago he had the guys come out today great service carpet looks great very nice to deal with will definitely go through him again.
