When their pickup service first started it was great. You could place an orderand receive. a text that your order was ready and pick it up. The last 3 times I placed an order, I received. a text my order was ready and wound up sitting in the parking lot, calling and calling for someone to bring out my groceries. I had fractured my shin bone and was still recovering, so their service had really helped me. With no one answering my phone calls all 3 times, each time I had to walk into the store and try to find an employee that would help me. Every single time I spoke to an employee to find out how I could get my groceries, they all responded, they didnt know anything about that service. What ??? I will never use that useless service again. Oh, and when I was checking out in the store at the lone checkout, I had the rudest young boy . He had been sanitizing the counter where you put your groceries down. I waited till he had finished wiping the area down. I started to put my groceries on the counter when he suddenly barked at me not to put my groceries there, he was cleaning. Well, lets see, he sprayed the counter, he wiped the counter, was I supposed to wait an hour till it dried ? I picked my groceries up and went to a self check out.

I had been there on Wednesday the 6th and had absolute amazing customer service experience i checked out one box of garlic bread and it rung up three bucks when it was labeled as 1.57. I called over the wonderful young lady Maddie she changed the price for me. I will be coming back to this location in the future.

Normally this would be five stars but today’s experience requires three or less. I have been using the online grocery ordering and picking them up for over a year and every single person who has helped me with my orders has been amazing. Honestly the customer service for the online ordering has been beyond stellar and I’ve been consistently impressed. Which is why today’s experience was such a shock. Darren was extremely rude and when I asked him his name, not only did he refuse to give it to me he turned his name tag around. I asked others his name and I was told they were off the clock so they weren’t going to help me. Even the manager wouldn’t give me his name until I mentioned I was calling corporate. Do better. I know you need people right now but please impress upon your staff how important customer service is.

We will not be forced to mask up .. the lady at the front door saying we need to wear a mask we are vaccinated. And dont wish to be bothered by people with nothing better to do than play medical doctor .Today we took our buissness elsewhereIt is offensive to assume that we need a mask.

Pretty good store. The lady at self check out was very nice. Found everything I needed at the store.

Went to the pharmacy for my covid vaccine. Very nice and comforting. I was really afraid. Jennifer was the pharmacist and she was super nice and kind. Also, while walking around, I saw they have a good section of plant based meals.

The prices are fantastic here. Easy to get in and out and shop fast which I like to do. The employees dont seem quite as friendly as other stores but theyre not unfriendly either. The store was clean and good practices with the virus.

This store is extremely understaffed but so are most businesses right now. The problem is the staff that is there no nothing about providing customer service!! I ordered groceries to pick up I ordered the night before for pick up the next day between 7 and 8 pm. At 7 pm I got an email that my order was delayed. At 8 pm I was still waiting so I went into the store to find out what was going on and when if ever I would have my order ready. The young girl tells me she does not normally work helping this department but they had 5 people call in today this was all understandable but she could not tell me when my order might be ready all she knew is that they had 49 picks before me. I ended up having to go and get the items I ordered myself. This would not have been a problem but I had just gotten out of the hospital the day prior and is only reason I ordered online in the first place. They give me a gift card to check out my items but not for the amount of my order expecting me to pay for these items a second time. The manager finally came and gave me another gift card to cover the remainder of the already paid for items. The entire situation could have been handled better but it was not and this is not the first time I have dealt with rude employees at this location. Their door greater in early morning is even extremely rude!!!! The prices might be better than Publix across the street but I wont be back I would rather pay more and have a pleasant environment to shop in for and they are understaffed also but you get excellent customer service at Publix always!!!!!!

Self Checkout is an absolute DISASTER. The machines are in desperate need of servicing and/or they should put at least 4 more employees on just that task to attend to the service lights that keep snagging the process of completing your purchase. Even the credit card readers need servicing. Management needs to step up and get things fixed. When I asked for a manager, not one was available.

Very helpful employees assisted me in finding everything I was looking for. Prices were reasonable as well.

Dont go here very often I like the superwalmart but this store is clean & everyone is helpful I pass 2 Publixs to go here better prices

I have been sitting in the pick up area for 20 minutes now with my infant. I placed a pickup order for convenience and this has been less than helpful. I had to talk to two employees and call the store for my order. Target and Publix pick up are wayyyy more efficient and I will continue ie my business with them instead.

I schedule pickup of my groceries and love it. I start the order on my phone days before I want to pickup. Theyre quick and always accurate.

This review is strictly for the pick-up. I am addicted to this service!! Place order, schedule a pickup time. Check-in on the way. Enter the parking space number when I arrive and within a few minutes my groceries are delivered to my car. I love this service but honestly it has made me lazy!!

This has got to be the most unorganized Walmart I’ve ever been too. Workers standing around talking. Carts all over the parking lot. Stock ready to be put away everywhere.

I Recommend this neighbourhood walmart To anyone shopping in the area for their shopping needs and also wants I didnt get the door greeter name but it was around 8:30 pm tonight May 6th 2021 he was very helpful when my son and I entered and also was a Pleasant person when we were leaving I only have to thumbs but Ill give them 5 thumbs 👍 up

It was nice to see the staff all over the store working together. It was clean there were plenty of supplies and food, everything seemed very organized. And check out was a breeze. The staff was all very friendly and helpful whenever I asked a question so big kudos to the stores staff.

The people who now work here are a little higher class than who used to work hereMuch more friendly and responsive.This Walmart is seemingly more frequented by tourists year round and winter transients from up North more than full year Florida residents. Its cheaper than Publix and is the closest Walmart to the Indian rocks and Indian shores beaches.I go here way more often than a closer Publix because the prices are much better here.

Just recently rearrange the floor plan & location of many items. I think the new floor plan is an improvement, along with all the new self check-outs!

Stopped here because I was short on time. Prices are lower than my usual store but thats where the satisfaction ends. Store is dirty and VERY disorganized. Never enough check out lanes and the self check out is a nightmare with the assistance light going off every other item. Could be a great place to save money if you can find what youre looking for.

Shop here all the time for dinner and lunch odds and ends, usually well stocked and easy to navigate

Excellent Dee Dee was awesome helping me pick up a pre paid card. Coming from a retail and management background. Dee Dee went above and beyond. She needs a promotion.

The only negative is that I looked online and it said a particular product was in stock at the Walsingham store and when I got there, they did not have the item. I didnt even see an empty spot with a label where it should have been. I did also ask an associate. So unfortunately, I had to go to a different grocery store to get it.

Dont shop here, dont work here, dont even bother stepping foot inside this rat hole. Management is a joke that keeps expired food on the shelves like milk especially. Frozen stock is left to defrost in the aisles because they cant keep the store employed, and dont even get me started on how unclean the store really is.

They almost always have only 1 cashier working. Often, the produce is rotting.

Their checkout Lanes are all self checkouts.

Great if need to grab something quick! Only have about 3 regular registers and rest is self checkout. Which is ok but some machines only take credit or cash which is a hassle if long lines and in hurry.

Grocery pickup wasnt ready at scheduled time. I finally received the email that it was ready an hour later. I drove to the store,, checked in and waited for 40 minutes before they brought it out. I have things to do, thats why I scheduled a pickup time.

I never had a problem with this place until last night when I went into the liquor section to buy a bottle of vodka. The clerk Alex, walked right past me and my spouse and didnt say hi, hello or nothing. But yet when others came in he was eager to greet them.No one in the line showed Alex their ID. Alex never asked for ID form anybody in the line until he got to me and my spouse. he tells me that he doesnt have to ask for ID for people that look over the age of 40. My spouse is 65 years of age. I told him that that information is incorrect he suppose to check the ID of everybody regardless of what they look like.I really feel racially profiled because everyone was his race except me and my spouse.. I asked him if I was a different color would he have treated me that way and he said nothing. I will never buy my liquor from this store. Thanks to the treatment I got from Alex.The store overall is awesome I never had any issues customer service is always great. But I dont believe Alex should be working in the liquor part by his self if hes not going to be doing the job correctly. If cameras are working in that section, you might want to go back and check his actions.Walmart could get a big fine if hes not doing his job properly related to tobacco and alcohol, checking IDs is very important.

I am so happy shopping at Walmart Neighbor Market! Im new to the area and find prices appear very inflated. The two other large grocery store cant compete! I can buy the same name brand products for far less. Im sold! Walmart Neighborhood market is my store!

I think when you have to check yourself out from Walmart they should offer a discount on the total bill!!! Its not fair they let go of people and added self service checkout registers so customer have to work again after a long days work, such a disappointment, and they continue to kick you while you are already down.

Customer Service needs reviewed by your staff. The old manager, J, very tall big friendly man, he never would have allowed staff like this to last a second. Miss him and the kindness the store had when he was in charge. He was not sloppy in any way, kind and courteous to everyone all the time.

First time in a long time that I was back. I dont do much shopping. This store was well stocked, lots of items, mostly groceries like in a competing store.

Go here all the time, usually not very stocked and needs more attention to appearance. Pharmacy is very good.

Not as big as some other Walmart Neighborhood Markets but it fits my needs for being close, convenient, inexpensive, and quick.

The employees for the most part are pleasant with the exception of the deli clerks, they typically act like the customer is an inconvenience. 9 times out of 10 if I try to get donuts (self-serve) I have to go to the deli to request a box. Also this store is in need of a good cleaning and maintenance. Numerous freezers are leaking and the store has an odor when you walk in. Prices are good so I will buy canned, boxed and frozen items (prepackaged) but I dont buy meats or much produce. Its a shame it is not taken better care of because it is really convenient to my residence.

Walked to get a cart the lady That was supposed to be cleaning them were sitting with the legs propped up on another chair there are no sanitize cloth to be used on any of the cards all of the carts were pretty much stuck or tied together very unorganized store a lot of Associates walking around not seeming to want to ask if you needed help first trip there which has led to the last trip there

Its not as nice as Publix but prices are lower. It has a deli and delicious baked goods. Its a smaller neighborhood store as opposed to the big stores.

During covid-19 theres an employee at the front door but they arent sterilizing carts like they do at publix they are sitting in a chair texting. Also, there is usually only one register open with a line so most the time we have to do self check out. The pharmacy people are great, sometimes theres a little bit of a wait but understandably they get busy like most pharmacies.

I thought Id try this store on Walsingham in Largo not having been there in a while. The shopping carts and hand baskets were not sanitized between customers. The hand sanitizer cloth wipe dispenser was empty and there was no liquid hand sanitizer pump dispenser. There was an area for all this set up at the inside entrance of the store but no one covering that station. Social distancing just forget it. One way aisles marked but no staff enforcing it. Lots of empty shelves. Found only half my products. People not masked. Never go again😷

Always go to get things I need. The whole place was infected with Demon possessed staff.

This Walmart has almost anything you would need on your regular shopping trip. The store is clean, however the prices seemed higher at this location then normal. The staff is friendly and checks you out quickly at the register. Bathrooms are clean as well.

I have a problem with walmart and other big corporations cutting out the check out employee. We shop in your store, now were expected to check ourselves out and bag our own groceries. If you cant find employees to work for you offer more money. If I want to work for Walmart, I would apply for a job.
