Came in because the at&t at the Sam’s Club did a terrible job and did not explain anything. They are separate from this AT&T. The representatives helped me understand what I needed to do. Wish I would’ve gone to this store instead. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

A HUGE SHOUTOUT AND THANK YOU TO AARON FOR MAKING UP FOR THE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVER AT THE STORE ON LOHMAN. AARON GREETEDME EAGERLY AS SOON AS WE WALKED IN THE DOOR. HIS ENERGY WAS GIVING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND HE IMMEDIATELY MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND I KNEW I WAS IN GOOD HANDS. REMINDED ME WHY I SHOULD STAY WITH THIS PHONE COMPANY WITH STAFF LIKE HIM ON THE JOB. HE WAS SO HELPFUL AND ASSISTED ME WITH MORE THAN WHAT I CAME IN FOR AND I WAS EXTREMELY THANKFUL AND HAPPY FOR HIS KINDNESS AND EXPERTISE. Luis Ramirez was by far the best salesman I have worked with, truly. My brother, sister and I went in to switch providers and he went over and beyond to help us. He called people and other employees to make sure he could get us the best price possible. He was genuinely a caring person who helped us get the best deal possible. Also super knowledgeable about the products and the way the money process works. I Recommend him and I dont ever do these reviews.

After updating my phone, I got a “SIM Card Locked. Enter PUK (Pin Unlock Code)” This code is separate from whatever security passcode you enter when setting up the phone and, to my knowledge, I never set up. I called the customer service line and the agent gave me two wrong codes so I went to this AT&T store. That was a mistake.You would assume the store would be able address this without issue, but they told me they couldn’t find the code in their system but they could “fix” it by replacing the SIM card… for a $5 fee. That is appalling level of customer service. AT&T pushed out the updated, locked my phone, and the store wanted a shakedown fee to fix the problem they created. The woman I spoke was unhelpful, citing management’s policy on charging for SIM cards for any reason with no exceptions. Of course, the manger wasn’t there to address this situation. Judging by the rude behavior of the employees’, I’m not confident the manger would have been helpful.I refused to pay and called customer service line again. A different agent on the phone was able to find the correct code and unlock my phone (surprise, surprise). The lesson here is to avoid this store if possible and be very weary of “fees” they push on customers. I’ve been here a few times in the past and I had decent experiences. Whoever is running the show over there now has made customer service for existing customers a very low priority.

I went in to the store to ask a few questions. I had Verizon and Anthony convinced me to switch over. Best part I was able to keep my phone # which I had for years. Anthony made it an easy experience. I recommend asking for him when you come in. 🤝

So my Father wanted to upgrade his phone in which the battery had swelled. We went into AT&T on Telshor Ave and met Manny the Manager. Great guy! Manny came up with a couple of plans and we went in our way to discuss it before making a selection. My Dad was fine with AT&T so, the next day we go back and we are greeted by Manny and meet Martin. Martin was able to take care of all the concerns we had and give us a veterans discount and two new phones. Way to go Martin! If you’re ever in need of great service for your cell phone or tablet needs go to AT&T. I have been a loyal customer since 1999 and I am not going anywhere else!

My husband and I went in yesterday to get him a new phone and combine plans. We were “helped” by Veronica. She seemed nice and knowledgeable, but when we got home we realized that she added NextUp to our phone purchase without our permission. She tried to sell us an expensive insurance plan with a lot of unnecessary features and stated they didn’t have any cheaper options (they did). She told us our new plan would have a base price of $180, instead she enrolled us in the most expensive unlimited plan. With the changes she made and the extras she added without our knowledge or permission, our monthly bill would have been close to $500! It took three hours and multiple calls to AT&T to get everything corrected. Avoid this store at all costs!

Recently my son and I visited this store. We had a very unique and complicated request. Due to the recent loss of a family member, we wanted to memorialize his phone number on Gear 3 watch, which we purchased there, along with a Note 9. Martin Hernandez was absolutely wonderful, patient and showed perseverance, as well as sensitivity to our unique situation. He is very knowledgeable and showed excellent customer service skills. At the end of our series of transactions, we felt like he was a member of the family. You should clone this one and staff all of your stores with him! I phoned this location prior to my arrival 04.30.20 to verify info I was provided regarding this curbside pickup was accurate. I was advised via att online chat and by a representative at this location that my Credit card would be swiped at the store for my new device & the ATT location was going to handle shipping my original device per ATT NEXT to the appropriate party. Not only did Luis refuse to handle shipping it back, he also did not provide me the proper materials to ship ship the phone back stating the store had NONE how can a store not have the packing materials when even the instructions on the return label indicate you do? When asked where I can get the packing materials locally, he directed me to El Paso, TX which is over an hour away. I am a military spouse and already had a 30 minute commute both ways to get to this store in Las Cruces. I’ve never felt so degraded considering I have spent well over $10,000 with this company. I have been with this company over TEN YEARS apple products only. It’s unfortunate that not an dash of empathy nor apology was provided for the inconvenience. Customers like ME keep this company open. Your “curbside” experience is G A R B A G E consider closing until REAL customer service we expect can be provided.

It was a very bad experience overall. It started off very well but has become a very difficult problem. I’d say to have the store manager and district manager reach out to me but my number was ported to AT&T and now I don’t have access to my number on the phone I currently have. The rep didn’t offer to have a manager get involved and now I need a manager involved. I have spent way too long wasting time in store and the issue still isn’t resolved and the rep wasn’t able to provide a resolution. AND I have to go back AGAIN in 2 days, I just hope the problem is fixed.

Hideous. Worst CS I have EVER had. Its like they were trying to do ME a favor. Get real - you guys are an embarrassment to your company and to Las Cruces. Thank goodness I went with my gut feeling and left. I hope to never have to put foot in your shop again. I will drive to Albuquerque if I need to (3 hours) and visit that AT&T store.

This AT&T store is the worst ever they have no clue on customer service every time I go in to this store they ether cant help or wont help. I came in to get a case for my phone and they were out of them then my phone got damaged I had insurance and needed a phone and they told me there was nothing they could do to help me that I had to take care of it my self. they need to take some customer service skill lessons from some of the AT&T store in Dallas were people know how to do there job.

Agents are not up to date about most current plans available and will start you out on outdated plans. Agent didnt offer what color note I wanted he just brought out whatever he had in stock without asking. People working there, including the manager, were just sitting around playing on their phones. Very little knowledge about the phones, didnt know how to transfer from my old phone to the new one. He hooked it up backwards and I had to go home and do it myself.

Will never buy another phone accessory from AT&T again. Their return policy is WACK. Their staff compliance is WACK. Their corporate customer service team is WACK. Bought a screen protector and it came broken. Tried to return it, they refused citing corporate policy. Staff was friendly though, only reason I’m not giving 0 stars.
