I highly recommend going to see norinna she did amazing helping me yesterday getting into a new phone! She took her time with me making sure I find exactly what I’m looking for. She help me get all my photos and apps on my new phone. I went to another location earlier in the day and the customer service was horrible. I will be going to this location from now on as long as she’s there. She gave the best customer service.
I had gone to several locations because I need help with my phone and everyone kept giving me the round about and couldn’t fix my phone or even explain what was going on after making one last stop at this location the manager took the time to check my phone since no other rep had and tried to assist me even though she couldn’t fix the problem she did assist me with a great deal and even took the time to transfer my information. She went the extra mile for me and I appreciate her! I recommend this location to everyone that has any issues.
I went Into the location on North Main last week trying to get some help on my phone and the gentleman with curly hair working was very rude and seemed like it was a bother to help me . I wasn’t able to get his name because he wasn’t wearing a name tag. The store was dirty and there was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the building. I used to visit this location very frequently when the old staff was there and never had any problems but I might have to find a new location visit. There is multiple occasions when me and my wife try visiting the location and they’re closed so we have to go to different stores.
I had gone in a couple days ago because my phone wasn’t working and after going to several stores Liz finally took the time to check my phone and even took the time to clean my charging port since that was the issue, she also let me know about my options. I am very satisfied with the service she provided, will be making this location my to go! I also like how the mask are enforced and how clean she maintains the store.

*BUYER BEWARE* Went in and spoke with someone named Liz. She was very rude and obnoxious right off the bat. When I inquired about a “free” phone I was told we do not have free phones!!! Everyone pays taxes etc. So even though she was rude I pressed on only to find out that the phone is not free because they add on an accessory package I did not want as well as insurance and Mexico calling. All of which I told her I did not want. She then told me I could not get a free phone without one of the mentioned items. So I happily left to boost mobile across the street. I also will be informing the New Mexico Attorney General of these deceptive business practices. If a phone is advertised as free it should be free as advertised!! Buyer beware. I also heard her talking on the phone referring to a store on Solano so if your looking for free as advertised phones without a bunch of add ons that your probably not going to even be told about. Visit another location. *BUYER BEWARE*

The manager Liz was rude from the minute I walked in! No greeting and refused to help me because it was almost closing!! She felt very proud to label herself as store manager with a sarcastic comment have a nice day Without providing any type of customer service! Does this company make ANYBODY GM now days are any qualifications even required any more!? If I can provide NO STARS I would.

The store at NMain is the only one I like to go to for help.. The sales expert Irene always welcomes me with a friendly smile and she always fixes my issues with my phones.. I highly recommend going to see her!

Cheap service. I got an A20 the super tough gorilla glass broke on the first time I dropped it from knee height when it slipped out of my pocket trying to fix my shoe laces. Terrible service around Las Cruces the whole 5 days I had the phone. Was NOT offered the insurance for the phone when I first got it. Came back to the store to see what could be done.. was charged to put the insurance on the phone to start a claim and get another phone only to be told its not done through the store and there is a $80 deductible. Was told by the manager to sell the phone promoting the insurance claim $80 deductible to get some money back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. thanks for screwing me over metro pcs.

DONT EVER USE THIS STORE! The black guy in the picture, supposedly a manager is a THIEF! HE STOLE MY 78 YR OLD MOTHERS VERIZON iPHONE 6. He LIED and told her if she switched from Verizon to Metro he would pay her Verizon bill and when she did, he told her he couldnt pay her bill. She thought he was transferring her contacts and pictures on the crappy iPhone SE he gave her. She left without her iPhone 6 and no pic or contacts were added. Then she went back in to get her iPhone 6 and the LYING THIEF told her it was gone already nd no longer in the store. He stole her phone and got cash for it. What kind of thief robs from a little old 78 yr old lady? He killed her! She was so upset she died a month later!

Awful service. Only one person working most of the time. The staff even commented on my disabled fiancés speech even after we told him he had a stroke. He should have been fired by that comment alone. Lines too long, they dont have any phones to test out. They dont even deserve 1 star.
