Lewis was kind enough to let me in the store right at closing time after a broken alternator belt caused my battery to drain till the car would not run anymore. he found the correct belt then graciously gave me a ride back to my car. the belt was easily replaced but then I needed a jump as the battery was close to dead. Lewis offered me the jump that I needed to be on my way. I cant thank him enough for not leaving me stranded. Great employee!!!

I was having an extremely rough day. My car decided to break down on me not once but twice this morning. Not to mention today was the first day of school. Great customer service. Called to see if their location had my battery and if they could change it today, which they replied of course! I got there around 5:30 and it was a little busy but all three gentlemen were effectively and cordially helping each customer. By the time I grabbed a couple other things for my car I was then aided by Mytch. He then helped me find the best battery for my vehicle and then carried on to install it a quick and professional way. Overall my experience at this location was top notch. Will come back for all my car needs in the future.

I am absolutely shocked about what happened today. Usually it is a great experience, but today was absolutely crazy. I had a bad battery, so I bought one for $190.00 after tax. The alleged manager went to install my battery. He drops and loses my bottom bracket bolt that secures my battery to the tray. We looked for it but couldnt find it. Therefore is must be in my engine bay somewhere. Then he just shrugs his shoulders. My children ride in this van and I cant allow this to go. He grabs a bolt from the store and he says ot fits but it doesnt (wrong thread type). My logic is that he lost it, therefore they should replace it. As I mention it to him, he makes this big scene like he was doing me a favor. It is his job to put the battery in if I purchase it from them. He said he only has a ten minute limit to put the battery in. Him dropping and losing the part is his fault. He said he didnt like my attitude. Which is dumb, because I even let him finish his cigarette when he asked if it was ok. We went inside to see if the system had the part available. When it didnt, he had an even worse attitude. All he could say is to call the district manager and the stormed off to the back. The district manager did not answer and I could not leave a voicemail. Therefore I left a voicemail with the regional manager. We shall see if Autozone actually cares about their customer base. The fact that they were not remotely worried about an unsecure lead acid battery in a customers vehicle really shows that Autozone does not vet or properly train their employees. I guess it is Advance Auto parts or Oreillys from now on.
