Its only one person working in the cashier area & the service is slow & the cashier is rude. Employees needs help so they can give off better costumer service. Im highly disappointed.

As other reviewers say, be ready to spend quite some time here. They canceled my appointment without letting me know. When I reached there they said you should have called before coming. Next time when I called before going there nobody picked the call. Fortunately they kept my appointment. Giving 3 stars because Walmart offered much better better price on tires and installation service.

Both times ive come here ive felt extremely ignored and neglected by the ladies that work in the auto section. the men usually are faster to help but they are never in the front, i am a woman myself but i dont think those girls need to be working at the auto desk at least get women who dont have to pull the mechanics from their work every 5 seconds to move something meanwhile they ignore the 10 people in line in front of them, and stop after every person they deal with and find something totally unrelated to do. please get capable people anthony and james are great but i feel tiana purposely ignores people in line that she does not want to deal with and this is my second time experiencing this with her. it shouldn’t take 3 hours to put a new tire on a rim yet somehow it always does no matter how early i get here, not to mention ive been waiting in here for hours and she didnt address me again until they saw me taking a photo to write this review. all in all slow unsatisfactory service

Went there to do an oil change on my car I was very pleased the employee that took care of my car did an awesome job

8/10/2021 at 7:24 am, I took my daughters car for an oil change, fix a tire and rotate all tires. At 10:24 am, I went to get my car and he clerk, Tiana failed to tell the mechanic to fix the tire. So, the mechanic rotate the tires and could not determine which tire was the tire loosing air. Around, 12:04 pm, I spoke with the Manager, Bradley, and it was worse. They replaced two tires. I was furious so they took one tired out and told me that the one that was replaced was the one that has a nail. I left the store at 1:21 pm. I DO NOT RECOMMED this location for Auto Care services. I am still having problem with a tire so I will let you know what they say this week.

Unfortunately I chose to come here. Ive never waited four hrs+ for anything. Waited over four hours to get two new hires. Ridiculous!

I purchased four new tires at Walmart Auto care, and left my car to service at about 9:15 AM, and was told it would take 3 hours to complete. I went to an interview, get back at 2:pm, and still the car wasnt finished, I have to give the uber driver an extra $10:00, to leave me at my home, in order to get ready for work, for 3: pm. I called to find out if the car was finished; the phone rang unanswered. I have to take another uber to work. While on my way to work in the uber, at about 2;40 pm, I received a call, that the car was ready. I have to asked a friend to pick-up the car, and take time off to collect it from my friend. Thats my experienced. No one didnt even have the guts to apologized. Walmart Auto care Service; you need to step-up,your customer service game.

As usual, 10 min shopping, 25-30 min spent in line to check out. I try to avoid this store as much as I can, subbing Dollar Store for Walmart, but sometimes I have to make that run....JUST PAINFUL!!!

Tire center is horrible. Customer service at the front desk is Great, but Tire technician is SUPER Slow 2 hours and 10 min to install 4 tires Ridiculous. 4 hour wait for 1 Tire service

They definitely need more rep to assist. I called they didnt answer, so I went to the store and waited 30 minutes while the rep inspected a car. Only for him to tell me, he doesnt have my tire size. That could have saved me a car ride

3 stars because the employees were respectful. Lost a star because appointment was at 8am which is store opening time. No one was even there to open up until 8:20am. Lost another star because no one to start on my car was there or ready and it has no sitting area. I was walking around Walmart until 10:16am when they finally finished.

Worst customer service !! I was on Wednesday, October 21, in this auto care to buy two tires, but they informed me that it had arrived very late (5:00 pm despite the fact that the operating hours are until 6:00 pm) and it was not possible to do so at that time . Despite my disagreement, I asked the deadline to arrive and be attended and they told me at 4:45 pm. The most unusual thing is that today October 22, a day later I arrived at the same car care at 4:20 pm, the same person called Julian attended to me in an unkind way and without giving explanations he told me and the rest of the people in line that he was no longer going to take orders for the day. What bad customer service, these people should not be serving the public and what a great disappointment with this great company called Walmart.

The Corpirate Ofgice needs to do and ofgicial walk through and see actually What?? The so call store managers are NOT doing. But yet you take a position stating other wise and get to comfirtable as times goes by. The tire department the guys takes breaks or euther standing around. . wasting customer time prolonging to do service on yoyr vehicle. Would Not Recommend.

Convenient and not expensive

The worst car experience ever. I called in advance to make an appointment but no one picked up the phone so I did a walk in. I arrived at the store at 8:30 and I was waiting past noon. I asked the associate how much longer all she could tell me is she didn’t know and there was another car ahead of me. I seriously don’t know how because I came when they first opened and no one was waiting for car services. This is unacceptable! DON’T GET YOUR CAR SERVICES DONE AT THIS LOCATION!

We were thirty minutes earlier than my appointment time for 4 tires replacement. The guy at front desk told us 1hr to 1.5 hr to come back. So we took out time to get our groceries inside. After two hours, we saw our car parked still with old tires. The cars that was on the service area came after us. Those cars were not even at the location when we arrived. I request to speak to supervisor or manager but no one came. Poorcustomer service!!!

Despite having an appointment it took 20 minutes to check in. When it was time to pick up my car. It took forty minutes. There was one clerk at the desk and the line has 9 people waiting. The prices are good but the wait is terrible

The lines arent that long, but it takes a while to get to every customer, understandable. What is unacceptable is youre not even acknowledged or thanked for waiting or being patient. Not even any eye contact to at least acknowledged you. They need customer service training.

If I could leave this place a zero I would. The customer service is horrendous. First let me say this it’s a Sunday so I already knew that I was going to be waiting and that it would be busy. I waited 45 minutes in line just to even say what my issue was or what I needed and then the lady proceeds to go outside with me to check my tires, tells me she’s going to get someone to help me and doesn’t come back and after another 20 minutes of waiting in my car like she asked I see her come out with another customer and I told her hey nobody’s come yet she’s like oh nobody come yet omg and I just say forget the whole thing and left never coming back here. Customer service is terrible and service all together was not what I expected.

The lines are always long. I came in because no one answered the phone. They advertised sales on tires, I tried ordering them online it kept changing my tire numbers at checkout. The employees doesnt even say Ill be with you shortly. They need more people working the counter. I end up leaving and calling the next Wal-Mart. They didnt answer either.

Both Dorothy and the Department Manager delivered SUPERIOR and Professional Customer Service. They truly went the extra mile and serviced me well. I will truly recommend this auto center location. Way to Go Walmart

Service was fine with one person working the counter. They didnt clean the acid off of the new battery I went to purchase before returning my car to me though. At least the battery comes with warranty. I was quoted a 4 hour wait time but my car was done in about an hour and a half.

People dont want to work here. I purchased a tires and took forever to replaced them. The people were on and off with breaks and shop was empty. It still took 3 hours for this job. 3 girls at the counter and 3 at the shop. But they made it look like they are busy. Definitively management needs to investigate they employees. Customers are not receiving the service Walmart is all about. Others Walmart are super fast.

Single star is also not worth it. Worst Walmart auto center I have ever seen! Came here at 6:35pm on Wednesday evening for an oil change. Considering the auto center closes at 8pm(according to their online information) . The staff told me that they close at 7pm(which is not mentioned in the online hours) and she was saying I should at least be here before two hours. Who the hell comes to an auto center before two hours of their closing time just for a simple oil change? Let me mention there was absolutely free here and no vehicles were waiting for any kind of service.

They dont answer their phones. When they do, after calling 20 times, they put you on hold for 30 mins. Waited an hour to pick up tires that I ordered online for them to tell me they arent sure if they can mount 20 tires. Apparently the only guy that knew for sure was on lunch. Took my tires and drove to another tire shop. Never again!

I walked in to the auto center at 6:10 pm to get my tire patch. As I entered their was a Male employee behind the counter and female employee in front of me as if she was going to purchase something. The Male employee said something to the femals and walked out the door into the shop and the female employee walked behind the counter to serve me. I explained to her that I wanted my tire patch. She explain to me that the guy who just left was the manager of the auto.center in which he told her that they arent taking anyone. I asked her didnt she close at 8pm.and she said yeah but they sent everyone home early that day. She stated that they can check out the problem but not repair..so i asked her what was the reason to check it out. I just thank her for her time and walked out. There was still mechanic on sight sitting down smoking not including the manager. Walmart auto Center will never get my service again.

I waited 5 1/2 hours to change my oil and replace 2 tires. After getting my car keys back I noticed I was given incorrect tires. Also, they didnt even rotate the tires like I asked them to.There needs to be more staff around. The manager was aware that it was a cashier error but still wanted me to pay a difference. The tires I had asked for were more expensive than the ones they put on. I refused to pay extra since the ones they put on were not the ones I asked for.They agreed and put on the brand I asked for. Unfortunately, there was something wrong with the tires. I brought the car in the following day because the car was trembling at high speeds.Supposedly, they balanced the tires correctly that time. The trembling continued so I took the vehicle to another shop to check out the tires. Within minutes they told me the new tires were defective. The next day I went back to Wal-Mart and spoke with the manager. He didnt believe they were defective. He told me to come back the next day because he had too many people ahead of me. I came back the next day and the technicians looked at the tires and noticed they were defective. I had put on Goodyear Visas.They changed them out and the car has been running good since finally.

Took 2-2.5 hours for a basic oil change and tire rotation. Wasted basically half my day waiting here. I got impatient and walked outside to see the 2 workers just talking around my car.Very unprofessional. Definitely gave off the vibe that they want to do as little work as possible. Lazy workers. Dont go here.Edit: 2 hours in and I just came outside to them raising my car for the oil change. It took 2 HOURS to rotate my tires.

The service is COMPLETELY TRASH I dont understand how in the world these people even get business. 2-2.5 hours for an oil or tire change. Bunch of rookies work here the Walmart is a fail itself. Only reason I even went is because someone ordered tires through site to store. I would never in my life recommend this location to anyone. I havent been in a while, but they never let me down. One thing i will say to anyone...if you plan on doing Anything for your car....YOU MUST MAKE TIME, PERIOD. You can not go an expect the Jetsons or NASCAR speedy service. Anything done correctly is always worth the wait. Its a tire shop, if you buy a battery best put it in and take it out you self!! If you ever need to charge a battery go to advanced Auto, its way faster service, or you will wait all day to get out of three, 4 to 5 hours, terrible!!!

Manager good, when he left things fell apart fast, couldnt find the right tires, then found them, then the lady couldnt figure out the discounted price the Manger gave me, tires that they thouht were right were the wrong size, 235 50 instead of 235 55. Back to looking for the right tires, lady was nice but you just couldnt understand her. 1 hour later they found 3 tires but not the fourth, what a waste time, since I was there the night before.I finally left, and paid about 60 more elsewhere but with less B.S. i think the employees were happy to see me go, it was the biggest Custer F#^! @ I ever saw.If you want to save money this is the place but the staff is pretty incompetent. Manager was at a meeting so I called back, but he was still in a meeting by this time I needed to by tires and did at Goodyear. This Walmart needs to examine their Auto Care employees, However I believe the manager (Rod) is good he had a meeting to go to and did explain to the lady my needs, he left me with some poor employees that could not execute, not his fault. I know he would have straighten this out.

Very professional, reading the reviews i thought i would have trouble, but from the moment i walked in i was greeted and treated very friendly and professionally macem (mac) was great as well as the rest of the staff and there was nopressure to go beyond my budget, i have been to many tire dealers in my life and this experience was the best and easiest oh and the best PRICE, for the price you think you would loose some service but i feel like i gained some, i highly recommend this walmart tire shop.
