Jasmine was friendly and very helpful. She had patience sorting out a small problem so she made our move into the storage run smoothly and stress free.

OMGoodness what an amazing experience. The service was above and beyond. I being forced to move because our apartment building sold. I havent really been able to smile much lately. When I left the woman at the front desk was able to not only handle my questions and issues easily and efficiently, she also had me smiling by the time I walked out the door . I highly recommend this place it easy to figure out and it is not a big complex that you can get lost in.

Im very disappointed with this facility PLEASE do not rent from here they have an infestation of roaches I had been paying $305 for 3 months and ended up having to take throw all of my things away!!! in addition to that I was charged $75 for a tv box which I tried to take out the dumpster when informed I couldnt throw in the dumper the lady with all the piercings in her face told me okay no problem once it came down to it she purposely pushed the box all in way in the dumpster just RUDE!!I was told there is a sign stating however its a sign BLOCKED by the trashcan that isnt legabile. Was told that the property manager would give me call in regards to a refund nevr got!

I had the chance to rent from PS and the two BEAUTIFUL BLACK WOMEN where great in helping me out. They explained everything, and where very detailed in letting me know the fees, which we all knows matters at the end of the day . If you need a month or a year, these 2 young lady’s got you ! PS they need a raise !!!!

I went to this location and this has been the best experience with you guys pleasant very clean. When I walked inside I was feeling down Mrs. Pearl took time and she listened as she was getting the paper work down to rent me the space . I really needed that because I was having such a hard time she treated me like I was someone she knew forever that made me so comfortable not like other places Ive been like this one. She made me feel relieved and that my things would be safe. Im glad to know that my things would be stored at a place where there will be no worries. Thank you Ms. Pearl you made me feel so much better mentally and spiritual. Will be changing storage. They keep raising the prices and it’s disappointing. Publix storage should not be charging the prices they charge. Why raise the price is my space hasn’t change? Don’t use them. I’m sure they offer good customer service but they suck as company because of how they increase their prices

Everytime I go to public storage, sign on door (manager will be back) hard to shop if no ones available.

Soon after reserving the unit the manager, Pearl called and introduce herself and welcome me . When I got there, the service was fast, courteous and very professional. They are very friendly there making me feel like an important customer. Even though Pearl was attending to me; Pam, the other associate took the time to smile, and offered a welcoming hello. Another thing I noticed was how clean and well maintained the office and the site was.

Hello I stop Saturday evening around 3:00 PM to check out prices on a storage and this young lady by the name of Pamela took her time and help me out I told her I was looking to move in by the end of this month and the prices she gave me was amazing I told her I will make a reservation online before this month ends And by the way the office was clean and nice

I wish there was a negative star option for this location. Pamela is very rude. I made a reservation online, she called me 3 times and told me I need to make an appointment to come in and move my things there. She stated that she was “fully booked with appointments” and I needed to come in right away. When I arrived there, the storage facility was empty and there were no customers. she told me I needed to purchase a lock and insurance and when I asked her if I needed it or what if I already had insurance she didn’t want to discuss any other options but instead told me if you don’t get our locks and insurance if something happens to your belongings we are not responsible. She also stated that the people on the phone who make the reservation don’t know anything about how the business runs they only make the reservation. I felt like the way she was trying to push the insurance and lock on me it was like an extra add on sale, as if she is a commissioned worker, either you take it or your belongings are not safe.Little suggestion to Public storage Company make sure you hire people who are professional and courteous. They represent your company.I left from there and called Extra Space storage on sunrise blvd 1/2 mile from this location and booked over there. The experience was the complete opposite.

My recent experience in getting a storage unit with Public Storage was nothing short of fantastic. Moving a lot of stuff is never fun, however the professional and courteous assistance that was provided to me by Stephanie and manager Scott is something that I will remember for a very long time. My mom and I were calling all over the place to see which company could provide the right price, and good physical location we were looking for to store quite a few items that were very valuable to us. As soon as we called Public Storage and began that initial contact with Scott, then everything started to make sense. Scott, was very knowledgeable about his units and was very helpful in explaining everything, and offering some great suggestions and recommendations about how we might best make the move work. When we came in to the office Stephanie showed us all the physical options that were available, and unlike a few other places we had called, we never felt pressured in any way to make a committment. Additionally, the location was very clean, and felt very secure. They were both extremely helpful on the day of our move, and continue to this day to offer assistance even when it is not solicited. Scott and Stephanie, in a perfect world all customer service professionals would be like the both of you. You complement each other very well, and I hope Public Storage recognizes the assets that they have in the both of you!
