Mario was amazing! He was so friendly and helpful. I came in with concerns about losing precious data that I was trying to preserve that was from my deceased son and Mario reassured me that he’d do all he could to help me save it and he did just that. I don’t come into the store very often but, today, I’m so glad I did! Thank you Mario!

My mother and I were welcomed and serviced but a couple of great employees especially one named Gabriel, who was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire time, explaining everything and making us aware of the good deals the store had to offer.

Gabriel was by himself when I came in and took care of the every customer that was there and was phenomenal

I went in there yesterday to ask some questions about phone number spoofing. I think Im a victim of it. I told him what I had heard from others. He made the comment Oh I guess they work in the phone industry huh? Sometimes phones just act up I tried to ask him how does a phone just act up but in the middle of my question he says Oh I guess you just dont want to hear it The employee was very rude and pretty much called me a liar. I said never mind and just left. I will NEVER go back there and am seriously thinking about switching companies.

We went in to start our new plan as a married couple. And let it be known, that we are not very tech savvy, at all. But Mario was the best help we could ever imagine having. Very polite, patient, helpful, and extremely personable.

The employees at AT&T in Laurens are the best. There always pleasant and they know there job. They have always fixed my problems and lead me to the best deals. I like all o of them, it is a joy to go in the store and deal with employee’s that no there job. No matter how busy they are they give you all the attention you need.

The prices were too high for my liking even with the current deals. The staff however is awesome. You feel like youre hanging out with friends, joking and laughing the whole time. They are helpful and knowledgeable too. If u use at&t I highly recommend this location!

Great store!! Went in to pay a DirecTV bill and wound up opening a new cell phone account. The manager is great and the girls are very helpful

Associate was dry and was not very helpful. I understand the problem could not be resolved in the store but she did not seem to thrilled to see us at all. Did not greet upon entering the store.

Yvonne was very helpful. Mario was rude and put down Yvonne in front of me. I can tell this is not the first time Mario has put down a coworker in front of clients. I will not return to this store with him there.

I went in the store last week a question about my bill. The guy that works there told me he could help me save money on my bill. It did not help me save money, my DIRECTV bill went up because my plan was change on my wireless account.

BEST STORE IN THE EAST! I never have any trouble out of that crowd. Very helpful and super funny.

Was sent to location by representative over the phone saying this location could fix the brand new tablet I had just ordered but came with a piece broken off. Customer service in this location was horrible and did not try to be helpful at all after I had driven 45 min just to go there because I was assured problem could be fixed. Called the rep back I had spoken to on the phone, and was told they were not telling the truth and shouldve helped me, and he himself would file a complaint through the supervisors about how they acted and the rudeness of the staff. Was a complete wasted trip that took up several hours if my day that I did not have, and I will not be returning to that location again.

Customer service is a JOKE! The “men” there are absolutely unwilling to help anyone! When I walked in, no one even spoke to me, much less came out to try to help. Two of them saw me come in and did absolutely nothing. One of the fellows was a manager, just standing around not offering to help anyone. I suggest you go elsewhere if you need help with anything AT&T.

Literally standing here for almost 30 mins to pay a bill and no one has even stop to ask me what I needed! Come in every month and give them my number to to pay on my account and Vanessa said she needed my account number because she couldn’t find my account using my number! Mind you I always use my number every month to pay on my account! Don’t cometo the Laurens sc store you won’t get any help!!!

I was here earlier this week asking questions. I sat down and was talking with Nick. He got up and my daughter walked in and I heard him say to his worker that girl is hot. I said excuse me, but that is my 16 year old daughter. They both started laughing, and he snickered youre going to have to beat the guys off when she gets older. How unprofessional. I am so sick, I told my husband and it took everything to stop him from coming down. I will be leaving ATT and switching. I would like your corporate number to discuss this and any legal action that may be considered.

Had to wait in line for 45 minutes just to pay my bill. Had only 1 man in the front of the store working. And another guy in the back not helping or anything. The man in the back was very rude with me. The one in the back came out did something, seen the line and went back to the back of the store. Very crappy customer service. They need more than one person running the front of the store when busy like that.

Was sold a buy one get one free. Just got billed for 2 phones. They basically misrepresented the promotion to me, I wasnt eligible.

Well when i called for help the person i got dod not know what he was doing and when i asked for his supervisor they wood not get on the phone. So finely they transferd me to another petson how fixed my problems with no problem. If i have this kind of truble again i will cancel my acount.
