My grandsons love this store, they have a wide selection and are very helpful.

Terrible slow service, will say your product is damaged and give you less money, they will scam you. A blonde lady was too lazy to even let me sell my Nintendo switch because she didn’t “feel like restarting it”, even though they didn’t close for another 2 hours.

Terrible customer service. Apparently the employees are so incompetent that they are the only store that cant participate in the retro trades program without a manager present, even though they just have to look at a disk like they do for literally every other current system game they accept. Waste of time and the employees have a poor attitude
