Due to our location being permanently closed, we had to drive 45 minutes to this location to get our phones programmed to 5g. Kym was so friendly and nice, we came in to get something programmed and ending up leaving with a new phone for my mama. Thanks Kym! She needs a raise or promotion guysπ
Boost mobile staff was so polite to me love them all
I do not have Boost my elderly aunt does I went by this location to pay her bill and the Latina there is very rude and not professional. I did not have a mask on bc I donβt wear one most places in Laurens donβt require a mask and if they do the store provides one she stated the mask is $2.50 which is definitely price gouging. I asked how I could play the bill she said dial 225 which does not help me bc itβs not my phone my aunt is in the hospital and now I can not pay her bill bc I donβt have her phone or a maskβ¦ Great job Boost!

Im surprised they dont charge you $15 simply to walk in the door. Everything we ask them its $15. Why doesnt my phone recognize the SanDisk? Oh thatll be $15. Why does my phone refresh the screen saver with a generic screensaver? Oh thatll be $15. Oh I have to pee like a racehorse! No Im sorry we dont have a bathroom for public use. Im interested in a phone that doesnt cost a lot of money and will be reliable. Oh well all of these phones are okay but if you really want a great phone the number 10-mega-super-duper for six grand is available now!
