This store is not convenient to me but it is definitely worth the trip across town to get professionalism and expertise. Thank you to Malek who helped my 99 year old mom get her new flip phone activated. I assumed it would be an easy task but it wasn’t until I visited this store which is obviously the official corporate outlet. She was respectful, polite, helpful and efficient which was much appreciated at a less than stellar previous experience elsewhere. Give that girl a good star and a raise.
Travis initially helped us figure out what we would need to get the new phones we visited the store for. He was polite and extremely helpful! When we returned a few hours later, Laurie helped us with purchasing and setting the phones up. She was phenomenal at her job, personable and kept the process going smoothly. It was great working with both Travis and Laurie!
The main AT&T store in Lawrence was well worth the trip across town for us. Laurie greeted us right away and was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I will return again if need to.

My phone finally died on me so I went in just to see what new options would be..less than an hour later I was walking out the door with a new phone! Sean helped me out and did a great job. Super quick and painless, easily the fastest experience I’ve had going into the store! Wasn’t trying to sell me things I didn’t need, got me in and out, it was great.

I came in with a complicated issue with my husband’s phone made more challenging by my husband’s illness and lack of access to his other devices for verification. Mr Ward was extraordinarily helpful and patient. After giving me a lot more of his time than I could have expected, I left the store with the problem solved! He demonstrated outstanding customer service, expertise, and human kindness!
Travis was completely knowledgeable in all of the products and explained all of my options to me in detail! I don’t know how I could have had a better experience. The manager even came over and introduced himself! Travis and the crew are absolutely top notch. They will have you feeling good about doing business with them! Thank you all so much for your help!
An excellent place to go for friendly and responsible help with your own ATT products. For me, thats my Motorola cellphone. They dont push costly better help like new items, but fix what you have and/or dont understand.
Laurie L. was amazing! We were dreading purchasing 2 new phones and we were surprised at how quickly were were in and out of the store. Laurie was able to explain everything in simple terms and went out of her way to assure that we understood everything. She even saved us money on our plan! The customer representatives were knowledgeable with the phone and service att can provide. While being extremely busy they were able to take care of everyone in a timely manner. I recommend this art store for all of your phone needs.
I went in because my phone was completely frozen. The polite young man named Robin, at the door, knew exactly what to do. It was quick and painless. I was able to get to work on time!!
Terrible experience with this location. Bought a new IPhone through AT&T and received it in the mail. Not only did the phone come with a scratch but the phone was heating up really bad. I have had several IPhones with the glass back and they have NEVER heated up like this one. I waited a few days to make sure that it wasnt the phone not being on for a while (it wasnt). Took my phone to this location to see if I could just exchange it for another one (I had it only four days) because of the reasons above and they said that they could not return my phone and exchange it unless I paid a 65$ restocking fee. So they were asking me to pay $65 to return a phone that was overheating and came with a cosmetic scratch. They then sent me to Best Buy to run diagnostics on it and said that they could return it through Best Buy with no charge. Went to Best Buy and they confirmed that there was a temperature problem but could not return it because it was a product of AT&T. They said that AT&T could return the phone and that the staff was just giving me the run around. Went back to this store and was told the same thing but now to call Apple and get them to return the phone. They told me that at that point, Apple was the only one who could return the phone with no additional charges. Called Apple and made an appointment in Lenexa. Went to Apple and got the same response that I got at Best Buy. That they were the ONLY ones who could return the phone (because they purchase the phones from Apple and they are their own company) and that they should have a two week grace period to return items online. I spent 12 hours going back and forth between locations that they sent me to only at the end of the day, have the same damaged phone. Nevertheless, called AT&T the next day and they said that items bought online could be returned at no additional cost and offered to process the return for us. They apologized and said that they were unsure if it was miscommunication. With this bad experience, I had AT&T for a week before switching back to my old phone service. Ordered the same phone from Apple and it came no cosmetic scratch and no overheating. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT&T. Something to add that when I was Apple with the service technician, the lady beside me had similar problems with a phone that she had received from AT&T and the hidden fees that came with it. If you are looking for phone service, look somewhere else.
Ive been here more than three times, and I want to say all of that visits were satisfied. All of the members were really nice to me and skillful.
I would highly recommend. Mark helped me set up my new iPhone after ordering online. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this location for any services or if switching to a new provider as I was.

Extremely helpful! Another outlet screwed up my account doing an upgrade and these guys saved it! They asked me to call customer care to get one thing done first and my entire line was shut off! I went back into the store and they immediately were able to fix it. I went in later to finish my upgrade the next day with them. In and out for that upgrade in 30 minutes! These guys are great and communicative, even with the crummy Karen customers that come in some days. Laurie was the one who helped me. She needs a raise with all the stuff she deals with!
Laurie is the best! She helped us get the phone we were after, without us having to make repeated trips to the store, which would be inconvenient and difficult. She is super helpful and kind and personable. Top marks!

Chris S is the reason we use this location!! There are 2 locations closer but we drive the extra time to work with him. He helped me right after a major (and very unexpected) life change that required a new phone and given past experiences the last place I wanted to go was a phone store and deal with a transfer of service. He made the entire process completely painless and even had me laughing at the end. Today when we very quickly needed to add another line, he was there ready and willing to help and again had us laughing the entire time. Chris is a gem in this industry and I truly hope AT&T knows what they have in him as an employee. I have worked in customer service for years and would hire him in a heartbeat.

Our business has been with AT&T since 2011. Have always been extremely happy with not only the coverage/reception but with the staff as well. At one point we looked into Sprint and Verizon just to compare, ultimately ended up staying with AT&T and very glad we did. Lately Ive been dealing with Sean and Steven with our business account and they have been super helpful getting us all set up, however, all the employees have been able to help us out when needed. Highly recommend.
Laurie was awesome from the second we walked in. Noticing the company I work for on my shirt she set us up with First Net as a first responder/emergency personnel. She was amazing, speedy and extremely good at her job.
I have internet with them already so when I needed a new phone, it made sense to switch to them. The sales clerk, Christopher helped answer all my questions and obtaining a new phone. He was knowledgeable about all the promotions that valued help keep my bill inexpensive.
Steven, like everyone I’ve dealt with at this AT&T location over several years, was helpful, knowledgeable, relaxed, and figured out how to adjust my plan to save me $50/month. Everyone is always very friendly and very knowledgeable. Today we stopped in for wireless internet / hotspot help after having no luck reaching the right department on AT&Ts 800#. (We were transferred around to 9 different representatives and none of them were in the correct department.) But at this store, Chris and Zack were out to the car in a flash, knew exactly what we needed, got our order done for us and we were on our way. Other times weve been in to replace our phones and Chris has helped us and is always quick, thorough and knowledgeable! Anyone who has ever helped us in this store has been super! Kudos to you all!

I had a TERRIBLE experience at the Lawrence Att. I was trying to upgrade my phone after having the same phone for 6 years and being with at&t for 20 years. I ordered online because of the pandemic. When I got there to pick it up I didnt like it...it was too small. The guy didnt help at all he just said I owed a 55 dollar restock fee..I had the phone for maybe 30 minutes.. didnt use the phone at all! .I was upset drove to Topeka and Evelyn there helped me and I exchanged the phone. Still upset that I had to pay the restocking fee but Evelyn was VERY helpful and I got what I was happy with.
Very nice associates were attentive and asked multiple times if I needed assistance. Store was clean and set up well. The only problem I had was that several phones I wanted to check out were not charged so I couldnt test them out. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

Our family experienced some problems as we ported our phones from Verizon to AT&T. Dustin at this AT&T store in Lawrence was fantastic. Patiently walking us through the process of fixing the issues and even taking the lead in dealing with the phone trees and wait times of on-the-phone tech-support. Kelly was great help and so easy to work with!I just ported my number from Sprint, which due to my lack of Sprint account knowledge, took a couple calls to the 800 number, but every person I spoke with also provided excellent help! Itll be a lot better if it stopped selling cell phones. And wed all be a lot better if we stop buying them.
Absolutely horrible. Agent had no idea how to help. All because a kiosk was down. I have been in multiple times for a simple function. Adding minutes to make overseas calls. I paid more than I ever have and I was cut off shortly into a call. Unfortunately, I must go back to get this clarified. I pray the kiosk is working.
Very happy with my purchase. The sales rep(William) spent well over an hour setting everything up and moving all my stuff to the new phone. Was ready to buy a new charger, but was told a $10.00 adapter on my old one would work just fine. There were 8 employees working when I was there, not sure if this is normal, but I felt they spent extra time to make sure I was happy.
I have had awesome service here. So much so that even after I moved an hour away I still drive all the way to this store to talk to my guy there. Hes taken very good care of me as a customer and in return I make sure he gets the commission and sales anytime I upgrade phones or get a new device. Cant recommend this store enough.
Called because I was having trouble with my phone, it would not turn on even after being plugged in and it started after I got the screen repaired a month ago. I called the store to see if they could help troubleshoot, however, the man who answered was VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I explain my situation and he says in a very annoyed tone yeah I cant help you nor I dont want to help you, we dont do repairs, we sell phones, call a repair store and I asked again, just for clarification because I was so taken back by the disrespect. And again I get a response this isnt a repair store. So I quickly thanked him and hung up because clearly customer service is NOT a strong suit, when this business is ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. AT&T, please train your employees on HIGH QUALITY customer service and how to properly speak to individuals over the phone because I will most likely be switching carriers after this poor interaction.

DO NOT GET FIBER INTERNET SERVICE FROM AT&T IN LAWRENCE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO AND RECEIVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were told our neighborhood had fiber internet, so we decided to switch to AT&T Fiber. When the technician came out to install it he told us we did not have fiber, but installed anyway because my mother in law was there and did not know what to tell the technician. When I found out I had been LIED TO, I immediately cancelled the internet service. I was apologized to and told we would not have to pay anything. NOW, we have been arguing with AT&T about the install charges for 3 months, and they still won’t take off the charges.
The ladies & gentlemen that work in this location are always super helpful & courteous. I always feel like they give me their best effort to help me find the product that best fits my needs & matches my lifestyle.Always a pleasure!
Getting new phones or changing phone service is never an enjoyable process. It’s time-consuming and tedious. No matter where you go. However, the people at this location were very patient with my questions and took the time to make sure that I understood everything. We were able to lower my monthly bill while at the same time improve my service and phones. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.
We had a very long wait and were told we would get texts when we were 3rd in line, 2nd, and next. We only got the youre next text but we rushed back over and were seen right away! Our sales rep was very helpful and wasnt pushy at all as we decided weather or not to buy our son his first phone.
Okay so I am deff out of town ( from Michigan ) completely love the fact that when the iPhone charger went down, bought a new one right. $24 later, 5ish days later that one goes down. End of the world right? Nope 👎!! Came back they remembered me took great care of me, made sure this charger worked an had me on my way working within 15 mins. So I would highly recommend this specific location to anyone. They will listen n hear you an try to help you. Get on your way! Lol besides we all kno the feeling when your iPhone is finna die. Ive been visiting the AT&T store in Lawrence since they were on 23rd Street. Though some of the staff have changed over the last few years, Ive had nothing but great service from the store. Chris S., one of the reps, is who I always seek out. Hes reliable and knows how to get the job done. I dont get the low ratings for the store; my experiences have been great. I spent a few hours in the store this morning getting my new iPhone XS Max and taking care of other devices. All went without issue. Ill keep coming back.

Does not provide the advertised speeds and the cancelation fees are ridiculous.I called into customer support to try and resolve the issue but gave up after being on hold for over an hour.I then came to this store but they refused to help me and told me that I needed to call customer support to have anything done.
