I was in the process of cleaning my pool before closing it for the season and my cell came out of my coat pocket and went right into the pool rendering it useless. I needed a phone quickly as I use it to work from home. I went to the Verizon center in No Andover, where my mother had purchased her IPhone watch. She had a great experience with Erick and knew he’d be able to help me. Erick was not only professional and knowledgeable, but he was quite engaging as we waited for everything to upload. I had always preferred to go to a direct Verizon cite to do business with, but Erick changed my mind with his knowledge and personal service that the centers no longer seem to lack now a days! I will definitely work with this authorized dealer again because of the service we received. I’m grateful and satisfied with my new phone!

I get all my family phones from this store. Erik has always been extremely helpful. If he doesnt have a phone in stock hell track one down and get it for you. I find the store to have much better service than the Verizon home stores.

Erick was quick and efficient resolving my issue (dead phone!),, and provided viable options to remedy the situation. Apparently the motherboard was dysfunctional and wouldnt allow me to operate basic functions on the phone... very appreciative of his assistance!

Great service. Easy to questions and he was very knowledgeable about items. Did the whole transaction within 45 mins. And walked out door with new phone.

I went in to replace my phone that was not consistently holding a charge. I rely on the phone for working from home so needed to go into the store but was nervous to do so. Everything was handled professionally and quickly. I received a call when transfer was done to new phone and was able to pick up within the hour.

A small but possessing many items for your needs. A small staff, but very capable, affable and competent. Its new but well done to service and sell your needs.It is a type of place that I would expect to service all my needs, and maybe yours as well.I would recommend you give it a try. It is bi-lingual. Easy to miss, but worth finding. It has post of its presence and free parking.

We Normally go to Verizon at Rockingham mall in New Hampshire but we decided to go to a close to home Verizon To see if the waiting would be less than the waiting in the mall, we were very please With Ericks assistance. We had a couple of different decisions To make and it was very nice to see him walk away to give us our space to make our decision, he wasnt pushy and he made suggestions that totally make sense to us. I will make this my go to Verizon establishments, both my husband and I were very pleased with his assistance. Erick has what many people have missing in todays business, excellent customer service!

I am from Michigan. My phone got broken here in Massachusetts while visiting my grandkids. The men here at the Verizon store had me in and out in less than a half hour with a new phone. Very pleasurable to. Its nice to know I can go to a Verizon store in another state in the USA and get the best of service especially as I am blind. Thanks young men. Outstanding job.

Fantastic experience with the sales rep, could not be happier with him and his customer service. I transferred over 5 phones from a competitor, owner agreed to $100 credit on my account, per phone, as part of the deal, very straight forward. I have been chasing him for five months to issue the credit, he finally issued $300 of the $500 but refuses to release the last $200. Ultimately I had to go directly to Verizon to get the credit. Beware of owner (Sani?). I spoke with him face to face twice, he assured me he would issue all of the credits, the man lacks integrity.

First of all this is Lawrence and not Andover or NorthAndover so if you need to call or go to the police then your out of luck. My phone was not delivered to verizon until I complained. Items were missing andfor 2 years of upgrading I never got the discount.If you give away your iPhone cloud ID which they ask for them your in danger of being cloned and ID theft and credit card fraud and information theft on not only your new phone but your iMac and other devices.I’m still suffering from identity theft and recently got money back from theft fraud from a credit card.I’m ashamed of Lawrence police not taking this seriously. North Andover can’t help you. I had to change to comcast and Apple told me too cancel cloud as key information on passwords is stored in cloud. You won’t know it’s happening. I think the FBI should check this place out.

I had an awesome experience with the guy that worked at the I’m Wireless store in AndoverHe went above and beyond for everybody that walked in the store He would ask if it’s all right if he handles the customer that walked inMost of the customers just had questions.

I gave a 5 star review when I bought my phone but since then it has been AWFUL. Customer service was great and they were friendly, but execution of simple tasks is lacking. I got a screen protector put on and it just FELL OFF less than a month in. I went in for another one and they had to order more. So I went back and they put the wrong one on my phone, and had to start all over. This second screen protector would only stay on if I didnt have a case and then also eventually just fell off. In 3 months I have gone through 3. This third time they AGAIN didnt have any screen protectors. Im not happy.

Erick was a tremendous help as my old iPhone was experiencing significant difficulties while I was visiting from out of town. I ultimately needed a new model phone and the purchase and transfer of data were quick and professional.

Went to the North Andover store for assistance after an automatic Android upgrade rendered my phone unusable. The only help I was able to get was an offer to upgrade to a new phone. On top of that, the person I dealt with was arrogant and rude. He scoffed at the idea that I had any reason to expect that I should be able to continue to use my phone of 4 years after an update that I could not opt out of. I eventually figured out how to fix the issue myself and will not return to the store when I am ready for an upgrade.

Susan, at the Verizon Store in Lawrence, was very thorough when we went to update our phones. She is very personable & explained everything to us. It was a pleasure meeting her.
