Cute store with unique gifts that are a little too pricey. HOWEVER, the store door slams shut quickly and ended up taking a chunk out of my ankle. The staff was not kind or very helpful. I was bleeding quite a bit and I was instructed by a staff member to not walk any further into the store so that I did not bleed on their floor. I had to request a paper towel and bandages. There was an older lady there who I believed to be a manager of some type. She frowned at me when I explained what happened. No one offered assistance, kindness, or apologies. My daughters and I have been in that store before and made purchases. I will not be back.

I have always wanted to come into this store because I follow their Instagram and I love seeing all of their KU/LHS gear. I was very disappointed though when I walked in. No one said hi to me when I came into the store, and they did not want to socialize with me. No one told me about any holiday specials since I was shopping for family. Even though they have tons of adorable shirts, mugs, and accessories, I highly doubt I will be back.

Had exactly what I was looking for and couldnt get at Sampler. Sales person was nice and very helpful.
