Always great honest service for a fair price.

Went in and rented a trailer. The transaction was quick and handled in a professional manner. I have done business with these people before and will go there again when I need them .

Used to like them till tried to charge 30 dollars just to come a mile away to jump a car off that was stranded at dr office with a 81 yr old lady in it. On a hot day. Seems they will RIP off who they can.

Reserved a u haul. Went to go pick it up and they wouldn’t take a debit card due to some uhaul authorization from the bank. The older man that worked there was extremely rude and threw my fathers I.D back at him while he was on the phone with the bank trying to figure it out. Even the bank said they could hear how rude he was. If I could give this place 0 stars for customer service I would. Get some better employees cause that one was a poor excuse of a worker! Hopefully he’s out of a job soon or at least train the guy on what customer service is!
