We found Appliances to Go with a google search and we are so glad we did. We needed to replace our GE side by side refrigerator quickly and found the perfect pick at Appliances to Go. Exact same make and model and in great condition! Delivered second day after purchase and the delivery men were pros. I received a call an hour ahead of arrival so that I could have all the food out and the replacement ready to come in. The men who handled the move out and move in were well prepared and quickly did a great job - down to the polishing before they left! I would highly recommend checking out Appliances To Go.

I bought an appliance for a very reasonable price. Due to a miscommunication, I paid for it electronically and my contractor paid again in cash. So I paid double the quoted price. After being informed of the problem and checking it out, the owner refunded one of the payments. He was honest and responsive. I will be using this business again and encourage others to shop here.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS!!!I went in on a Thursday and purchase a washer. I was told it would be delivered out on Saturday morning. He said he would call before he come. Well Saturday came and I had to call the owner several times and left him a messages. I talk to the owner finally around 11:15am because I call him again he tells me hes running behind and should be out in 1hr. I told him he could have called and told me instead he acting like Im bothering him when i mention he said Saturday morning delivery. I got my money back and will be going somewhere else!!!

Store has many used/refurbished appliances & more stock at their warehouse. Prices are unbelievable, I doubt anyone can beat them. Delivery drivers installed super fast & made sure everything worked before they left. Would highly recommend!

Spoke to worker Saturday, they were about to close. Showed up at 11am on Monday and doors were locked. No answer when called the business, but the Open sign was on in the window.

They totally sell faulty products then they don’t call you back or send anyone out when you make claims. My washer had sand completely in it first wash through wash like 82. As if someone took the washer to the beach and then sold it to them and then they sold it to me. The dryer doesn’t work at all. I haven’t had these products for 6 months lol They’ll sell you the product but even in the warranty or just wanting them to come look at it, they will not help you because they know what they sold. I’ve been trying to get someone out here since March. It’s July.

Ive purchased multiple appliances from them over 10 years and their customer service has always been great. They have good deals and are honest people, I appreciate being treated like a person and not a dollar value sale. I purchased a W/D set FOUR years ago that I’ve moved with several times and they are still kicking!! I pressed the salesman about the quality and he honestly told me that since they stand by their guarantee, they avoid having to see the equipment back at the stores for repair—so they send them out strong!! He wasn’t lying! I will likely be able to sell or gift this W/D when I’m ready for something fancier due to the good quality.

Purchased a front load from this location and called in a month later to get it serviced since they offer 3 month warranty.. been waiting on tech for weeks and still no repair! Stay away from this type of business, better to spend a little extra and buy new!

The showroom looked a little shabby from the outside but I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, answered my questions, and did not pressure me into buying something more expensive or something I didnt seem interested in. I bought a washing machine and they delivered it the next morning. The delivery men were very careful not to track dirt in my house and they handled my washing machine with care. My washing machine was used but looks and works great! I got a great deal and was very impressed by the staff!

Ive purchased from this store twice in 6 years. My first washing machine worked properly the entire time I had it, but the movers I hired broke it unfortunately. I went back recently to but a new washing machine. It works properly, but the guys that delivered it left the old washing machine here. Ive called to get it picked up and no one has returned to pick it up. It is just sitting in my living room, delaying my ability to finish unpacking my house.

The prices are awesome, just be prepared to replace whatever you purchase in about 6 months. Customer Service is horrible and trying to reach someone on the phone or receive a call back is almost impossible. Dont waste your time or money at this place.

I do not recommend this company to anyone, I bought what was supposed to be their better models and not even 2 weeks after warranty expired the transmission went out and the pump failed and dumped an entire load of water all over my floor, tech came out was supposed to come back with the part to fix for the cost he estimated and never came back or called (this was multiple days now since he said he would be back) horrible experience, go elsewhere if you can this place will rip you off.

I bought my kitchen set from them 3 years ago. However a month ago my Refrigerators ice maker stopped working. I called them and it took them 3 days to come to my house and were able to fix it. They charged $45 plus the price of the water pump that was Broken. I had to right a review on this because after 3 years of having the appliance, they still were able to fix my problem in a timely manner.

DO NOT GET ANY APPLIANCES FROM THIS PLACE!!!PLEASE READ THIS IN ITS ENTIRETY!We purchased a fridge for our new home. Problem #1 We were told when we purchased the the fridge we would have 3 month warranty that they would fix any issues for free, after 3 months it would be $50 to come out plus any parts that had to be ordered. So around month 8 of us having it, we noticed the fridge side was warmer that it should be. (Here comes the problem) we called to schedule time for someone to come out, the appointment time came and went no show no call. We schedule another no show no call. We finally decided to go in to the store. After a month of missed appointments. We were told someone would come out and take a look. We didn’t hold out breath! So a kid came and told Us there was an issue and work had to be done. Someone would come out to replace it. Can guess what happened next?? No one ever came after a few weeks from the initial visit. And we still haven’t heard anything and don’t think we will. Problem # 2 from the time we got the fridge we noticed small bugs which we later found were roaches🤢🤮! When we called an exterminator when it began to be uncontrollable, he let us know the problem started in the fridge! WOW! So not only is the customer service horrible but they’re selling roach infested appliances?! C’mon I beg anyone reading this NOT TO BUY FROM THIS PLACE! I realize the merchandise is inexpensive (cheap) but it doesn’t make up for the lack of service and the uncleanliness of the appliances. AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! Spend a few extra bucks and go to sears! Better warranty and waaaaaaay better service and appliances. If I can give a zero star I would.Sorry for the mistakes but I had to get out my frustrations. I never write reviews!

When I purchased my set two years ago, I received fantastic service. My dryer worked great, the washer worked... well enough. Recently, my dryer quit working properly. I called up there assuming Id get the same great service, WRONG!! I felt like I was bothering them and I had to call back several times to set up an appointment for a technician to come out. The dryer was fixed. The technician/owner is obviously knowledgeable, but their customer service is awful. After they get your money, theyll treat you any kind of way.

I bought a W/D from them in 2010 and it is still working with no issues, per my friend who I gave it to last year. I am going to purchase another set next week and I look forward to doing business with them again.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM THIS PLACE!! They are truly customer NOOOO service. I told them they took the wrong stove to my property and they gave me a hard time about it. They never did follow back up to take care of the matter. I gave them pictures to prove that they took the wrong stove over to my property and they just ignored me. I have called and left messages...they have not returned my calls. I did not want a refund, I just wanted a better stove. I will NEVER EVER buy appliances from this place again.

If I could give 0 stars please believe I would. They say that they give you a 3 month guarantee, bs. My washer never spun / rung out my clothes making me have to dry it up to three times. I called about 3 weeks after buying my set and they never came out to fix it. Do not but from here plus the person that I spoke to have me a hard time on the phone treating me horrible acting like I was lying saying well how are you washing then if I had more money please believe buy a new washer. I work with what I have and if that means drying it three times. Thats how Im washing because of you guys .
