DONT GO TO THIS AUTOZONE FOR CHECK ENGINE DIAGNOSIS....Went to have my check engine light diagnosed with the highly publicized fix finder. I was the only customer with 3 employees. When I requested to have my car checked an employee retrieved the fix finder and handed it to me. He said itll prob go in somewhere under the dash. After not having any luck I came back inside them know I couldnt get it when another employee, as condescending as Ive ever seen, told me just plug it in until you hear a beep-beep then bring it back. Feeling like I was the dumb 1 tried again with no luck. I told the service tech who simply apologized to me for not being able to get the obd Scanner to work, just like the others offering no help, only condolences. The more I think about this the angrier I get.

New location and conveniently right by Ronald Regan. Nice and clean sales floor. Two entrances and a nice size parking lot. I was given a greeting upon my entry from a man in a grey shirt with dreadlocks. I didn’t find the exact hat I wanted, but they were fully stocked.

Great help. Even gave directions to the next store so I could go pick up some other parts.

HORRIBLE 7 months pregnant and no one would help me check my engine light. They expect my to bend with my huge belly and do it myself when i dont even know how to work the machine. I went to ADVANCED AUTO PARTS on main Street on 98 Snellville and the kind man help me check my engine light I will never go back to Auto Zone again!!!!

Only been here a handful of times. Maribel is not remotely customer friendly, no hello or thank you to anyone. I returned some things and she acted snippy like it was a huge inconvenience for her to press a few buttons. I’ll stick to the Autozone on Lawrenceville Hwy.

My local store for years. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If they dont have it, they will get it.

Awesome customer service! I was frustrated as my car battery died outside autozone. The manager gave me great advice and installed a new battery for me and my car was good to go. I left the store a very happy customer 👍

Great experience! My battery died and I needed a new battery. I left another auto part store which was unwilling to install the battery in my car. I came to AutoZone and the two agents were amazing! One agent tested and installed the battery and the other ran up the product. While one of the agents installed the battery, the other one talked about my car and his experiences with cars! These people are amazing and always have a great attitude. They helped me a month ago with putting coolant in my car! I am a loyal customer since this business has always done right by me.

This my local Autozone ! Someone is usually helpful. I went there today because I needed some low beam front lights. I am a female that obviously doesnt t know anything about cars or how to change the front lights. I ask the Indian guy who was helping me if he could help me install the low beam lights after I purchase them and his response was that its too cold for that ... I then told him that I didnt want to purchase the low beam lights, that I will take my business where they are able to help women out. Will try Oreilys next. But be prepare this place is NOT women friendly..
